The room is really comfortable and the location is excellent. Room is also really well equipped. I find it the access to the gym a bit annoying. You need to go downstairs to get a key to be able to go in. Breakfast was really poor for the price they charge. I would stay again but I would not have the breakfast.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here. Convenient location next to Central Station and only a couple minutes walk to Lime Street station. Lots of things going on because it's right next to Liverpool 1 shopping area, lots of pubs and restaurants around as well. In spite of it being in the middle of everything, my room, at least (4th floor) was quiet. There are laundry facilities and enough pots, dishes etc. to make simple meals (no oven though, just stovetop/hob and a microwave).

Lovely lady checked us in. Got early check in free at 10am by joining loyalty club. Got a very spacious room as it was wheelchair accessible.

Very dirty room. Quite clearly hadn’t had a deep clean in a very considerable time, and most surfaces had dried food and drink on them when we arrived. The dust was so thick in places I could write my name. Part of the ceiling had come down in front of our apartment door. No safety barricades or signs were present - random bits of ceiling tile, nuts and bolts on the floor. The toaster tripped out all the electrics too. The hotel was however safe. The beds were clean. And the front reception staff were LOVELY. Though they are wasted on such a poor hotel.

My first time staying at an Adagio Aparthotel and I was very impressed! I had a studio apartment which was spotlessly clean. It felt very homely and comfortable when returning after a long day. Although located in the city centre, making it extremely convenient, the studio was quiet meaning my sleep was undisturbed. It contained everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was better than staying in a hotel room due to the kitchenette containing fridge, microwave, kettle, sink, toaster etc. Even a coffee machine which I loved! (I bought my own pods as these were not provided) Although I didn’t use them there was also a hob and dishwasher. The bed was clean and comfortable, although it was very firm, which was fine for me but some may struggle if they like a soft mattress. Plenty of storage and plenty of room in the main area and bathroom. The only slight negative I can think of is there is no cleaning provided if you stay less than (I think) 8 nights. I stayed for 6 nights so after a few days the hard floor could have done with a clean as it got dusty. I wasn’t prepared to pay the fee for cleaning as I thought it was quite a lot but would have been happy doing it myself if there had been a vacuum or sweeping brush in the studio but there wasn’t. But that is a small quibble compared to all the advantages. I really loved my stay here and hope to stay again in the future. Why settle for less?

Friendly, helpful staff and a very central location. The rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable and enough crockery etc provided to make a simple meal. The dishwasher was a nice touch. Despite being so central the windows kept out much of the noise from the street below and there was not a sound from other rooms.

The location was fantastic, as were the staff at the front desk. The room was clean, nicely decorated, quiet and relaxing to be in. Looking forward to booking here for the next time I'm in town.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a week. While we loved the location for its convenience and thriving energy, we, unfortunately, encountered a few major issues with our room that made our stay at this hotel unpleasant. First, the good: - Super friendly and attentive staff. - Clean and modern rooms - Dead quiet even during the nights when live music was blaring outside from all the pubs and halls. - Best possible location which meant that you're steps away from everything. - Safety and security. - Great rates The bad: - You need your hotel keycard on hand to do anything - Our bathroom lavatory sink was clogged when we arrived and we could not use it because disgusting water would fill up. Alerted the issue to a staffer who came to examine the clog and told us that a plumber will be by in the moring to unclog the sink. Plumber never showed and we could not brush our teeth or shave in the bathroom. Quite awful actually. - The extra charges for towels is a bit much as is no housekeeping/cleaning before one week. Also no niceties like coffee capsules or even one bottle of water. - The bathroom shower floor is super slippery because it has not non-slip treatment on the floor pans. There are also no grip bars in the super slippery shower. I slipped and took a very hard fall that gave me a concussion when I banged the back of my head on the back wall. I am athletic enough and almost saved myself but the lack of a bar prevented me from grabbing onto anything.

Loved staying at this location. Had a great experience. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet. The location was perfect, easy access to shopping, dining, train and metro station…. The only thing I would like to mention was that the shower pressure was just ok and there seemed to be some drainage issues with the shower. But other than that, we had an amazing stay and will be looking forward to booking this location again in the future!

Very nice stay, eveything you want, good location too, also once I got into the habit of flipping the bed up a down, had a nice amount of room.

Everything was perfect, the apartment size was perfect for family of 4. Location was superb, close to everything walking distance and plenty of public transport options. The staff were magnificent!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, went out of their way and Piotr even walked with us to show us a bar that wouldn't be as busy as the others on a Saturday night.

