Nous sommes allés à Alannia pendant les vacances scolaires de Mars 2023 . A notre arrivée nous avons rencontré le personnel de l’accueil qui a été super agréable, notre logement ( Bungalow COCOA) n’étant pas encore disponible, nous en avons profité pour déjeuner dans le restaurant du camping le repas excellent, personnel réactif et tellement gentille . Tous notre séjours nous sommes presque pas sortie du camping , avec 2 enfants de 4 et 7 ans les activités et structure suffise et pour qu’ils profitent ! Les piscines extérieur encore fermer . Nous avons aussi eu l’opportunité de pouvoir essayé la piscine intérieur, dommage que le prix soit un peu élevé. Les activités du week-end sont top Je recommande a 100% ce camping ! Nous y retournerons en été pour voir accès à toutes les activités proposées :)

Jättefint poolområde. Vårt boende låg ett stenkast från poolen vilket var suveränt. Det var även toppen att det fanns ett Supermarket på området med det man behövde samt underhållning för barnen. Lekrummet och rutschkanan var stora favoriter. Mindre bra var servicen i poolbaren och receptionen. Poolbaren hade bara öppet under helgen lör-sön trots många gäster vid poolområdet och när den väl var öppen var det jättelång kö eftersom det endast var en person som jobbade i baren. Vi hade även önskemål om sen utcheckning pga sent flyg och små barn. Fick till svar av receptionen att jag kunde betala för en hel extra natt och bo kvar i samma rum, men att betala en avgift för att få stanna några timmar extra på rummet och checka ut senare samma dag var inte möjligt. Bra boende i sin helhet men mindre bra service.

I have stayed at Alannia several times. Again this time the Habanna bungalow was spotless. It has all you need. Heating, towels, comfortable bed (extra blankets if needed), tv with 4 english channels with a kettle on request. Staff are super friendly and helpful and I enjoy staying here even off season

Je beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l'hébergement, ainsi que l'amabilité de tout le personnel du camping. Par contre je moins apprécié les animations . A part ça, je le recommande !!!!

La amabilidad de todo el personal. La limpieza del bungalow. Por reseñar algo negativo que a partir de las 12 de la noche ya no puedes entrar con el coche en el recinto de los alojamientos pero es comprensible para el descanso y no molestar .

Un entorno muy agradable en el que se encuentran los bungalows cocoa,están muy limpios y equipados de lavavajillas,estropajo,balleta e incluso cerillas además de los utensilios para cocinar.

my son a window didn’t close . I didn’t feel safe for him to sleep alone in the room . i ask the front desk but they didn’t have another room . so i have to sleep for 4 night in a bunk bed beside my son . not cool . we book it the resort for water park and bc the bunk bed room .

Nous connaissons bien Alania et rn simmes toubours satisfait mais la nous sommes tombes avec des voisins egoistes et bruillant musique chant cris...etc....a n importa quelle heure...il serai souhaitable de faire respecter la tranquilite des vacanciers...meme avec les tampons doreille j ai mal dormi......et il a fallu supporter leurs cris et chants........

Las instalaciones fenomenales, pero el personal con alguna excepción no está a la altura del alojamiento. El personal que atiende el desayuno, en general es desagradable, sobre todo la persona que parece la encargada. En el restaurante tuvieron un muy feo detalle ya que íbamos con tres niños y un bebé y a pesar de que estaba cayendo el diluvio universal al haber llegado 5 minutos tarde no tuvieron la deferencia de ofrecer algo de cenar, nos dijeron que nos fuéramos a algún pueblo, esto último es textual. Creo que el personal debería estar a la altura de las instalaciones o al menos atender amablemente.

Un personal excelente,muy buenas instalaciones y para los niños un sitio totalmente recomendable, volveremos

La amabilidad de todo el personal. La limpieza del bungalow. Por reseñar algo negativo que a partir de las 12 de la noche ya no puedes entrar con el coche en el recinto de los alojamientos pero es comprensible para el descanso y no molestar .

