Great location, close to the BTS and shopping malls. And plenty of food options within walking distance. I'm so happy I found this gem of a hotel. The front desk was very welcoming (Plen) was always smiling when I came back to the hotel

I chose a room which landry machin is on the photo. However, my room does not have it. Also, room was smorking room though I chose non-smorking room. Finally, hotel changed to non-smorking room. Internet access is poor and disconnection occured each 2 mins.

Regarding to the staying the hotel Arize for 3 days. I have been travelled Bangkok for the past few years and it was the poor experience that i never had. 1) The Wifi issue - 1st night, the wifi keep stop and runnig speed for less than 1MB. I tried to contact reception but the phone also down as well. Then I walk down and request the fix issue. They send the service to my room and he didnt nothing and he said because of lots of guess. Even I talked to reception and they claim it was lots of guests which slow down. I never had expereicned in any hotels becasue of lots of guests can internet speed interrupted. The 2nd night, internet goes on and off again. Even cannot finish one 10 minutes youtube video. I go down to reception and they send a technician guy again. He come to my room and re-set the router, he explained it will goes to normal after re-set the router.. After he left, the problems appeared again. 2) There are no power point on both side of bed, Then I tried to connec the mid way between the TV and the bed. However, that power point was face, it has no power for the socket. I gotta connect my handphone and Laptop on TV far end side. 3) The finishing of the bath room, tiles and the drilled holes. That was unfinished wall and paint that on the shower room which doesnt fit to standard hotel requirements. I do believe there as no QC in the hotel.
