Wingate by Wyndham Bossier City

The breakfast was small: cereal, yogurt, waffles with syrup. The chairs in the breakfast area were very dirty. The building was old and very run down. Lots of dents in the walls. No grout in the bathroom floor tiles, and very uneven. The front of the vanity was dirty with something dripping. The chair and bench in the room were very dirty and stained. The door to the room was the same height as the floor, and therefore only opened about 45°. The curtains were half off the track. Thre gate to the pool wouldn't open and was very rusted. When it finally opened, the hot tub was the same temp as the pool. Coming back in from the pool, the door would read my card but wouldn't open. There was also a giant gap on the side window panel for the re-entry door. The room was big and had a small fridge and coffee maker (not used). There were ample towels and wash cloths. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash for use. The early day staff was very pleasant. The evening/ night staff was less cordial.

Cold room, clean and good staffing and breakfast

Great place to stay will definitely return.!

Breakfast was excellent but room had buckled carpet, tons of dust amd rusted tub. I had to stay because all hotels were booked and I was at a conference. But never agai.

The staff was so hospitable and accommodating. I will be back.
