Arrived at HIJ in the evening and the airport staff called for the hotel shuttle which came in 5 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and their morning buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We walked along a 5-minute paved pathway back to the airport.

There is a beautiful Japanese garden at the back of the hotel, that you can spend hours in. It is very helpful if you have had a long flight from overseas and want a day to help with jet lag. If you are a senior, with ID proving your age, it is free to enter. The buffet breakfast is fine. There are reasonable priced meals at the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Hotel iprovides a shuttle, although it in a close proximity of the airport. Our triple room was spacious and had a nice view of the garden and lake. The breakfast was good but the menu didn’t vary much during our 4 night stay. The hotel provides free alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks from 3-10 pm in the bar, which was a nice place for our group of 9 to unwind and reflect on the day. As it is an airport hotel, the closest restaurants or convenience store are at the airport

部屋が改装されており、特にバスルームはとても清潔できれいに保たれており、気持ちよくお風呂に入れました。多くの場所で気になるシャワーカーテンの匂いも、ちゃんと洗剤で洗った後の香りがして、すごく有難かったです。出迎えていただいたスタッフの方々も、とても親切にラウンジの使い方などを教えてくださいました。シャトルサービスも柔軟に対応いただいて、こちらもとても有難かったです。また利用したいです。

The hotel itself was very old school, it seems a bit run down, but it was quite nice. Only stayed overnight to catch a flight so didn't go to the restaurants or explore around but would definitely stay there again. The service of the staff was spectacular. There is also a courtesy van to the airport but it's also close enough to walk there if you don't have many luggage. Breakfast was included and it had a lot of traditional Japanese breakfast items and was quite enjoyable. Caters flight attendants and businessmen mostly but if you have an early or late flight to catch, definitely worth staying here.

All of the staff at this hotel were simply amazing. We arrived at the hotel late. Regardless of the time of the arrival at the hotel, many staff members came to the lobby area and welcomed us. Every single one of them were very helpful. They gave us information about the airport, such as airport's operation hours and when airline counters start operationg. Without the knowledge, we were to miss their amazing breakfast, and go to the airport way too early, just to wait outside for a long time! The hotel offered to run their free shuttle bus to the airport outside of their scheduled operation hours, so that we don't have to drag our suitcases to the airport. The room was very clean and locations of amenities were very well thought out. Options at the breakfast buffet were just amazing. Our stay at fhe hotel was less than 12 hrs due to our flight schedule, but the stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. 10/10!

Beautiful view of nearby gardens. Walking distance from Hiroshima airport but information desk in airport can call out free shuttle bus. Really convenient for very late arrivals or early departures. The optional breakfast was pricey but worth every penny. The food was amazing and the variety of dishes made it very difficult to choose.

If you are forced to stay near the airport, then you really don't have too many options. It's the only Airport hotel. The main issue is that Airport is far from everything and therefore no local transportation to look for stores etc and walk around. Just the beautiful gardens. I'm not a big fan of Hiroshima's airport as it is very inconvenient.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is 100%the best I’ve ever encountered. So nice, polite and extremely accommodating. The breakfast has more options than I think I’ve ever seen. The grounds were beautiful. It’s a long way from town, but it’s right next to the airport. If I ever come back to this are, I will definitely stay again.

The hotel is within a waling distance from the Hiroshima Airport, but the waling path is not well marked. They have a convenient shuttle. There is nothing around the hotel but the airport.
