As a big chain hotel, we generally knew it was going to be a good familiar choice. We loved the surroundings and found the Bikini ART Museum attached to the hotel to fun addition. Lots of parking available as well as a gas station, variety store and restaurant. Check-in was a bit slow because we had to input our information into a tablet ourselves.

Das Hotel selbst ist gut. Ich war jedoch davon enttäuscht, dass es im Hotel selbst kein Restaurant gab. Zum Essen und Frühstücken musste man in den Autohof gegenüber. Die Cocktailbar war nicht so gemütlich wie erwartet, da sie direkt neben der Rezeption lag und vom Personal an der Rezeption mit erledigt wurde. Das führte teilweise zu Wartezeiten. Die Zimmer selbst sind jedoch sehr sauber und modern.

The pictures online are extremely misleading! This is a hotel at a rest stop/gas station. My wife and daughter had to checkin at the gas station as the front desk closes at 9pm. My wife called about a late checkin as she and my daughter were at Palmer Paradies. No warning. No sign at the checkin. Horrible experience! Breakfast is in the gas station. Do not believe the pictures on the sites! Angles. Misleading!!!!

Preis Leistungs Verhältnis in keiner Relation.Andere Best Western Hotels wie z.B in Wiesbaden deutlich besser .Lage des Hotels nicht schön ,an der Strasse und an einer Tankstelle.Kissen hat einen Eigengeruch, als ob es nicht gewaschen worden wäre .Frühstück hat so eine schlechte Qualität,findet in einer Tankstelle statt.Dort greift man auf dreckiges Geschirr,sowie die Auswahl und die Qualität sowie auch das Ambiente in einer Tankstelle ist nicht angenehm.

Die Matratzen waren leider viel zu weich, was die Schlafqualität sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Die ganze Nacht lief irgendwo ein LKW, sehr störend, deshalb sind wir nur eine Nacht geblieben, obwohl wir 2 gebucht hatten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Freundlicher Empfang, Hotel direkt an der Autobahn, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr bequeme Betten mit einer Kissenauswahl, alles top. Zum Frühstück muss man allerdings in die Raststätte. Aber das Frühstück ist top, sogar mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und Smothies, Waffeln, etc. wirklich sehr gut.

Das "Laut" bezieht sich auf recht dünnwandige Zimmer, so dass man viele Geräusche von nebenan, wie auch von obendrüber mitbekommt. Schade.

Si vous ne parlez pas allemand, vous aurez un problème. La receptioniste ne parlait aucune autre langue. Nous avons fait notre check in nous même ??? Le lendemain matin , nous demandons où est servi le petit-déjeuner. La dame ne parle pas anglais, uniquement allemand et comme nous ne comprenons pas, elle parle de plus en plus fort croyant probablement que nous sommes sourds. Finalement le petit-déjeuner est servi à la station service à côté de l'hôtel ?? Bref, ...

Das Gebäude liegt günstig in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Autobahn, ist sehr sauber, gepflegt, weil erst vor ein paar Jahren eröffnet. Das Frühstück ist ( im kurzläufig erreichbarem Gebäude gegenüber des Hotels ) als umfangreiches Büffet sehr gut. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für die Lage bei einem Autohof, was ruhevolles Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster leider nicht ermöglicht,da die Frequentierung durch LKW durchweg gegeben ist. Ansonsten gerne als Geheimtipp für eine oder mehrere Übernachtung(en) im Kraichgau anzusehen und ,falls wir wieder Sinsheim und die Therme besuchen, im Hinterkopf gespeichert.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé car proche de l'autoroute 6 mais suffisamment isolé pour ne pas être gêné par le bruit. Excellente halte sur notre route de retour de Prague.

Restaurant direkt im Hotel, fände ich ansprechender sowie angenehmer. Umgebung ist nicht so schön. Allerdings ist man in 10 Min an der Therme Sinsheim. Sonst liebevoll gestaltete Zimmer, sauber.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage mit Autobahnanschluss, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war modern und top sauber. Auch das Frühstück, das es im Autohof gegenüber für die Hotelgäste gab, war unerwartet gut und reichlich (O-Saft zum selber pressen, Lachs, Waffeln zum selber machen)

Preis Leistungs Verhältnis in keiner Relation.Andere Best Western Hotels wie z.B in Wiesbaden deutlich besser .Lage des Hotels nicht schön ,an der Strasse und an einer Tankstelle.Kissen hat einen Eigengeruch, als ob es nicht gewaschen worden wäre .Frühstück hat so eine schlechte Qualität,findet in einer Tankstelle statt.Dort greift man auf dreckiges Geschirr,sowie die Auswahl und die Qualität sowie auch das Ambiente in einer Tankstelle ist nicht angenehm.

Das Hotel selbst ist gut. Ich war jedoch davon enttäuscht, dass es im Hotel selbst kein Restaurant gab. Zum Essen und Frühstücken musste man in den Autohof gegenüber. Die Cocktailbar war nicht so gemütlich wie erwartet, da sie direkt neben der Rezeption lag und vom Personal an der Rezeption mit erledigt wurde. Das führte teilweise zu Wartezeiten. Die Zimmer selbst sind jedoch sehr sauber und modern.

Overall horrible ac didn’t work and they offered us a free drink but it was a super hot day and we wanted to switch room which they didn’t let us. Then they threatened to kick us out and we still don’t have a refund 2 weeks after the stay. Most horrible place I ever stayed at
