Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und buchen es bald erneut, um unsere Tochter in Berlin zu besuchen. Nettes Personal am Empfang und an der Bar. Der Billardtisch lädt zum Spiel und Austausch mit anderen Gästen ein. Zimmer sauber, Lage für uns optimal.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und buchen es bald erneut, um unsere Tochter in Berlin zu besuchen. Nettes Personal am Empfang und an der Bar. Der Billardtisch lädt zum Spiel und Austausch mit anderen Gästen ein. Zimmer sauber, Lage für uns optimal.

Der Check in war super. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug. Das Bett war riesig. Leider hatten wir Probleme beim verlassen des Parkplatzes. Dieses lag aber wahrscheinlich am schlechten Wetter. Und mir hat eine Ladesäule für E-Autos gefehlt.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Personal sehr nett und rührig. Frühstück (22 Euro) und Parkkosten (12,50 Euro) jedoch eindeutig zu hoch.

Stayed here for one night when passing through on a longer drive. It’s a nice hotel located in a very quiet area. Room was totally okay and seemed clean. The breakfast was excellent and provided a perfect start on our onwards journey. A bit strange that they charged for parking considering the location of the hotel.

Check-in process went smooth and the front desk guy, Hamza was pleasant and helpful. He was the only enthusiastic staff member I found here. Everyone else was cold, distant, not friendly, and aloof towards me as a guest. Not one good morning" or "how was your stay?: -- Nothing!!!There was another staff member who worked the front desk at night and he was really rude and nasty with his attitude! I asked him for a bottle water said I had to pay for it. My room had an awful smell coming either thru the vents or toilet-- I could not tell. Smelled like onions/sewage. The bed was ok, but the pillows were not. My neck and head hurt bc they were practically flat with no support. I did not make the staff aware that the room smelled. Just sprayed it to mask the stench. Was gone the whole day and when I returned in the evening, the cleaners barely cleaned my room or made up the beds. I never opened up the windows, however, when I came back, the windows were left wide open and I had to kill the bugs that flew in. They even made nests on the ceiling and corner of the room. No garbage bag for trash. Overall, the hotel was quiet, view from room was lovely, and the bathroom with the huge tub was a plus. The trinkets in the bathroom were also useful . The mirrors were great! The area felt safe and was within walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. Although, it was convenient to the venue I had to attend-- I would not stay here again.

Sehr sauber und neu, super freundliches Personal. Sogar ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Klitzekleines Manko, der Fernseher ist recht einfach, kein Streaming möglich, keine Apps. Dafür super Betten, tolles Bad.

Like the hotel. But bath tub design is not good. I slipped and fell in tub with the glass partition falling on my body. Fortunately it didn’t break. But it took me a while to put it aside and stood up. After changing the room, I smelled sewer. But I still think it is a nice hotel with reasonable price. Staff are very friendly!

The hotel room was great. Nice size - it had a sofa and a desk that was large enough for all my stuff. It also had electrical outlets at the desk level and at the sides of the bed which was nice. The shower was one of the larger ones I encountered in Germany and since I am 6'2" tall that was nice. The did a have a refrigerator in the room that was pretty small - it was located next to the mirror on the desk (I didn't find it the first day). I slept great in the beds. The only issue we had with the hotel was when checking in. We got there at 4:00 PM and the room wasn't available. We waited about a half an hour for it to be available and the cleaning crew was cleaning other rooms on our floor. It wasn't a big deal, but we didn't preorder breakfast. I did do breakfast the next morning and it kind of threw the hostess for a loop. Instead of charging it to my room I had to pay there. It wasn't deal, but I wanted to mention it. The breakfast was excellent with great choices of food, but it did cost 22 Euros.

Preiß Leistung ist gut, jedoch das Frühstück für 22€ viel zu überteuert und fand etwas unverschämt das man pro Tag 12€ mehr nimmt wenn man mit Auto kommt. Außerdem ist es für das Jahr 2024 etwas sehr veraltet das der Fernseher kein Smart tv hat.

Dejligt hotel, men vi fik et iskold værelse som gjorde alt føles koldt og fugtigt. Mine børn kamp frøs, og vi prøvede selv at indstille til varme men uden held. Vi kom ved 22 tiden hvilket gjorde der intet mad var tilgængelig og ej heller hjælp til at løse det.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was clean it looked great. The Breakfast was awesome lots to choose from. There was one big disappointment though! When we tried to check in we were tired and just wanted a bed sleep. But the front desk staff was just Miserable and unhelpful. It was more important to check social media instead of delivering a good service. We had done some research on pricing for this hotel while en route and we found the price was good for the quality of the hotel. But the 2 ladies at the front desk pricing was double from the highest price online. So we tried to negotiate a deal from what we saw online but they just said no and wanted us to find a different hotel if we wanted something for less money. Then I decided to just book it online and some money that way. But they did not like it and were very unfriendly towards us and made us wait for another 45min before we got our room. The Bartender though was totally opposite he was very friendly and did a great job he made us feel welcomed.

So please know if you are Expedia customer and staying in this hotel or Europe in general, no early check out is allowed and they make you feel second class. I was told if you book direct with hotel direct we could have checked out etc Booked for 7 nights and after day 3 they will not allow us check out and not happy with this arrangement. No gym and no lunch service at the hotel.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere with it's own massive parking lot yet you have to pay €12.50 for daily parking 😑 Far far from any decent places like a mall, shop or restaurants, you would have to go to Berlin for a decent restaurant. Staff had no idea about public transport to Berlin. How to get there and where the fireworks held for new year's eve! We paid €22.5 per person for breakfast wich wasn't worth it at all, but that didn't really concern me, what did was there was a hair in my scrambled egg and that ruined the whole thing, the hotel didn't even care or compensate in any shape or form!! No EV charger for miles, in fact we had to drive again to Berlin to charge 🤔 Bed wasn't comfortable either. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Tolles Business-Hotel außerhalb der Stadt. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Klasse Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ruhig gelegen trotz Nähe zur Autobahn.

De accomodatie is zeer goed. Maar ik was met openbaar vervoer onderweg en dat is wat minder comfortabel. Ik ging een avond uit eten. Er zijn beperkte mogelijkheden op loopafstand.

We have stayed here in numerous occasions and the standards are always at high levels. Friendly staff, quiet location and within easy access to Berlin and surrounds with rental car as well as public transportation. Nice array of restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. Just wish that they would start including some vegan options in their breakfasts.

Stayed here for one night when passing through on a longer drive. It’s a nice hotel located in a very quiet area. Room was totally okay and seemed clean. The breakfast was excellent and provided a perfect start on our onwards journey. A bit strange that they charged for parking considering the location of the hotel.

Mein Aufenthalt im GINN Hotel Berlin – Potsdam war von Sonntag bis Freitag. Ich bin gehörlos, und das Hotel respektiert gehörlose Gäste – die Kommunikation mit allen war problemlos. Das Personal, Hausmeister, Reinigungsteam und Frühstückspersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war frisch und abwechslungsreich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und praktisch, mit guter Busanbindung. Vielen Dank an das ganze GINN-Team!

Super Service, nette Mitarbeiter, super umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer waren sehr sauber und auch Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr modern und gleichzeitig stimmig eingerichtet.

Preiß Leistung ist gut, jedoch das Frühstück für 22€ viel zu überteuert und fand etwas unverschämt das man pro Tag 12€ mehr nimmt wenn man mit Auto kommt. Außerdem ist es für das Jahr 2024 etwas sehr veraltet das der Fernseher kein Smart tv hat.
