Parking was horrible, lot was small, spaces were small. Outside entrance door didn't lock, unsafe! Room was filthy, bathroom was moldy, tub was stained, comforter was stained, outlets in our room and bathroom didn't work, some of the plugs would fall out of the wall so we could use those outlets. Sketchy people were coming in and out of hotel walking dogs and sitting in lawn chairs by the dumpster with grills that looked like they possibly lived there. For $154 a night this was the dirtiest, grossest, unsafest hotel I've ever stayed at.

They advertise they have a pool, it isn't working. Their ice machine didn't work. Their bath tub wouldn't drain, so you were standing in your own dirty water while trying to take a shower. Beds were ok, that's a plus.

How can a two story hotel not have an elevator? Only a single ice machine for the entire hotel and on the first floor. Insufficient amount of towels and very noisy air conditioning unit. Would not stay here again

Half the doors didnt close. Pool was closed (one of the things we wanted" and was not pre warned).. By the time i was just about done with the shower the water got barely warm. For this place the price shoulda been 1/2 of what we paid

Room, no amenities in the room, some of the lights did not work, the room was in need of repair ,. Window curtains, very dirty. i’ve never stayed in a hotel room that was this bad. for it being a no smoking hotel it reeked of cigarettes. there was a heavy snow and no one bothered to clean the parking lot.

Absolutely horrendous. Filthy room, fire alarm was ducted taped up, walls were streaked with who knows what. Outside door was broke, so no security, people definitely living full time at motel

AC unit worked very well and had good TV channels. A decent sense of security with cameras covering all around the premises. Unfortunately the mini fridge wasnt running or plugged in when I got to my room only to find it wasn't functional at all after waiting a few hours. Some of the staff working and living there were rowdy lots of slamming doors and noises almost every 10 minutes it seemed and even after 12pm. Also the walls and doors to each room were seemingly paper thin. Other guests blasted their TV's on max volume making it difficult to sleep.There was no alternate access through the nearest exit to get back into building with keycard (exit only) had to walk all the way around the property after exiting to get back to my room.

This property had limited vending machines. The vending machines that they did have only took cash. The fitness center was a joke. The fitness center had three pieces of equipment. Two of them didn’t work.

My room wasn't done. Plus check in asked about getting a handicapped room next time she said it was extra. Then no working POOL which is one reason I booked here. Hallways reeked of cigarettes. One elderly couple spilled orange juice and the lady and they made her feel so bad. Plus they took down breakfast at 8:30. It was only open till 9.

DISGUSTING! BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE! I was coughing all night from how dirty, dusty, and moldy this place was. Staff was slow, careless and unattentive. Entire building is beyond dirty, bugs everywhere. STAY AWAY!!!

It was very dirty, even walking up the dark stairway to my room in the dark & musty hallway. There were very loud people in the hallway every night until at least 10pm, the sheets weren’t clean, the shower was dirty, there was sticky stuff on the counter in the bedroom. I felt unsafe enough that I not only locked the door(of course) but also propped open the bathroom door against the bedroom door & wedged the ironing board as an extra piece of mind. I will never stay there again.

You definitely get what you pay for. Property was filthy, rooms were filthy. Furniture was unusable. Purchased our own pillows and bedding due to all the stains.

This place was horrible! The key locks on outside were broken so didn’t feel safe at all our room was filthy there was leftover food in the refrigerator the bottom of the white bath tub was gray with dirt and questionable stains and this was the second room the first when we got there was even more filthy the pillow sheets were stained yellow and grey and there was some kind of disgusting substance on the headboard and it was on the second floor with no elevator I was traveling with my 86 year old aunt and 81 year old mother they refused to give us a refund and would only switch out our room ! The bathroom walls had drywall plaster covering multiple walls and breakfast was terrible too they didn’t have any plates and only a couple of warm yogurts and dry cereal! I only gave one star because I couldn’t do less DO NOT STAY HERE

Check in was the most pleasant part. No elevator, not the worst thing but isn’t great. Room main light on entry, didn’t work. Bathroom stunk like bug chemicals, bathroom wall and tub unappealing, faucet on sink barely hanging on. Tub water temp wasn’t great. Hairdryer didn’t work. I had work at court in the morning and wasn’t great to have partially wet and installed hair. Bed was fine, lamps and two different lightbulbs so one was very bright and the other was very dim. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This place was awful. It looks very dated. Rooms smelled bad. Poor lighting and overall condition. This place needs a major renovation. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close. They have the smallest TV’s in their rooms. I wound never have slept. We checked in, looked around and checked out. No thank you!

