The roof top pool has to be one of the best in town. The sunset is pure magic. Close enough to both beach and town, with free valet parking. Couldn't ask for more. Also, reliable WiFi. Definitely would recommend.

Das Hotel liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Strasse. Daher konnte ich nur mit Ohrenstöpseln schlafen. Fitness ist klein und verfügt über qualitativ einfache Geräte. Die Rooftop Bar ist sehr schön. Der Safe im Zimmer ist auf Bodenhöhe montiert. Das ist eher mühsam. Die Mitarbeitenden sind aehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,. Neues Hotel.

My first stay in Pattaya was during the off-season so the prices were criminally low. It was supposed to be raining the whole time but we were lucky with no rain. The luck of the weather plus the uber pleasant experience at the Arbour really magnified the joy of this vacation. The staff is impeccable with service and smiles galore. The view from the rooftop pool, the sauna, cleanliness, and the convenience of location makes this a place to revisit in the future.

This hotel is a solid choice for an extended stay. The room includes a small washer, and the staff will provide free detergent upon request. You can also have your laundry done for a fee, if preferred. The bathroom is a bit tight, so couples may need to maneuver around each other, but the bed and pillows were fantastic—we had some of the most restful sleep of our trip! Location-wise, it’s within walking distance of Central Pattaya Mall and Beach Road, though we rented motorcycles to do more exploring. Parking is available, which is also plus. Overall, this is a great option for someone looking for a comfortable, “middle-of-the-road” stay—not overly pricey but still offering plenty of amenities for a longer visit.

Worth every 5 star, it was close enough to bars, clubs, and night life to where you could walk but far enough away to where you can enjoy peace and quiet. They provide a tasty welcome drink upon arrival which was a nice gesture and if you are driving a car they have free parking around back. The only con the gym is small but it has the necessary equipment for people who plan on doing a short one or two week staycation. There are gyms and barbershops located nearby so the convenience of travel makes this hotel very desirable. The breakfast option is very diverse and if you decide to choose the buffet option you can eat either al la carte or order off their breakfast menu of 12 items which is also all you can eat. The staff are very professional and accommodate all the way down to the door man they always have smile on their face and wish you a good day whenever you depart. Overall I do plan on staying here again and would recommend giving it a try because you can’t beat the price and amenities

Travelling solo and decided to stay here, amazing hotel, great rooftop bar and pool area. Very nice restaurant. Exceptional service from the staff. Special thanks to Beam on reception who helped me sort out a reservation booking issue and Khao Fang for housekeeping. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Pattaya.

2回目の宿泊です。4泊しました。チェックイン時などはとてもスムーズでした。スタッフさんの対応にも満足しています。新しいホテルなので部屋や施設は清潔感に溢れています。繁華街からは離れていますが静かに滞在できます。不満点としては①シャワーの水量が異常に少ない。お湯の出が悪い。排水が悪い。②延泊に際し朝9時頃から外出し夕方4時に帰ってきてもルームクリーニングがされてない事が2度ありました。催促した際のクリーニングスタッフの対応も悪く不快です。前回の印象がとても良かったので非常に残念です。

我們下午兩點半到達酒店，但房間要等待清潔。到了下午三時，房間還未準備好，還要多待多六分鐘才可以上房間。酒店是小至中型，lobby不大，但都算上整潔。在等待期間，有welcome drink ，都算貼心。我們住在八樓，房間size都算合理，有微波爐，電磁爐，洗衣機，餐具等，但沒有洗衣液，洗潔精或煲。房間都算整潔和新淨，有小小的露台。電視都有很多台，可以睇you tube, 不過沒有Netflix 。洗手間衛生一般，毛巾不是很新淨。花灑淋浴時，水會由分間玻璃底滲流至隔離馬桶地方，非常不理想。每天只供應兩支水，太少了。冷氣不是太冷。房價是包了早餐。不要太高期望，每場只可容納35人，要預早book 時間食餐。Recommend 早的去食，遲了真的choice 很少，因為他們fill 得很慢，不是十分多人手。

The property is not a 5star hotel in my opinion. The staff are nice but need more advance training for a 5star hotel. The rooms are dirty, I had to kill cockroaches, flies, spiders etc and when I complained I was never contacted by the management. The phone was broken for days and took 3 attempts to fix it. The shower had molds and wasn’t draining properly. The bed frame was dirty. The pool is definitely not what you see in the picture. Over extremely disappointed and don’t recommend it.

The hotel room was not sufficiently clean. The towels look like they have been used for decades. There was mould in the washing machine and bathroom. There was no practical place to hang a towel or wash clothes in the bathroom. There was limescale all over the fixtures. Yellow/brown water came out of the bath tap initially before it ran clear. After complaining nothing was really done about these problems the room was just tidied as they normally do in the mornings. On a positive note the lobby, rooftop bar and restaurant were very good and aesthetically pleasing.

