Immediately entering the hotel, the staff kindly took out luggage and took us to the check in floor. Breakfast was outstanding and let me tell you about the bar.. that was even better… our bartender name was “Por” he was absolutely amazing.. gave us the best experience.. made us the best drink I ever tried and gave us a show with much fire and alcohol.. it was amazing to witness.. you have to go check out the bar and of course the best of the best bartender “Por” he’s so nice

The hotel has what you need in general. Pool area is nice and breakfast buffet is very varied and good! I think the cleanliness could have been a little boosted and the hotel in general is a bit older and dark in decor. So if you are looking for a resort vibe that is fresh and newer, this isn’t it. The only places to hang out was the pool or the restaurant, and it was really hot outside. No lobby area to speak of. But service was great! So a good place to land at the end of the night after sightseeing, but not a hotel where the hotel itself is a great place to hang out.

The staff were great, especially the concierge. The hotel itself is starting to look tired, however considering the throughput of customers it's understandable. Great choice at breakfast. Not keen on the pool being overlooked by diners in the restaurant, my daughters felt uncomfortable having men leering and one even taking pictures of them in their bikinis. Location is fantastic.

The hotel has what you need in general. Pool area is nice and breakfast buffet is very varied and good! I think the cleanliness could have been a little boosted and the hotel in general is a bit older and dark in decor. So if you are looking for a resort vibe that is fresh and newer, this isn’t it. I thought the hotel was a nice place but several problems I noticed during my stay. I thought the carpet in the room had spots and the breakfast buffet could have been better, if the food was hot in temperature. The only food was hot was the food they prepare at your request. The pre- cooked food was luke warm to cold. Great location and pool area and rooftop bar.

This is an excellent location. It’s right next door to the Emporium food court and grocery market. The BTS stations are an easy 7 min walking distance. The staff is incredibly helpful for my four day stay. However the interior hallways are dramatic need of facelift. The hallway ceilings had numerous water stains and the wallpaper had tears and stains I’m guessing from earthquake damage from March 2025. The room was excellent and well stocked. The housekeeping staff were amazing with extra towels and bottle water. The breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of American, Chinese, Indian, Japanese and local fresh fruit. Besides the hallways and ceiling needing a facelift, staff were working around midnight and the staff door across my room kept banging as it closed waking me up on two nights. I would stay with them again!

良かった点:①ホテルのスタッフは皆さん親切でした。朝食の種類も多く、日替わりでした。ライブキッチンで卵料理と麺を作ってくれます。オムレツにケチャップで「おはよう」と日本語で書いてくれたのは嬉しかったです。 ②部屋は清潔感があって、綺麗でした。スーツケースを広げるスペースもあり、値段の割には充分な施設でした。 ③小学生で添寝だった為、費用が無料だったのがありがたい。 ④ホテルの横に新しいショッピングモールができていた。スーパーや飲食店など入っていた。周りにマッサージ屋さんが並んでいた。悪かった点:①24階の部屋でしたが、バイクや車の音が夜中まで聞こえて、静かではなかった。 ②部屋を清掃してもらうスイッチが玄関にあったが、マークの意味がわかりににくく、一日清掃してもらえなかった。 ③ホテルの1階に大麻の販売店があり、店先で大麻を吸っている人が何人かいて、ホテルに帰るのにそこを通らなければならず、子連れの私達は怖かった。

The nicest thing about this property was the rooftop pool, the front desk and all the employees were very helpful to everything, my issues are mostly with the room, there was only one towel on the room, the shower doesn’t come with a curtain or door?! That’s very weird, it made the bathroom floor wet, also the window curtains didn’t have the the piece at the end and when we closed it before going to bed, half the curtain fell out of the tracks, we only stayed one night, so no big deal. But the front desk and the guys on the first floor helping us with luggage were wonderful.

Helpful staff, allowed my parents to stay until 3pm on the day of checkout. This was their first overseas trip and Bangkok being the first overseas country, glad they had a great time at the Holiday Inn. Would have liked a touch of flowers in the room or so but overall good stuff. Thank you!

Great place to stay, but wasn’t great to check after travelling for over 14 hours. I was meet my friends who were staying in the hotel, but when I asked about my friends room number I was told he hadn’t checked in there, and no messages was left for me. After half hours for trying to get hold of him, the receptionist called to tell me he’s room number. I was stressed enough as it was and I didn’t need that drama.

What makes this hotel so good is the staff especially (reception) with one employee going out of her way to personally assist in my rooms WiFi issues. Sincere Thank you. The location is in the center of town (Sukhumvit) and is good to get around. The beds are comfy and good. The only issues were dingy and needing to be seriously cleaned hallways carpets and the lack of Wi-Fi which is needed you will need to perform business activities. Overall a very good hotel and I always enjoy my stay there….feels like a home away from home.

I particularly liked the location, with Ehm Sphere mall right next door. Also very convenient and acessable as located on a corner, and has drive up driveways, when being picked up or dropped off. It is located in very busy Sukhumvit area, but that is all of sukumvit. The room its self was very spacious and clean. We were very comfortable. We had 29th floor, so noise was not a problem. I would definitely reccomend. n

I loved the location - Sukhumvit. The hotel was conveniently located (5 to 10 minutes) near the Sky Train and Metro. Lots to do in the area. Plenty of small shops and large Malls nearby. The hotel staff were helpful and provided good suggestions on sites to visit, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel restaurants were excellent and the food was very good. Each morning I had breakfast at the hotel. Nice atmosphere. Very pleased with hotel.

The hotel and staff were very friendly, especially Rach, our room was also very good for the price paid, good location close to everything needed. Buffet Brekky is very good with great variety. Room service food overpriced and basic, also our room didn’t get cleaned one day. And room service plates left for 2 days. Other than those couple of minor things I would stay again and enjoyed my stay here.
