We had a wonderful stay here! Delicious breakfast, lively bar, spacious rooms and friendly service. We'd definitely come back! A very convenient bus ride to downtown Ljubljana and easy access to the highway for other travels.

Veldig koselig sted å bo når du skal ha noen dager i Slovenia. Store fine rom, hyggelig betjening og en meget sjarmerende kafe i underetasjen med uteservering ned mot elven. Frukost bestiller du med betjeningen, og den er nydelig. Egg i alle varianter, bakverk, kaffe og flere varianter av frukostblanding/yougurt. Du bør ha bil når du er her, og da er det også raskt å komme til de ulike delene av landet. Ca 15 minutt inn til Ljubliana. Et tips er å kjøre landeveiene dit du skal. Erfarte lange køer på motorveiene.

The staff was truly exceptional and naturally kind. The room was large, recently renovated, with a/c. Large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, taken on the patio. There is a very popular and good restaurant next door, that is related to the hotel. Parking is free but quite busy! Although located outside Ljubljana, there is a bus that runs every 20 min and takes you downtown the city (where parking is virtually impossible) in 25 min.

Great place with nice clean rooms and great surrounding. Try the path up to the chapel, really great view! The breakfast was very nice and the staff helpful and chilled. We enjoyed their restaurant as well with many locals as guests and the food was good and a lot.

Breakfast was over the top. Room was comfortable, easy bustransportation into Ljubljana. Thr exceptional staff, always friendly and helpfull. Taught us how to use bus card. Restaurant next door was a locals hangout with a lively atmosphere.

Wir waren als Pärchen zwei Nächte in dem B & B und waren von der Preisleistung vollkommen überrascht! Zuerst einmal ist das Ganze etwas Unscheinbar, weil man in erster Linie nur das Cafe sieht. Der Eingang zum B & B ist aber auf jeden Fall ausgeschildert und zwar die Treppen nach oben und nicht die Treppen nach unten vom Parkplatz aus. Andere Rezeption saß eine junge Dame, welche tatsächlich nicht nur Slowenisch oder Englisch konnte, sondern tatsächlich auch ein bisschen Deutsch. Der Check In verlief ohne Probleme, das Zimmer war riesig mit einem Doppelbett, einem Fernseher, einem Tisch und einigen spiegeln. Das Bad war auch total groß und sehr zuvorkommend eingerichtet! Das einzige, was mich tatsächlich am Bad gestört hat, war in der Dusche. Die obere Glasalterung (Edelstahl) ist angerostet und an den unteren Glasfugen der Dusche hat sich schon mehr oder weniger der Schimmel angesammelt. Wenn man das tatsächlich etwas besser putzen könnte bzw. reinigen könnte, wäre das schon super, Hat uns aber in dieser Weise nicht gestört, duschen zu gehen, da es ja nicht so schlimm war. Das Frühstück war tatsächlich im Preis in Griffen und auch ausgiebig bzw. man hatte ein kleines All you can Croissant Buffet. Man konnte sich im Café morgens zum Frühstück so viele Croissants holen, wie man möchte. Einen ganz normalen Schokocroissant, ein Croissant, gefüllt mit Marmelade oder einen stinknormalen Butter Croissant. Ein Heißgetränk pro Person ist immer dabei. Ein Besuch auf jeden Fall wert!

Very comfortable clean room just on the outskirts of Ljubljana. All the staff there were very helpful with suggestions with things to see and do in the area. It is located near a bus stop which takes in about 20 minutes to old town which is where everything is happening. Breakfast was included was great

Checked in a little earlier and the lady at the desk was extremely helpful and flexible. Breakfast ends at around noon and check out time can be extended if needed. Breakfast was amazing and extra points for them being so flexible. The room was clean, comfortable and big! Would come back again.

