Really good value, clean hotel and the kids always enjoy their stay, comfy beds and pillows. I like that there is a hot tub, pool, and restaurant in this hotel. Makes everything handy you never really need to leave the property for anything but if you do, a Walmart is 5 minute walk away, Tim Hortons is across the street. Vendor and bar in the building for the adults.

It was good, couple of flaws like bath tub was clean but still wet with some sort of blue product. Sauna room at the time wasn’t working and on my last day there, hot tub was working either. But I loved my pool side room, I didn’t have to walk a long way

We love the pool area. It’s more of like an outdoor with picnic tables. It’s good with you have friends come to visit because then you can hang out by the pool area instead of in your room. It’s also good for multiple families that are staying at a different rooms.there is also smithy’s restaurant inside the hotel which is great.

Although the hot tub initially worked, disappointment struck again the next morning when we discovered it was also broken.

Had a great stay at Quality Inn! We got the bigger room with the Kitchenette and living room area and it was definitely worth it! Had all the space we needed for our stay! The room was clean and well organized and set up. Kitchen had all the essentials you need! Pool area was amazing!

Steam room was not in service, staff was always hiding unless they needed to warn other guests about pool rules/ lights out, restaurant service and quality was awful. Room pillows were filthy and stained (the cases. was too afraid to look inside pillow case).

Hotel was clean, check in was quick and staff was friendly. Hotel is right off of the main highway so easy to find. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice. My room was clean and had lots of towels. The bathroom is larger than most with plenty of counter space. Even though it was right off of the highway, I couldn't hear any noise when inside. In fact, the hallways were quiet too. I don't think the hotel was overly busy. There is a Smitty's restaurant that had great breakfast and quick service. There was also a separate room for a Smitty's lounge with lots of seating and quick, friendly service. The only thing I would change is to put a fan in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was the cleanest area of the hotel. Front desk worker was so rude. We asked to pay cash he said yes at check out. Time comes to check out and we couldn't. Room had garbage on the floor on the sides of the bed from previous people. AC unit is either too cold or you're scorching hot. Hotel looks like a dump from the outside. Best part is Charley b's across the street for ice cream or twisters diner next door

It’s a fantastic property. Amazing pool, restaurant, lounge, brekfasta, very clean, friendly, great housekeeping. To get to five stars, better mattresses, TV access is very limited, leave a binder of instructions to things, and need much better coffee in rooms!

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. The hotel is older but they keep it in good shape and it's quiet. The pool is nice for kids because it's shallow. Our TV only had basic channels and the streaming apps were not working on the TV.

The evening staff were fantastic - we discovered after check-in that grandparent in fact required a more barrier free room (with taller toilet and rail to assist with getting up) - staff were very helpful Nd accommodated our room change immediately, which was amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time. Breakfast was great too, really good value.

We checked inlast night and the gentleman at the front desk told us that we have complimentary hot plate breakfast and showed us where to go. We phone before going to bed and asked for details on this and was told that it is that it starts 8am -11am. While having breakfast, the staff told us that we are not covered for the breakfast. Had we known, we could have eaten breakfast elsewhere. I spoke with front desk, they said that because we booked with Expedia, no complimentary breakfast is covered. Wrong information was given by the gentleman yesterday, and yet we have to pay for this. The gentleman was in training. But is it the customer's part to pay for his training? I do not like to get any repercussions from sending this feedback, but I think there is a better way of handling this situation. Thank you.
