Beautiful pool and views. The house is a bit tired and in need of renovation. The furniture is quite old and worn. The lounge is quite dark. Possible pleasant on hot summer days. The little road to the house is very narrow and steep. The heating is working well. The pool is not heated as described in the listening. Would recommend a house with a heated pool in autumn or spring.

We loved our stay here and thought it was great value for money. It is really a beautiful, peaceful setting. Yes the road up is narrow but we knew this and got a fiat 500 so not an issue. We easily walked into Fornalutz with 2 young children. Several restaurants, bars and a great bakery in town. Perfect location to explore Port Sóller, Deia etc. Pool was lovely but we did think it had too much chlorine in as some of our swimwear turned green.

Just returned from a week at Cas Fusteret and we all had a wonderful time. The Villa was located just outside Fornalutx up a very steep road ( we called it Cardiac hill) The problem with this area all the roads are quite steep. We had a car but walked into the village a few time and managed it with no real problem. The villa is set in its own little Olive grove and is really lovely. We did feel quite isolated but there are a few villas surrounding. Overall we had an excellent holiday and would recommend to all. Just one point the time check in time is 4.00pm and the owner actually turned up at 4.45pm saying that the agent had just rang him to come and let us in. The agent said they couldn't contact him. The dialogue between the agent and the owner could be improved.
