Basic property with no frills attached but I would stay there again. The location was perfect, in the old town, and it was very clean and quiet. There is street parking and garage parking. The street parking we had to pay the meter for but it was easy to do with the downloaded parking ap. On Sundays parking is free. You can park anywhere there are solid white lines on the road (yellow lines are for the residents) and we always found a spot close to the hotel. The front desk is helpful. They are not there 24/7. The hotel is up three flights of stairs but the receptionist offered and carried my bag up. This was a great stay and I would stay there again.

The hotel was located on the 3rd floor of a building and had no elevator. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but is important for people to know when carrying luggage up 3 flights of old, slightly uneven wooden stairs. The room was super plain. Seemingly, an ikea bed and table. No a/c, but they did have a fan. The shower head did not hold in place and so kept sliding down low. The hotel is in a good location for walking

Fint hotell om du er på lavbudsjett! Stort og rent rom, med alt du trenger. Hotellet har ikke air-condition, så det blir veldig varmt - selv med vifte. Hotellet ligger i 3. etasje uten heis - greit å vite om man er dårlig til beins eller har tung koffert.

Just in front of the river, near the main attractions of the city. The room had a good space and was very clean. Point of attention: there isn’t a lift and we had to carry out luggage to the 3rd floor. When leaving the hotel, my son fall from the stairs and got his arm injured (there was a painting service on the 2nd floor and they removed the handrails and covered the steps with a sleepery material)

Vårt rum var väldigt trångt. Sängen i ett hörn, så att den som låg innerst hade jobbigt att ta sig ur sängen. Svårt för en 80-plussare! Vidare saknades hiss. Det borde klargöras i förväg. Bra för unga människor men svårt för äldre med tungt bagage.

O tamanho do quarto e localização do hotel é otimo. O que nao gostei foi que nao tem elevador e estavamos com bastante malas tendo que subir de escada e nao tinha ninguém para ajudar. Tambem achei que por disponibilizar microondas, frigobar e alguns utensílios deveria ter uma pia pequena p lavar louças, e não precisar usar a pia do banheiro. A decoração achei bem simples, acho que poderiam investir um pouco mais nisso. Tambem achei ruim nao oferecer café da manhã, e todo dia cedo termos que caninhar pelo menos 5min para encontrar algo próximo e aberto.

I had only two times of towel change in my 6-day stay and one morning without hot shower. If it was informed beforehand that they did not have a lift and that the reception was on the 4th floor but my room was on the 1st floor, I would not have climbed stairs to the 4th floor with my extremely heavy tow suit cases.

Nice location but not easy to check in. Signage/direction to enter building was lacking. Finally getting someone to answer call button was frustrating. No direction on what to do upon entering outer security door. Reception was on 3rd floor, not easy to find it. No elevators. Getting luggage to and from room was a chore.

WARNING! This was not a hotel, it was a sauna. This place doesn't have any air conditioning and when the city is 89 F (32C) degrees outside, like when I stayed there, it's like you're in a sauna sweating non-stop. They say they offer fans to help out - the fans in both my rooms were broken. One had no blades on the fan, one just blatantly didn't work. The building has small windows as well and no airflow so the rooms themselves are even hotter than the outside. Think you can sleep in a 96F (36C) degree room? Think you can sleep while your body is pouring out sweat and you're drenched? It's impossible. Other things that make this place a really bad choice - there's no plugs in the room! Like 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the main room, where the fan is plugged in (if it worked). My bathroom smelled horrible, and I think the smell of the sewers was coming up through the shower drain. I felt really bad for the poor girl working in the lobby (on the 4th floor) - she was absolutely drenched in sweat and red in the face. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at this place and could not possibly stay a 2nd night. I left a day early even though I had already paid for the 2nd night. I'd advise everyone to look elsewhere.

We really liked the hotel, but the shower leaked water all over the floor; there was no way to keep water from flooding the bathroom. Also, people should know that the hotel is up three or four flights of steps.

