Two couples stayed in a two bedroom two bath condo. There is one window air conditioner in the living room that is supposed to cool the entire place. There are wall fans to suck the cool living room air into the bedrooms. It’s an odd set up but it worked fair to cool the bedrooms at night. They kitchen was well equipped. The two pools were terrific. It’s older and dated but very clean. The mattresses are very firm but the pillows were perfect. Tons of board games and puzzles in the lobby and tables to play on. Every staff member we encountered was kind and friendly. The location is 10/10 for accessibility to all the fun things to do in Door County.

We loved the property with the clean rooms and enjoyed the pools and hot tub was wonderful. Great service but the beds in both rooms were uncomfortable and very hard. Maybe an update on those would be nice. That’s a big factor in deciding to come back because the hard beds didn’t work out.

This is our second summer staying at High Point Inn and we’ll be back again next year! The amenities are great, love having two bedrooms and bathrooms, and staff is always pleasant and friendly. This year we had some battery trouble with our car and they even had a portable charger so we could get it started! The location is convenient for all of our favorite DC stops.

The hotel was just lovely. I have stayed there once before, and it was lovely then too, why I went back. Beautiful hotel/condo in a beautiful location. Close to everything. The staff is really kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean, and everything you need is in the room. I didn't have to ask for anything. I'll definitely stay here again.

Check in staff was rude at our arrival. We got into town just a bit earlier than expected. Before heading off to do something we went in just to check, maybe our room was done already… so we could unload cars and settle in. Lady was rude about it, like we were asking for such a huge request. Upon finally checking in, rooms were standard. Clean but dated. Beds were the hardest most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. Was a long stay for just that reason alone.

We loved the whole setup of the 2 bedroom suite, it was perfect for our family especially with the full kitchenette. There were all conveniences of a hotel plus all the perks of staying in a Condo like a full size coffee maker with Torke coffee provided, a patio with table & chairs and even a fireplace. We'll be back again and will recommend High Point Inn to everyone looking for a place to stay in Door Cty.
