Took the grand-kids for an overnight for the Feb. school break. The pool was great. Hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast was ok. They ran out of orange juice. Thought the breakfast was better other times we've stayed there. Kids enjoyed the pool. The weather outside was miserable.

Only negative thing I can say is some of the chairs in room are worn down and should be replaced. My chair had stains on it and the other chair was worn and had rips …. Other than that. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. The room was clean and updated. The bed was not that comfortable but it wasn't my own. The pool area was great. Unfortunately, I was looking for ward to the hot tub which out of service but it happens. The price was decent. Highly recommend.

This was the cleanest and most organized hotel I have ever stayed at. The pool and spa were spotless, and the shower in our room was pristine. When we checked in, staff at the front desk were funny and kind. Our stay was lovely!

I liked the handicapped option. It made it easier to move around and feel safe. It was very clean, I did a blacklight test and it passed with the exception of a chair. But everything else was immaculate!

The hotel is in really good condition, the staff is mostly very friendly, and the room was comfortable. Really the only knock is the trash was still in our room from the previous guest, which was kind of gross.

The heater in the room sounded like an old tractor. Thr staff was very friendly and helpful. The tv had a bad connection so it wouldnt stay connected to a station.

The room didn't have a a TV that offered live shows or at least it wasn't working. In town on business away from home would have been nice to watch Monday night football while I worked. Friendly and accommodating front desk clerk came up to the room to try and get it to work but could not. Said I could come to the lobby and watch it. Not exactly ideal trying to catch up on work and relax watching football in a hotel lobby.

We really liked the room. It was spacious, convenient on the first floor, loved the special touch of our name on TV as we walked in and the continental breakfast in morning was fresh and plentiful. It was a great stay!

Staff was helpful but most of time non existent. They chose not to change our bed linen. Was it because we were only staying for a few days? Included breakfast was substandard. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This was probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, everything was very clean and the pool temperature was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast offerings were great as well.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn because of the proximity to SUNY Brockport. The property was clean and the rooms comfortable. The breakfast was good with choices everyone will like. I liked the large bathroom shampoo and such rather than the little mini bottles. I would definitely return.
