Grossartiges Hotel. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Poolanlage ist sehr erholsam. Das Essen ist in einem 5 Sterne Hotel natürlich etwas teurer als in den normalen Restaurants, dafür auch etwas leckerer. Das einzige negative ist, dass die Schalldämmung gegen die Strasse nicht wirklich vorhanden ist. Man hört den Verkehr die ganze Nacht extrem gut, zum Glück hatte ich Ohrenstöpsel dabei und somit ist das Problem aus der Welt geschafft. Von anderen Zimmern habe ich nichts gehört. Das Bett ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Die BTS-Station (Skytrain) ist gleich um die Ecke. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Massive thank you to W Bangkok team for making our stay the best trip my partner and I ever had. To break things down 1) location - there are so many coffee shops, rooftop bars, restaurants, spas, malls, night markets in the area all within walkable distance 2) facilities - everything is great quality and lots of small but noticeable details that make the experience beyond just good. Our favourites were the gym (ginger juicy and cold eucalyptus cold towels). The pool, with fun floaties, great view, and fun regular events like the ice plunge and the sun chasers pool party 3) W restaurants - tipsy cow and the house of suthorn were our favourites in the area. The W breakfast is a must try 4) staff - put in a ton of effort to go above and beyond, and accommodated multiple requests we had during our stay. Friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. I stayed three nights alone and the pool on the 6th floor is open 24 hours and there is a downtown area just one station away, so I was never bored at all. The breakfast is really good with a wide variety of dishes.

The standard king room was beautiful overall. Nice hotel, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Some parts of the hotel are run down, but its still a beautiful property. There's some mold in the shower and the lights malfunctioned. The front desk fixed the problem quickly though. The guys at wheels are very helpful and get you a cab in no time.

The hotel is sensational. Paying for the room upgrade was the best thing we did. The city views were amazing!! And the location is mint. And if a taxi ride was needed it usually only cost 200 Baht saving a 45 minute walk. However the long walks give you so many sights they are also worth doing. Lastly the staff would be 11 out of 10!! They go the extra mile and then some more!!

The hotel was very clean and stylish. The staff were very kind. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t particularly like the area for walking distance to attractions and the bathrooms were not private as I was traveling with my daughters. You can see into the bathrooms and the doors didn’t close. They are just sliding doors.

방은 사거리가 오른쪽으로 실롬 구시가지가 왼쪽으로 보이는 19층 시티뷰 였습니다. 음.... 우선 칭찬부터 하자면.... 객실 안에 모든 구성품은 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 무었보다 직원분들 서비스 마인드 정말 대단하다 할정도로 친절하셨습니다. 동선이나 주변 이동 하기에도 편안하게 잘 이동할 수 있었네요. 그런데. 오래된 호텔이라는 느낌을 지울 수가 없었습니다. 이게 건물이 오래되고 역사가 오래된 그런게 아니고, 설비가 노후화된 느낌이었습니다. 티비도 구모델이라 미러링 안되구요, gym 기구도 예전 제품으로 사용에는 큰 문제는 없었지만 최신 기구에서 가능한 트레일 영상이나 심박수 칼로리 측정도 바로바로 되는 건 아닌것 같았습니다. 일부 사우나 시설은 고장난 상태였습니다. 무엇보다 방에 카페트가 냄새가 나거나 하지는 않았지만 색상도 어둡고 칙칙하게 보여서 신경이 쓰였습니다. 자다가 카펫 한번 밟고 발 다시 씻었습니다. 잘 청소 하시겠지만 방콕 길거리 사정을 보면 좀.... 힘들었습니다. 그리고 도로쪽으로 창이 있어서 외부 소음도 잔잔하게!! 들렸습니다. 조식도 있을 건 있는데 뭐랄까.... 특별히 인상적이지가 않고 커피가..네스프레소보다 못한 맛이어서..... 방콕이라는 이미지에도 W라는 이미지에도 잘 안맞는것 같았어요. 모든게 2010년쯤에 머물러 있는 호텔인데 또 그 단점이 가려질 만큼 훌륭한 직원분들 있어서 참 이상한 감정이 드네요..... 단계적으로라도 리노베이션이 이뤄져야 할듯..... 아이페드 충전기(길쭉한)가 고정형으로 설치된게 그 역사를 방증하는 것일까요?

I've stayed at W's in the past and this was a step above at a reasonable price. I had to make some last minute changes to my reservation and the staff was accommodating and professional. Hated to have to leave early.

Loved our stay at W Bangkok. The room was awesome and the hotel was really nice. We were a bit outside of the areas we wanted to explore so we probably spent some extra $ by staying here on cab fare over the trip but it wasn’t bad. It was nice being in a quieter part of town. Hotel breakfast was overpriced and not included in our fare but right around the corner was Not Just Another Cup and we LOVED getting breakfast and smoothies there to start our days.

We stayed 2 times within the same trip in this hotel. The amenities are amazing and the staff is great. The food is a bit expensive but it is very good. It is also super convenient transport-wise. There is a metro station 2 blocks away and a Grab will take you to the places of interest relatively quickly (Bangkok’s traffic is pretty heavy).

Loved our stay at W Bangkok. The room was awesome and the hotel was really nice. Everything is great, yummy breakfast, excellent staff and very comfortable bed:) Just a small issue for me.... the Bathroom does not come with a door, but a draw curtain instead, which can be quite cold when coming out of the hot shower. Will return!

Hotel looks good. Room clean. Lighting very unique. Especially the bathroom areas. All walls in see thro glass panels. Glass can be controlled by a button and no longer see thro. Is a talking piece for us. Lousy things about this hotel are the pool area and the breakfast. Breakfast is not worth the price. A cleaner was cleaning a door dividing the smoking outdoor to the dinning area while the breakfast was still going on. Thus all the cigarette smoke came into the air con room. This show bad management of the service department. Shouldn't be a 5 star hotel