I'd actually give this hotel five stars except for one particular employee - who I found was exceptionally rude to me on the morning of Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Just before I was about to start my day (and just after I had breakfast in my apartment) I walked over to see what breakfast items were being served that day and to take pictures of some items - since I am an established travel writer. At about 10 am, a woman who I believe was an attendant for breakfast rudely berated me for simply being near where the food was being served. She was so rude I wondered if she treated other hotel guests the same way. While I completely enjoyed my room, with one minor exception, this one employee was the only negative experience of what was supposed to be the trip of a lifetime to Liverpool. Her actions were completely unnecessary and uncalled for.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a week. While we loved the location for its convenience and thriving energy, we, unfortunately, encountered a few major issues with our room that made our stay at this hotel unpleasant. First, the good: - Super friendly and attentive staff. - Clean and modern rooms - Dead quiet even during the nights when live music was blaring outside from all the pubs and halls. - Best possible location which meant that you're steps away from everything. - Safety and security. - Great rates The bad: - You need your hotel keycard on hand to do anything - Our bathroom lavatory sink was clogged when we arrived and we could not use it because disgusting water would fill up. Alerted the issue to a staffer who came to examine the clog and told us that a plumber will be by in the moring to unclog the sink. Plumber never showed and we could not brush our teeth or shave in the bathroom. Quite awful actually. - The extra charges for towels is a bit much as is no housekeeping/cleaning before one week. Also no niceties like coffee capsules or even one bottle of water. - The bathroom shower floor is super slippery because it has not non-slip treatment on the floor pans. There are also no grip bars in the super slippery shower. I slipped and took a very hard fall that gave me a concussion when I banged the back of my head on the back wall. I am athletic enough and almost saved myself but the lack of a bar prevented me from grabbing onto anything.

It was a last minute booking as the ferry to the Isle of Man had been canceled , The staff checking me in and out were both extremely helpful and kind. They really helped me through the stressful experience of being stranded . Also being able to leave my suitcase at the hotel for the day after my checkout was such a relief.

The location was fantastic, as were the staff at the front desk. The room was clean, nicely decorated, quiet and relaxing to be in. Looking forward to booking here for the next time I'm in town.

Very nice, clean hotel with optional breakfasts and very friendly helpful staff. Adiago aparthotel is 5 mins walk from Lime Street station, passing a Lidl on the way to purchase some supplies and 2 min walk into the centre of Liverpool. Everything is in walking distance. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back again. Only downside was the extra we had to pay for the room per night {£2.40 tourist tax - which should have been relayed to us beforehand/included in our booking}

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here. Convenient location next to Central Station and only a couple minutes walk to Lime Street station. Lots of things going on because it's right next to Liverpool 1 shopping area, lots of pubs and restaurants around as well. In spite of it being in the middle of everything, my room, at least (4th floor) was quiet. There are laundry facilities and enough pots, dishes etc. to make simple meals (no oven though, just stovetop/hob and a microwave).

Everything was perfect, the apartment size was perfect for family of 4. Location was superb, close to everything walking distance and plenty of public transport options. The staff were magnificent!!!

Loved staying at this location. Had a great experience. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet. The location was perfect, easy access to shopping, dining, train and metro station…. The only thing I would like to mention was that the shower pressure was just ok and there seemed to be some drainage issues with the shower. But other than that, we had an amazing stay and will be looking forward to booking this location again in the future!

The room is really comfortable and the location is excellent. Room is also really well equipped. I find it the access to the gym a bit annoying. You need to go downstairs to get a key to be able to go in. Breakfast was really poor for the price they charge. I would stay again but I would not have the breakfast.

The hotel is great for a quick trip to Liverpool and is in a great downtown location. It’s not well signposted and being downtown there’s lots of city noise. However we’ll come back again for the space and the massive breakfast!

Rigtig godt hotel, store værelser med køkken, nem ind og udtjekning, venlig personale, rigtig god morgenmad. Meget praktisk beliggenhed centralt i byen, tæt på Lime Street Station og the Cavern/ pubs. Vil anbefale alle dette hotel!

Don’t stay here. Our room was not clean and the door had issues fully closing/locking. The walls were splattered and stained and many surfaces were dusty. The bathroom wall near the toilet had not been cleaned and the shower water couldn’t keep temperature. There were no mattress pad covers and the pillows were old and well beyond their life. We stayed 3 nights and would have to pay for additional towels if we wanted them. Having laundry on site was convenient, but the dryer didn’t actually dry. There was easy access to the train station, but that was the only positive.