Serviceniveauet var højt, og personalet var både imødekommende og professionelle. Morgenmaden var god, og det var ekstra hyggeligt at kunne nyde den i den charmerende gårdhave. Alt i alt mener vi, at stedet fortjener at blive anerkendt som et boutique-hotel – både på grund af kvaliteten, atmosfæren og den personlige service. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Dvor Tacen B&B was an absolute gem! The rooms were cozy and the beds comfy. Breakfast was tasty and generous, and both the cafe and the tavern next door had great food for dinner. Ajda and her colleagues were all super helpful and shared lots of tips. We would most certainly stay again.

The included breakfast was incredible!! So many options!! The room was spacious and the staff were wonderful and helpful. Only downside- a water pipe broke so there was no hot water for 2/3 days.

I cannot say enough about B&B Dvor Tacen! The staff goes above and beyond to help you with any questions you may have. The young woman at reception was lovely, even called for me to make an appointment for a haircut. The manager of the bar and restaurant is a hardworking young man, so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning! Our room was large and very comfortable! Would highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The staff was truly exceptional and naturally kind. The room was large, recently renovated, with a/c. Large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, taken on the patio. There is a very popular and good restaurant next door, that is related to the hotel. Parking is free but quite busy! Although located outside Ljubljana, there is a bus that runs every 20 min and takes you downtown the city (where parking is virtually impossible) in 25 min.

Checked in a little earlier and the lady at the desk was extremely helpful and flexible. Breakfast ends at around noon and check out time can be extended if needed. Breakfast was amazing and extra points for them being so flexible. The room was clean, comfortable and big! Would come back again.

Very comfortable clean room just on the outskirts of Ljubljana. All the staff there were very helpful with suggestions with things to see and do in the area. Veldig koselig sted å bo når du skal ha noen dager i Slovenia. Store fine rom, hyggelig betjening og en meget sjarmerende kafe i underetasjen med uteservering ned mot elven. Frukost bestiller du med betjeningen, og den er nydelig. Egg i alle varianter, bakverk, kaffe og flere varianter av frukostblanding/yougurt. Du bør ha bil når du er her, og da er det også raskt å komme til de ulike delene av landet. Ca 15 minutt inn til Ljubliana. Et tips er å kjøre landeveiene dit du skal. Erfarte lange køer på motorveiene.

The bedroom was very spacious with 4 windows, very well soundproofed. Great king-size bed. Trained, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent very varied breakfast. Connection to the center of Ljubljana with bus no. 8 a few meters away. Fantastic experience.

I cannot say enough about B&B Dvor Tacen! The staff goes above and beyond to help you with any questions you may have. The young woman at reception was lovely, even called for me to make an appointment for a haircut. The manager of the bar and restaurant is a hardworking young man, so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning! Our room was large and very comfortable! Would highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Dvor Tacen B&B was an absolute gem! The rooms were cozy and the beds comfy. Breakfast was tasty and generous, and both the cafe and the tavern next door had great food for dinner. Ajda and her colleagues were all super helpful and shared lots of tips. We would most certainly stay again.

This was a very nice choice for a stay. There are not many spaces for parking if you bring a car, so be prepared. The restaurants on site and next door take a while, they are popular with the locals and service is very slow and the waiters at both restaurants forgot things and you had to remind them several times. The breakfast which was included was great, but once again they forgot things, including my wife’s pancakes. Still this is a very nice hotel and I would stay here again and recommend it.

Room was large and very clean with great decor. I would give it 10/10 apart from the fact that there was no kettle or tea/coffee available in the room. There’s a cafe in the same building but having it in room would have been better. Otherwise room was fabulous. Bed also very comfortable. Breakfast was served in the cafe below and had good choices and generous serves. Parking lot was very busy too due to the restaurant and there didn’t seem to be reserved spots for apartment guests. For dinner we went to the restaurant next door which is run by same company but the service was terrible. Admittedly it was a busy time but in the end we left after being ignored for several minutes. There’s another great place to eat (Kaval) 5 mins down the road. 15 minutes walking. It had great service.
