We didn’t expect luxury or a high standard, but there is one thing that should never depend on the price: cleanliness. Unfortunately, this was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. As soon as we opened the door, we were met with a strong musty smell. The room felt dirty throughout, and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom was not clean, the floors looked and felt filthy, and the overall condition of the room was simply unacceptable. We were travelling with young children, which made the situation even worse. We didn’t even feel comfortable letting them crawl or play on the floor because of how dirty it was. This review is not about the hotel being basic or only a two-star property. We knew exactly what we were booking and had realistic expectations. However, cleanliness is the absolute minimum every guest should be able to expect, regardless of the price or star rating. What is even more disappointing is the hotel’s complete lack of customer service. After our stay, I contacted the hotel by email not once, not twice, but three separate times to raise these concerns. I have not received a single response or even an acknowledgment. Ignoring a guest’s legitimate complaint is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone who values even basic hygiene and decent customer service.

Unfortunately the restaurant here closes at 9 pm , which wasn’t stated anywhere when booking so we were not able to eat in there after a very long day driving The lady on reception was extremely helpful and suggested we could order from uber eats and we ate this in the restaurant area rather than on the beds in our room Hotel was clean and basic , possibly a tad overpriced compared to others we stay in Parking easy and location great just off main drag