We had a wonderful stay at Arbour Hôtel! The terrasse was absolutely perfect, so comfortable that we spent the whole day there. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed—a fridge, safety box, washing machine, and complimentary water bottles—which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed, bedsheets, and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful experience. The only downside was the noise from outside at night. Since the room has a balcony with a door that opens, it seemed to let in a lot of street noise, even on the 15th floor. I had to sleep with headphones, but aside from that, everything was perfect! Great food, nice spa, very clean, nice smiles, etc. Would definitely recommend, especially for the comfort and amenities!

Stayed in higher floor premier room , Perfect hotel , spacious and clean room, big bathroom , excellent location , everything is just with in a distance of 10 -15 mins walk . you get what you see in pictures - balcony is a small space you can only stand but still decent enough to get fresh air and enjoy the view very very welcoming staff at reception - special thanks to always smiling Mr. AMP . i was travelling solo - and had a great trip definitely coming again

Well the rooms are very nice, the stuff is super friendly and very helpful, however, the hotel is located on a very very noisy road, so if you want relax or sleep and in a quiet hotel, this is unfortunately the wrong hotel.

The room was ok but small for a 5 star hotel The room doesnt have sound proof windows so i heard traffic noise everynight The tv has a cables problem. Everytime that i whatched a show or a movie there was a cable problem and it happand few times. The breakfast was so lame and too small for a t star hotel The pool was small too for a 5 star hotel I have to say that this hotel not worth to be 5 star hotel at all I give him 3 at the most The staff was kind and helpfull I will not go back to this hotel again

After checking into the property, I advised the front desk. The room was very small and not an ocean view as stated on Expedia small balcony as well so I asked if I could check out the same evening. The hotel stated management was only available in the morning, so I waited The front desk gave me an option of a upgrade to a large room for an additional pay of $2000 dollars for an upgraded stay, I refused and said I would check out immediately. The hotel would not refund the money I paid for the room so I lost the approximately US$700 if I could give this hotel less than one star I surely would good luck to anybody that chooses it. Don’t believe the 10 out of 10 reviews. They’re probably made by bots

Decent 5 star thats located right in the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. The best part about this hotel is the front staff, they are absolutely fantastic and very hospitable. Wish I could give shout outs but forgot the names unfortunately. To the manager: your staff are superb, make sure you recognize them!

Front desk staff: i paid for an ocean view room and when i went to the front desk to talk to them about it they told me that it IS the right room but there is no ocean view. Everyone at the front desk was curt, uncooperative and borderline rude. None of them wore any nametags and even after asking them gor their names, they refused to do so. It took me almost a FULL DAY to work with Expedia AND the hotel to try to get a refund on the remaining nights. The vibe of the hotel is SO BAD and UNWELCOMING that had originally planned to spend 5 days and 4 night, i checked out the very next day.. This was perhaps the WORST front desk / reception experience EVER. They were completely unapologetic and god forbid never even cracked a smile or said ANYTHING that felt remotely welcoming. This hotel is a sham, the front desk is AWFUL, they have lied about their rooms. The rest of the staff especially the people who help with the luggage were SUPER KIND and nice.. I used the washroom on the ground floor and it has an approach with 2 sets of single steps that You may end up missing and falling flat on your face like i did… NEVER EVER COMING TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN !!

Saff was amazing from check in to check out. The amenities outstanding, pool, Dinning(breakfast for me) the coffee...(Hold on this could take a minute) Let me say when I drink coffee...I mean it's a miracle my heart hasn't exploded...lol but on a serious note have had coffee from a lot of different places and top notch, top of the charts, outstanding. My reservation clearly states Oceanview room. I was assigned city view room. I have the video to prove it. I brought this to front desk’s attention. I was shown two more rooms with the same City View. Terrible breakfast. Have to reserve a table first. A la carte with mostly Chinese food

Good: Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but same menu every day. Bad: The shower drain needs more improvement. Every time I took a shower, water overflowed. Water overflowed outside of shower. Inside the elevator is hot. Beside that, this hotel is a keeper.

Great property, staff accommodating, easy to get around location. The breakfast menu needs to be revised. The one western dish was basically sandwich with an egg and what appeared to be hotdogs on a bun. McDonald’s far superior. The rooftop view is 2 thumbs up! Worth $70 a night.

Decent hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious including the bathrooms. I remember the breakfast just ok. I prefer more choices when it comes to breakfast buffets. This may be a pro or a con depending on what you like but this hotel is located in a really busy area so there is a lot of traffic congestion.
