This was our second stay at hotel Moressco. We love the staff, breakfast, happy hour and how comfortable everything felt. The staff will give you recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The little garden to eat breakfast is a big bonus.

Great hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel and garden are beautiful. Awesome breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres. Would highly recommend. It’s a bit of a walk from St. Mark’s and other major tourist sites but we enjoyed exploring the city—Bonus is that it’s very close to the train station if you are carrying luggage.

Beautiful hotel. Very updated but still has the charm. Grounds are beautiful. We really enjoyed our breakfast in the outside garden. They made eggs fresh for you any way you wanted and had mimosas as well in the included breakfast. They even had complimentary happy hour when we arrived. Would stay again!

The hotel is a short walk from the bus and train stations. There are bars, shops and cafes nearby. Our room (superior double with a canal view) was spacious and beautifully decorated. It had a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The staff were very courteous and helped us to plan a day trip on the train (we decided on Verona). The happy hour was excellent and enabled us to try various chicchetti. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. It’s a gem.

Beautiful property, wonderful service, very clean. Location was convenient to train station but not as convenient to city center. Only flaw in the stay, the water never got warm to enjoy the beautiful bath tub and the shower took over 15 min to warm up in the am.

イタリア人は清潔好きな人が多いと聞いていましたので、水回りやトイレが本当に綺麗で驚きました。塵一つありません。カビも見ません。素晴らしい。 移動について、ヴェネツィアはちょっとした階段がよくあるので、キャリーケースが重たいとちょっと苦労するかもしれません。なので、朝食のオプションよりも、駅からホテルまでの荷物を運ぶ(片道もしくは往復)有料オプションを選択するかしないかあると、より素敵だと思いました。 また、このホテルで特に感銘を受けたのは、スタッフの皆様です。 私は日本人なので、イタリア語はおろか、英語もまともに話せず、ホテルのスタッフの皆様を困惑させてしまったと思います。 しかし、ホテルモレスコのスタッフの皆さんは本当に親切で、言葉に詰まっても、「もしかして、これですか？」と、ゆっくり聞き取りやすい英語で話してくださいました。 夫とも、このホテルは本当に素晴らしく、またぜひ訪れたいと話していました。 ありがとうございました。

Perfect stay in a wonderful hotel. A visit to Venice to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and couldn’t have asked for more. Our room was lovely complete with everything we needed - including an amazing view of the canal from our window.

This hotel had its charm and was a great stay. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The room was cozy but did get a little warm. With lack of AC though we had to sleep with the windows open, which allowed a few mosquitoes to pay us a visit while sleeping. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and the staff.

this hotel is super nice. They offered us a welcome drink (a lot of choices) and pastries and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast is very good and they even make eggs for you. The room is decorated very beautifully. The bathroom has warmed towel rack and three types of shower head. The bed is comfy as well. Location is very convenient yet quiet.

Lovely staff here and beautiful rooms!!! We really enjoyed the breakfast offered also. The beds were comfy and supportive, which I don’t often find when traveling. It’s nice quiet location that’s easy to navigate from to explore Venice. It’s also close to the bus stop to travel to and from the airport via bus. They are surprisingly nice! These are not your typical city buses. I would definitely come back and stay here if I have the chance.

The staff including Vincenza and Barbara go above and beyond and treat you like a friend. Nothing is too much trouble. Vincenza emailed us all the options of how to arrive and arranged this for us. She called us in the airport arrivals to let us know a change in pier for picking up the boat. We were given really good directions for attractions and Barbara even telephoned one to help arrange this. Vincenzo booked our dinner reservation. A gentleman on the desk knew who we were and greeted us by name and knew our room number and carried our bags out to the water taxi. When we left the hotel, we took a water taxi to the port to pick up our ship, my husband left his phone on the water taxi. I telephoned the hotel and Barbara arranged extremely quickly for the boat driver to come back to the port, I thought, an impossible task for her to find him in Venice. Barbara then telephoned me to check we had received the phone. We were so grateful. The hotel was beautiful, room spacious and you could not hear any outside noise in the room or hotel. The hotel is situated right on the water but just off the grand canal. The location is perfect. It was a the best start to our holiday. We highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk was very polite and knew our names upon arrival and seemed to memorize all the guests names and room numbers. They were very helpful and the welcome drink and parting gift was the extra touch that made our stay enjoyable.

This is a fantastic property and very well run. The breakfast was terrific - be sure to ask for eggs if they forget to offer - and cocktail hour lovely. The day staff were friendly and helpful. The man on the evening shift, however, was almost unpleasant when we asked him to cancel a dinner reservation (an hour in advance) that they had made for us earlier in the day. Not sure why this was an infraction? FYI!

Absolutely loved this hotel! We’ve just finished our 3-night stay in Venice and loved the hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the beds were super comfortable. The AC was wonderful, and they also provided a fan for us. The pillows were perfect! We enjoyed the full breakfast and coffee in the lovely courtyard each morning, and the staff was so helpful with my wife’s food allergies, bringing her special gluten free breads and non-dairy (oat) milk. 10/10 we’d stay here again!

Best staff ever! The employees really care about the enjoyment of your stay and service is excellent. We were treated to a delicious breakfast every morning and a wonderful happy hour in the evening. We have stayed at many hotels for both work and vacation; Hotel Moresco is the best. If every hotel was like Hotel Moresco, I would sell my home and live there year round.

Hotel staff goes above and beyond for us. They were very attentive, accommodating and friendly. They gave us great recommendations of local restaurants. Remembered my birthday! Breakfast was amazing. The location to the train station was perfect and it was in a quiet section. When we arrived we were offered a refreshment which was such a nice touch after a morning of travel. The breakfast offered was lovely. The room was so pleasant and very spacious. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at the Hotel Moresco. The hotel is closer to the bus station and can be a longer walk to the famous sites, however I would rather walk a shorter distance with my luggage than drag it up and down steps and thru the crowded Venice streets. Water taxis are an easy way to reach the hotel, too. The hotel is lovely inside, beautiful rooms, lovely common area. Good breakfast and Happy Hour. The value can not be beat while there is no sacrifice to luxury. !We would always stay at Hotel Moresco while in Venice!

This hotel was a 10 minute walk from the station (SL) although a couple of walking bridges were a little inconvenient. Very easy for those training in and out. Took public ferry to Piazza San Marco (10 min) and viewed important bridges and Grand Canal. Walked back to hotel - easy and low stress. Would take 30 odd minutes if direct but we took our time and ate on the way. Really very pleasant indeed. Hotel was driendly and service was great.

It’s nice quiet location that’s easy to navigate from to explore Venice. It’s also close to the bus stop to travel to and from the airport via bus. They are surprisingly nice! These are not your typical city buses. I would definitely come back and stay here if I have the chance.

The location was extremely convenient for access to both the train station and airport shuttles. Do not overlook this aspect as there are stairs and bridges throughout town that we were able to avoid. There is also easy access to water taxi stations to explore town and other islands. The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Location is excellent and walkable to anywhere in Venice, but people should take note that getting to St. Marco can be a little tricky since there are no bridges across the big canal directly - one would either have to take a boat or walk around to one of the bridges ( about 20min walk)

Very nice hotel and very close to the bus station, only needed to walk over two bridges which skirted the train station. The front desk staff was accommodating and our room was quite nice on Floor 2. We appreciated the sparkling water machine in the lobby. It's not near the hubbub of activity of San Marco but so what? Take the Line 1 Water Taxi from the train station and enjoy the Grand Canal.

The ambience was old world classy. Breakfast was a great way to start the day and evening appetizers were great. A/C worked perfectly and room was roomy and comfortable.