“It was a relaxing stay. Just what I needed. Thank you” Was my initial review. The next day I was kicked out because I have a documented ESA, who is a dog, border collie and thoroughly trained. Both owners Jay and Parth Patel confirmed I was being rejected because of my ESA. They told me at 10:40 am and expected me out at 11am. Parth proceeded to dial 911, he said to remove me and my ESA. I was able to get Parth to agree to 11:30am. Mind you the night prior Jay approved my ESA. The experience was the worst I have ever experienced seen or even heard of in my entire life. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. And don’t make the same mistake that I did by writing a review before your checkout. They will be hearing from my lawyer for breaking the law buyer beware!

Check in took about 15 minutes and was not busy at the time. Tired from driving for the past 5 hours and was just hoping it would have been a little faster. Bathroom in our room had broken toilet seat and mirrors had a film from previous cleaning that made reflection blurry and hard to see yourself. Lots of dust on bottom of furniture and dresser and table appeared to have spills that did not cleaned up well.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was blood on the curtain shades, I saw at least a couple of bugs crawling on the floor. Staff was unaccommodating, I booked 4 nights and due to an emergency, had to leave after the 2nd night. Asked for a full or partial refund for the 2 unused nights. They denied my request. Never again will I book a stay at this hotel.

The staff was very nice and moved me to A new room right away when I had a issue. I have to say the place is not the cleanest, but it was on the lower cost compared to the other options in Woodstock. Sadly Woodstock does not have any good hotel options. I haven’t decided if I would stay here again.

We didn't feel like it was clean enough. The floors were sticky and the tub/shower looked dirty. We had a barking dog across from us and a screaming child next door. It was a little difficult to find the turn in to get here.

The one good thing was the location- it was near an event I was attending. The room was disappointing- no shower curtain, cigarette burns in the bedding, outside doors were propped open. No coffee in the morning. Limited staff was present, but they were friendly when I saw them. Would not recommend.

Staff is pleasant and location is near central Woodstock. The hotel room has tile and linoleum flooring. If you walk around barefoot, you can feel cleaning product residue under feet. There was a cobweb in the corner of my room on the ceiling. The shower head in my bathroom was calified. There is a restroom in the lobby. The paper towel dispenser was jammed. There was a towel hanging on the back of the door and two rags on the counter. This gave me the heebie jeebies.

Pulling up to the property, it is extremely run down which is not how it was reflected 6 months ago when I made my reservation. They were clearly under renovations in most areas, breakfast was a joke, the pool closed, no way to go to the next level expect a tiny stair way. People clearly live there and were grilling outside and looked more homeless than anything and ended up coming up to my husband and bothering him and trying to look in our car which made us nervous to leave anything in our car thinking they might try to break into it. The room did what we needed in the need, had hot water,a comfy and what appeared clean bed, and working ac and tv - not that it blocked out the barking dog every morning though it worked but will not stay again or recommend, for the price it was not worth it.

My beef was with their advertised breakfast. No coffee creamer, provided cereal was very stale. Bran flakes and Froot Loops. Very little of that. It was pretty much a joke. A couple of pieces of cellophane wrap toast. They did have waffles. Really, no coffee creamer. I was tempted to give them a couple of dollars so they could go buy some cereal and creamer. Steph said they didn’t have any more of either at all 6:30 in the morning.

No soap no shampoo for shower .when asked was provided with soap but no shampoo.place is rundown there trying to renovate but looks like putting lipstick on a pig to be honest.contenental breakfast was a joke.no fresh pastety or fruit.. will not bother to ever stay there again.

Absolutely horrible. The guy that not from America wouldn't accept my id. Then I got to the room and i had no hot water. When to call the front desk and the phone didn't work.Soap dispensers in the shower didn't work during my cold shower because i was tired of waiting because I had a graduation party to get too. Then the next day. The apple juice and orange juice was so watered down i tasted like flavered water. One of the worst hotel stays if ever had. Expedia should take this off their website.
