This hotel was very easily accessible for both your city and mountain traveling needs. The hotel was nearly completely booked, but there was still plenty of parking. Their washer and dryer worked well and was a premium convenience. We enjoyed their facilities, the room was large and comfortable, and housekeeping was working round the clock to keep it clean! Thanks! We will be back.

This property is well located, comfortable and affordable. The personnel is super nice and professional. There is plenty of free parking and a strong wifi signal. The only thing I didnot like very much was the fact that the AC unit is a bit loud for me. I am a light sleeper. Other than that it was great

This is a great hotel to stay at. Clean, friendly staff, nice rooms and comfortable bed. If there was a downside, it would be that the parking spaces are very narrow, which is concerning if you don't want your car door dinged.

Stayed here just one night when moved to town. Price was good. Room was big and clean. Beds were comfortable. Sheets were a little worn but it was just one night. Request a room away from the road. It started to get loud pretty early. Fitness center was sparse but better than some. At least the equipment worked. Breakfast was typical.

Parking was a bit crowded, made worse by some construction trucks and equipment taking up available spaces (plus some other guests parking over the line). The hotel itself was fantastically clean and pleasant. Was surprised that I didn’t have a bathtub in my room, just a shower stall (although the shower WAS spacious). I prefer baths and missed having that available.

For a new hotel several things didn’t work. It took 3 different rooms to find one with a working tv. The toilet was a bit wonky. The whole place was a bit dirty. Breakfast was underwhelming. The staff was helpful, pool was nice and lemon water was a nice touch.

I'd say the stay was okay overall. I honestly don't think I'd choose this hotel again though. The beds were hard which I know is all about personal preference and it's hard to accommodate everyone but on top of that the pool was out of commission while we were there, and with twin 4 year olds that traveled over 5 hours, this made it rough. Then we didn't notice until we got back late that first night (after everything was already unpacked and our children were already tired and cranky) that our door didn't completely latch unless we slammed the door and the deadbolt didn't align with the hole correctly so we couldn't properly lock the hotel door. We did bring it to the attention of the front desk which offered to switch our rooms, but we declined as we figured out how to get the door to latch and were leaving the very next morning anyway. Overall, I wouldn't say it's horrible but personally wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Nice property but starting to show its age. The floor tiles in the bathroom were broken and loose. The free breakfast was about average with the exception of not having bacon, I just don't understand places that don't have bacon for breakfast.

The Comfort Suites in Broomfield, Colorado was a very clean and quiet place. Check in was easy. Shannon did a great job of welcoming us. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. All the facilities were clean. There is easy access to all the highways.

Friendly staff. clean room ,comfy bed, great breakfast buffet. Nice walk in shower… but the bathroom floor tiles were broken & uneven with missing grout, a real tripping hazard. Almost fell a few times.

It was a very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant but not super helpful. Our room, the besd were clean and comfortable but the cleaning that was missed was the picture frame was super dirty with I’m not sure Possible wiped down with a dirty rag? The ottomans in front of couch had a white crusty substance on them and the room deodorant smell was very strong

The hotel was ok overall but parking was odd. There wouldn’t have been a concern but too many other people parked incorrectly and took up 2 spaces but the hotel didn’t appear to have anyone checking the small parking lot to mitigate this issue. Also, the sofa’s pull out bed was obviously not cleaned before we checked in.

This is a newer property, and is well maintained. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and many other seating options. The bathroom was excellent, with a large walk-in shower. I have mobility issues, and was so glad to see that the room was easy to move around in. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the Broomfield area.

The employees I spoke to were lovely, even after I had to request a different room because something in the first one triggered an allergic reaction. (I really think that was something left by a previous guest, as I was fine in the rest of the building). The room change was easy, and my second room was comfortable. Everything was clean. I *do* wish people would move away from disposable cups (and plates, and plasticwear) everywhere, but that still seems pretty hard to ask for. My only real complaint is that thin walls and loud radiators make for loud TV noises from neighboring rooms. I had trouble falling asleep both nights of my stay, due to the constant drone of the neighbor's television. I wish hotel chains would learn that paying for better sound-proofing is a long-term investment worth making.

The room and its furnishings were fully up to snuff. The only downsides are: Weak internet that required reentering the passcode multiple time per day. Very high road noise through the window. Little noise supression for neighbor's toilet flushing.

Very nice room, beds were comfortable and clean. Liked the sitting area, couch had some stains that could be cleaned. Bathroom was nice and clean, like the walk in shower vs tub. Conveniently located and quiet.

Room was near entry/exit door and stairs. Very noisy with people coming and going. Front desk employee double charged my credit card. Still trying to resolve for reimbursement. Parking lot had some guys and equipment outside all three days of my stay that took up parking space which caused for limited parking.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and we felt safe leaving our belongings in the car overnight. Our room had an air conditioner that made a loud squeaking noise every time it stopped blowing air, which was an inconvenient way to spend the nice. Our shower did not work well. The staff was nice. breakfast was standard. It was all very average.

If you enjoy a non-engaged concierge, heavyly processed breakfast, non-existent housekeeping- this is the place for you! My door was stuck, I could not exit my room. I called for help, waited for 45 minutes, nothing. When i called back, they said they were on a conference call and couldn't help me. So she sent a housekeeper. Yes, I looked via the peep hole- she was on her cell phone didn’t even try to help me. So I had to call the fire department, to help me out. The fire department did help me.... the place had the nerve to charge me!

The staff was very attentive and friendly. I arrived a few hours early from Texas and asked if my room was ready early. I was early so I would have understood if it wasn't but my room was ready so that was definitely a plus. I was tired. The room was very roomy, very clean and very comfortable. I stayed for 4 nights and I didn’t have any complaints while there. I am here on business for two months and had I known prior I would have booked my whole stay there. Breakfast was fulfilling, coffee was good. My favorite part was the lemon water in the lobby. It was very convenient to walk in grab a cup or as I was leaving. If I'm ever in this area again, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. Close to Denver and Boulder, with easy access to main roads. The amenities were great too. I loved that parking was included and we did not have to pay to park. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here because we wanted a hotel with breakfast and the breakfast here was a joke! Wasn’t ready on time ever, potatoes were literally frozen, bread was stale, yogurt was locked up still, drink machine wasn’t working. Floors were very dirty throughout and the hotel has literally no installation and was noisy! Location was good though and not heavily trafficky, beds we’re comfortable!

The place felt decently clean. Sheets did feel low quality as ours were pilling. Breakfast was great with traditional hotel variety and was still fully stocked even for the later breakfast eaters like ourselves. One thing that was a little bit alarming/annoying was the lack of a blockade under the entry doors and the adjoining doors. We could hear everything coming from our neighbors room as well as the hall way. Not to mention, this could provide a perfect opportunity for someone so get into your room. Pics included

The room was spotless and comfortable! Key drop was great for check out. They clean the rooms every 3 days and you can request more towels/other needs before then which suit us just fine. Check in took quite a while as the attendant stated "the computers are slow." The food quality of the breakfast was good with a nice selection....however..... The breakfast room was a disaster - the manager explained that his breakfast attendant quit 2 weeks ago and "corporate would not allow him to hire a replacement." Still, providing extra trash cans would have at least made it less cluttered and more hygienic. By the 2nd day there were some staff splitting their time between front desk and breakfast.

Its a nice hotel, we picked it mostly for location visiting our kids. The room was good sized and comfortable. Brreakfast is exactly the same every day. I've not met many people that like strawberry/banana yogurt, and didn't see many taking it. We were also surprised breakfast time did not change. 9 am they turn off the lights and its done. We were there on a holiday weekend and hated getting up that early.
