源泉かけ流しで、いつでも天然温泉に入れる環境が最高でした。 客室露天に加え、露天風呂も貸切なのが何よりも魅力だと感じました。人目を気にせずゆっくり入ることが出来たので心地よかったです。夜に入る露天風呂は星が非常に綺麗でした。 お食事も、どれを取っても絶品でした。ダイニングのお部屋も半個室になっており環境も非常に良かったです。 知人の誕生日旅行として利用させて頂きましたが、サプライズにも快く協力してくださり、スタッフの方々の対応も素敵でした。 非常に満足することができました。

源泉かけ流しの温泉を部屋風呂、貸切風呂と存分に楽しむ事ができました。部屋の露天風呂からやベッドで横になりながら海が眺められ展望は最高でした。 貸切風呂の空き状況を施錠状況で部屋からでも確認できるシステムはとても便利でした。 貸切風呂に部屋のバスタオルを持っていくのは少し面倒でしたがバスタオル、浴衣とも2枚ずつ部屋に用意してあったので許容範囲内といったところ。 食事も和洋折衷で楽しみながら美味しくいただきました。朝食の干物、伊勢海老のお味噌汁がとても美味しかった。 スタッフの皆さん感じのよい接客をされていて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 スタッフとお客様の会話からリピーター率が高い様なのも納得。 また行きたいと思います。

This is a beautiful Ryokan with a view looking over the water. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We emailed them when we were in the area and on the way to the local station. They shuttle van drove up as we were walking out of the station. Thankful for that as the ryokan was on a windy, narrow road. We were greeted warmly and given refreshments and then were given detailed information about the room and facilities. The room itself was above and beyond beautiful and the keiseki dinner was indescribable. It was so special and delicious. The onsen was private. You can go in whenever it is vacant and have the entire onsen to yourself. We did not go out and wander around the area. We fully enjoyed all that the ryokan had to offer and didn't feel that we even wanted to leave to explore. So relaxing after being in Tokyo. Thank you Isaribi for the memorable stay.

Beautiful ryokan and wonderful, friendly staff. The place is secluded in a residential area so there isn’t much to explore around. I appreciated the pick up service from the train station and the food was beyond amazing. The only complaint I have is that the wooden onsen in my room was molding and the boards in the bathing area should be replaced immediately.

ご飯がおいしかったです。 部屋には個室露天風呂のみで、明るい時間帯に入ると快適です。 夜に入ろうとすると電気の灯りで虫が寄ってくるので地下の貸切露天風呂を使用するほうがよいです。

Absolutely incredible service from before we arrived and right the way through our stay. The team really looked after us and made the trip extra special. The breakfast and dinner every day were superb - the most delicious sashimi and local delicacies served thoughtfully. They also provided a shuttle service to the nearest station so getting around was really easy. The room was beautiful and the views from the private onsen were gorgeous. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. A truly special place and somewhere I would love to return to.

An hour away from Atami, but the stay is perfect. Whole place is clean and well-maintained. Open-air bath was extremely chill. Great dinner and breakfast. Staff made us feel at home from the moment they picked us up from the train station. Exceptional service from Mr Inomata and the team, without being excessive. Highly recommended!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. In-room bath is big and excellent with the view of Sagami Bay. Outdoor baths are quiet. They may be occupied by other guests during popular times. This is not a big issue since each room is equipped with its own bath. Watch out for insects and even centipedes inside guest rooms.

Although the staff were polite and welcoming, I didn't feel totally at ease. I found a very large spider in the room which the staff were quick to remove, but it did set me on edge (especially as later on in the evening I found more smaller spiders and many small gnats). The room was beautiful but the rest of the facilities look like they're in need of an upgrade. Food was very thoughtfully prepared and made with local ingredients. I've stayed in quite a few ryokan and this was on the more modern side, at the expense of not receiving some of the niceties that are typical of a traditional ryokan stay. While it is a very nice experience overall, I'm not sure if this is something I enjoyed.

Hotel Isaribi is our favorite stay of the entire trip. We neglected to review our emails, which led to a late arrival. Staff were VERY friendly, professional, and accommodating, serving dinner after hours in our room. We enjoyed our private onsen tub in our room, as well as the two other public yet private onsens on the property. Beautiful area, clean/quiet/accommodating. The meals provided were phenomenal. They also provided transportation back and forth between the hotel and the nearby train station. We HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent experience at isaribi from the moment we raised enquiry , that response was super fast with clear instruction of driving route and parking. The reception was extremely nice and lobby have a terrific seaview. The private bath was stunning. And we had in room dining, service and food are excellent. I will definitely come again and recommend my friends to come.

