Very good breakfast. Pool is nice, the water is a bit cold but doable. Due to the construction at the next building it was very noisy at the pool. Earplugs helped but because the wifi in the hotel is overall poor it also listening to vids did not go smoothly. Tv channels and quality are below standards. Location was good. If you catch the boot on time you could be in Central World in 10mins, Siam and MBK in 15.

Nous étions des habitués de l'hôtel sous l'enseigne Swissotel. Le gros point fort était la magnifique oasis de verdure avec sa grande piscine. Une bonne partie du parc a été sacrifiée au profit de constructions....dommage, le charme est un peu rompu. La qualité des chambres et des prestations reste néanmoins similaire. Brandschone kamer en super vriendelijke medewerkers. Heerlijk zwembad. Iets buiten de megadrukte gelegen maar daardoor een oase van rust in Bangkok. Het hotel ligt wat verder van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden maar met gebruik van de zeer betaalbare taxi’s is dat opgelost. Reken wel op wat langere tijden in de taxi ivm de drukte.

Rooms are not good compared to the hotel overall. Hotel location, building, reception, restaurants, pool side and garden , fitness centre are amazing. Staff are so kind and welcoming . I can rate all of them as 5/5, but not the rooms. I asked to change my room but even the other one was not to my expectations. It’s the first time for my among all my trips in my whole life that I rate the hotel as 5* hotel but unfortunately the rooms as 3*. We practiced weird smell in the room, the bathroom and even the bed sheets and towels. Bathroom was not clean at all. Beds were uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The hotel was so cold and cooking smell was unpleasant as soon as we open our room door. I really wish management would consider renovating the rooms and bathrooms.

Outstanding property right in the heart of Bangkok. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. Fresh and delicious food for every palate. I was impressed. The facility is great. The staff are kind and generous with their time. One small bump was the children screaming in the lobby after 9PM. The sound traveled farther into the room than I was hoping. But by 10PM it had died down. I thought someone on their staff should have addressed this. Overall, great experience!

This resort had clean spaces and rooms. Food was excellent and they were very conscious of our food allergies - gluten and dairy. Massage was good but expensive for the area. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was good. Could walk some places. My only issue was some of the deferred maintenance in the room. Toilet kept clogging, one of the sink spouts was detaching and the shower water pressure wasn't great. Overall a good stay and would choose again.

Vi havde en skøn afslutning på vores ferie på Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok. Hotellet levede fuldt op til vores forventninger med fantastiske faciliteter, og det var en rigtig god oplevelse at rejse hertil med vores to børn på 2 og 4 år. Morgenmadsbuffeten var virkelig lækker med et bredt udvalg af velsmagende retter, og det var en fornøjelse at kunne bestille roomservice direkte til værelset. Det gav os mulighed for at slappe helt af og nyde lidt ro, hvilket var til stor glæde for hele familien. Alt i alt havde vi en fantastisk oplevelse på hotellet, og vi vil varmt anbefale det til andre. Eneste minus var, at vi bookede gennem Hotels.com, men hotellet modtog ikke de beskeder, vi sendte via tjenesten, da deres system ikke kunne håndtere det.