There was a big problem with the shower which doesn’t drain properly threatening to overflowand is also very slippery I fell and lightly sprained my wrist. If I had broken something, this would’ve been a huge problem as there is no safety cord and the reception is staffed only during work hours. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she was polite but didn’t seem to be in any hurry to summon a plumber. They do not have rubber bath mats, so I requested an extra cotton mat which I stuck in the shower. This became very filthy and filled with soap after two nights. This is a less than ideal situation. In addition, there is no air-conditioning which is surprising as even cheap hotels have AC nowadays. The temperature in late May reach 28°C. This hotel was certainly overpriced for the amenities. I would definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Peccato la mancanza di aria condizionata, sostituita da un ventilatore ( non sufficiente in queste giornate di caldo intenso) . Altre scomodità il terzo piano senza ascensore.

L'appartement est très bien placé. Le niveau d'équipement est catastrophique : vaisselle minimaliste. Le pire est que l'hôtel loue à des familles et à des groupes de jeunes fêtards qui durant 4 nuits ont de 3h à 5h rendu impossible le sommeil.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. We loved the Riverside view from our room. The room is both large enough and had a cozy feeling. Our staff was very responsive to all questions, and gave some great recommendations for things to see and places to eat. When we inquired about a ride to the airport the next morning, they gave us a wonderful resource that served our needs very well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique experience in a very historical building.

Extremely cute room, great location, excellent staff. Room was spatious, and had everything one might need: TV, fridge, micowave, kettle, coffee, tea and a great bathroom. No AC, but great, retro-designed fan was available. The only negative was that pillows were really thick and hard, and the bed was making loud noises if you move even a bit, so it kept us waking up the whole night. But again, location and everything else is as good as it gets!

The room was basic but lovely, clean and spacious. The bathroom also was clean and very large! The views were stunning, the river and the castle. The only slight downside is the walls are incredibly thin, so you will hear whatever is happening in the room next to you, even if they are clearing their throat in the morning….

Perfekte Lage! Es war sehr heiß in Ljubljana und wir buchen eigentlich nur Unterkünfte mit Klimaanlage. Scheinbar haben wir beim Buchen nicht genau nachgesehen, aber dort ist keine Klimaanlage. Die wird auch nicht behauptet, daher können wir uns schwerlich darüber beklagen. Aber es war so heiß, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. We loved the Riverside view from our room. The room is both large enough and had a cozy feeling. Our staff was very responsive to all questions, and gave some great recommendations for things to see and places to eat. Nice location but not easy to check in. Signage/direction to enter building was lacking. Finally getting someone to answer call button was frustrating. No direction on what to do upon entering outer security door. Reception was on 3rd floor, not easy to find it. No elevators. Getting luggage to and from room was a chore.

O tamanho do quarto e localização do hotel é otimo. O que nao gostei foi que nao tem elevador e estavamos com bastante malas tendo que subir de escada e nao tinha ninguém para ajudar. Tambem achei que por disponibilizar microondas, frigobar e alguns utensílios deveria ter uma pia pequena p lavar louças, e não precisar usar a pia do banheiro. A decoração achei bem simples, acho que poderiam investir um pouco mais nisso. Tambem achei ruim nao oferecer café da manhã, e todo dia cedo termos que caninhar pelo menos 5min para encontrar algo próximo e aberto.

Det var et rigtig fint lille værelse, der var hvad der skulle være. Jeg skulle ikke opholde mig der i lang tid, men bruge det som base. Fint lille badeværelse, dobbeltseng og skrivebord. Ikke meget plads, men fint til at sove. Der var mikroovn, et lille køleskab, og en el-keddel. Ingen elevator, men personalet ville gerne hjælpe med bagagen. Ældre bygning, med en blanding af hotel lejligheder, og private lejligheder. Jeg sov der 4 overnatninger, og kunne måske godt have manglet lidt rengøring/opfyldning efter et par dage med håndklæder, sæbe og toiletpapir. Ligger meget centralt, lige ned til floden, hvor det hele sker. Jeg kunne godt have ønsket mig, at der var morgenmad med i prisen.

Could have done with a few little extras such as black/breakfast tea, milk capsules, more pillows or cushions (we had one each) and more electrical charging plugs in the room. Not suitable for mobility impaired guests due to 3 flights of stairs.

An old, historic building, restored for hotel use. There's no elevator. The third floor is used, but the rooms are poorly designed. Sound insulation between rooms is very weak. The bed is bad, there's no air conditioning, only a heating system. The staff are well-intentioned. I think the management doesn't pay enough attention to this place. I will definitely not come back here.