結婚記念日ということを電話で少し話ししただけでしたが当日の食事の時に結婚記念日とのことでと料理長さん手作りのジャムをいただきました。心遣いが素晴らしいと思いました。また泊まりたいと思いました。

This is a beautiful Ryokan with a view looking over the water. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We emailed them when we were in the area and on the way to the local station. They shuttle van drove up as we were walking out of the station. Thankful for that as the ryokan was on a windy, narrow road. We were greeted warmly and given refreshments and then were given detailed information about the room and facilities. The room itself was above and beyond beautiful and the keiseki dinner was indescribable. It was so special and delicious. The onsen was private. You can go in whenever it is vacant and have the entire onsen to yourself. We did not go out and wander around the area. We fully enjoyed all that the ryokan had to offer and didn't feel that we even wanted to leave to explore. So relaxing after being in Tokyo. Thank you Isaribi for the memorable stay.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the hotel in the mid of November 2024. It was late afternoon when we checked in and we didn’t reserve dinner at the hotel (big mistake) because there isn’t much around the place for eating out. So we headed for the local convenience store which is about 15 minutes walk and at the first turn out of the hotel, hotel Staff Carlos spotted us on his way home. He insisted riding us to the store since it’s dark already. We arrived at the store and thanked and said good night to Carlos . Spent 20min and found some good food for the evening and time to walk back. Guess what, Carlos was waiting for us in the parking lot, never left. We felt terribly sorry for keeping him waiting. Anyway he drove us back to left for home then. We are so grateful and cannot thank him enough. He was supposed to be home an hour earlier. Btw, Carlos speaks EXCELLENT English. Besides the pleasant experience, the hotel is great, hot springs in room. Great food as well. I’ll definitely stay there if going back to the area.

Absolutely incredible service from before we arrived and right the way through our stay. The team really looked after us and made the trip extra special. The breakfast and dinner every day were superb - the most delicious sashimi and local delicacies served thoughtfully. They also provided a shuttle service to the nearest station so getting around was really easy. The room was beautiful and the views from the private onsen were gorgeous. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. A truly special place and somewhere I would love to return to.

Lovely hotel , very friendly and accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble. The chef prepares outstanding meals and they are served in your room overlooking the ocean! Great Onsen facilities - very private ( both in the room and in the hotel grounds. The hotel is so close to the railway so exploring even on trains and buses was easy and rewarding.

Appreciate the shuttle we had that picked us up from the train station. The rooms were lovely and big. Plus the privacy was so nice and the views here were beautiful.

This is our second time staying at Isaribi. Absolutely the best ryokan in Izu area. The food is a top class and the service is immaculate. Beautiful view and onsen with water that made our skin feel as soft as newborn! Thank you Isaribi

Travelling with 90 year old Mom in decent shape. Requested room w/ ofuro on balcony close to front desk. Got it but price was only tiny bit cheaper than rooms much larger next door & down the hall. Bit disappointed. First nite dinner (w/ lobster sashimi) & next day breakfast excellent. After that the quality was substantially lower. Mom & I have stayed over 500 ryokans in Japan & was disappointed in the second day quality level and tho our waiter was friendly he asked us to serve ourselves from the hot pots & rice cookers - not easy as we were at counter.!The price was high so expected service & quality to match. If price was $200/night less I would give it 5*s. Nice touches - coffee in lounge, classical music, relaxing ofuro (bit in need of naintenance), limited view from rotenburo of ocean but if peace, quiet, good food (albeit at top prices) is your wish, then recommend. Get bigger room than 102. Did not do spa treatments. Very isolated so sightseeing w/out car very difficult. Shuttle service available from station. If you drive yourself be warned that road to ryokan is extremely steep & narrow. Not sure if mini van would be able to access.

We enjoyed the stay in this hotel very much! The building is great and comfortable. Private hot spring both interior and exterior is available. We have had dinner and breakfast in the hotel with great sea view. Foods are great and fresh. Service is excellent! Highly recommend.

The room is excellent - the highlight of my trip. The furnishing looks very new. Room is clean. This is the first time I've ever felt like I was treated like a queen. Upon arrival, they helped us park our car and unload our luggage and brought to our room. They took our shoes and stored with them upon arrival. We were greeted with snacks and coffee while waiting for check-in. Then the hotel manager kindly walked us through the hotel amenities and room. They then helped us set up the room for dinner and cleaned the table and set up the bed after dinner. Truly felt like a queen here. The only two things I'd say is if dinner include other meat options (we were pretty sick of eating fish for several days in a row) and getting to the hotel by car was a challenge. There was a very sharp turn so you had to drive out a bit and do a u-turn. After that, there was a very steep downhill. For those driving by car, be careful! Other than that, everything was top notch.

Warm, friendly staff who worked very hard to accommodate our Western meal preferences. The chef was extraordinary and the hiking on Jogasaki coastline was spectacular. The onsen was a special treat.

Maybe the best hotel experience I've ever had. Room was amazing, with an onsen overlooking the sea. Shared onsens also available at the property were fantastic and provided a moonlit soak in a secluded grove. The staff was the picture of hospitality - warm, accommodating, and endlessly helpful. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Will be back for sure.

This is a lovely ryokan. We had a private onsen but our adult children used the public one and liked it very much. The food was excellent but there was way too much. Nice to wander around the little town and stop at the excellent bakery near the train station.

One of the best hotel experiences ever. So different to anything that I have ever experienced. It’s like a little sanctuary in rural Japan in the countryside next to the ocean. You basically just relax and you have onsens you can use. Food is very high quality, authentic Japanese food, made by a chef. Staff were so courteous and polite. Everything is very private you have your own onsen, for your meals you have your own separate sitting area. So you feel as though you have the whole place to yourself. Very beautiful and relaxing place with great views of countryside and ocean. We hope to come again in the future!