Las instalaciones son estupendas, pero la atención del personal, salvo honrosas excepciones, es lamentable. El día de llegada, con alerta amarilla por tormentas, nos facilitaron mal el horario de la cafetería, en la que nos dijeron que podíamos tomar algo de cena hasta las 23:30. Llegamos a las 22:36 y nos negaron cualquier cosa de comer, incluso fría, aunque estaban saliendo platos de la cocina. Lo peor es que viéndonos con un bebé de un año y que diluviaba, ni tan siquiera nos ayudaron con algo de información sobre a qué pueblo nos podíamos dirigir. Es solo un ejemplo de la muy mala atención que hemos recibido por parte del personal.

Me encantó la terraza y una de las cosas que no me gustó fue el colchón y el aire acondicionado me gustó la tranquilidad , la fácil accesibilidad, la atención del personal y su servicios excelentes

Nous sommes allés à Alannia pendant les vacances scolaires de Mars 2023 . A notre arrivée nous avons rencontré le personnel de l’accueil qui a été super agréable, notre logement ( Bungalow COCOA) n’étant pas encore disponible, nous en avons profité pour déjeuner dans le restaurant du camping le repas excellent, personnel réactif et tellement gentille . Tous notre séjours nous sommes presque pas sortie du camping , avec 2 enfants de 4 et 7 ans les activités et structure suffise et pour qu’ils profitent ! Les piscines extérieur encore fermer . Nous avons aussi eu l’opportunité de pouvoir essayé la piscine intérieur, dommage que le prix soit un peu élevé. Les activités du week-end sont top Je recommande a 100% ce camping ! Nous y retournerons en été pour voir accès à toutes les activités proposées :)

Jättefint poolområde. Vårt boende låg ett stenkast från poolen vilket var suveränt. Det var även toppen att det fanns ett Supermarket på området med det man behövde samt underhållning för barnen. Lekrummet och rutschkanan var stora favoriter. Mindre bra var servicen i poolbaren och receptionen. Poolbaren hade bara öppet under helgen lör-sön trots många gäster vid poolområdet och när den väl var öppen var det jättelång kö eftersom det endast var en person som jobbade i baren. Vi hade även önskemål om sen utcheckning pga sent flyg och små barn. Fick till svar av receptionen att jag kunde betala för en hel extra natt och bo kvar i samma rum, men att betala en avgift för att få stanna några timmar extra på rummet och checka ut senare samma dag var inte möjligt. Bra boende i sin helhet men mindre bra service.

Las instalaciones fenomenales, pero el personal con alguna excepción no está a la altura del alojamiento. El personal que atiende el desayuno, en general es desagradable, sobre todo la persona que parece la encargada. En el restaurante tuvieron un muy feo detalle ya que íbamos con tres niños y un bebé y a pesar de que estaba cayendo el diluvio universal al haber llegado 5 minutos tarde no tuvieron la deferencia de ofrecer algo de cenar, nos dijeron que nos fuéramos a algún pueblo, esto último es textual. Creo que el personal debería estar a la altura de las instalaciones o al menos atender amablemente.

There was nothing we didn't like. our visit wasn't for a holiday and it was short so we didn't get chance to enjoy the facilities. But we will certainly be back soon.

i have stayed in many haunted locations in england. But this place has literally left me scared to sleep at night. i moved from one of the bungalows to another chalet. same thing. it was awful. i could not sleep and was literally haunted to the point of being quite scared. i will never return here ever again in my life. I can imagine alot and i mean alot of old people have died here due to the age of the 3000 caravan residents. i will never go back to this place ever again in my life !

I have stayed at Alannia several times. Again this time the Habanna bungalow was spotless. It has all you need. Heating, towels, comfortable bed (extra blankets if needed), tv with 4 english channels with a kettle on request. Staff are super friendly and helpful and I enjoy staying here even off season
