Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo

Perfect in every way, location was amazing to be just outside the main city for relaxing and close enough to get back into the busyness whenever you wanted. Highly recommended.

Our family experience at this hotel was amazing travelling from Canada. We had taken cruise in Asia and it ended in Tokyo. We were checking in at 3 o’clock, but the cruise landed at at 7 AM and our daughter wasn’t feeling well. Our intention was to just drop our bags at the hotel, have them hold them and check in later, but when I called and asked if there’s any opportunity to have a room right away, they gladly assisted and we had a room within 45 minutes. I was so grateful! All of the staff we interacted with was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating. The room was perfect. The amenities were wonderful and I really can’t say enough about the grounds and the beautiful gardens. I highly recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone!

The buffet was not to the standard of a 4 to 5 star hotel .[ breakfast].

Nice location and hotel. Great lobby decor. Beautiful garden - do not miss the garden. It is a must view. Go at night as well as during the day to enjoy the different views. So pretty. The lady that checked us in was very proud of it and mentioned several times we should go. It did not disappoint. As it was the last leg of our Japan trip, we splurged and got a big room so we can spread our 10 suitcase out to repack for trip home. Room is very nice and clean. Beautiful and spacious bathroom. Great amenities. Free bottled water for each of us. Staff speaks English well and were very nice and helpful. Area is safe. We walked around at night and felt safe. Def recommend. Would stay here again when we return to Tokyo.

部屋の広さや調度品は良かったですが、カーペットのシミや汚れが気になりました。 また、スタッフの皆様の対応も良かったのですが部屋からオペレーターに電話をしても繋がらないことがありました。 コールバックもなく、フロントまで行かなければならず面倒でした。
