Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel is a haven for me, I love this hotel. The primary reason is the friendliness of all staff, especially at the front desk, and their very good beds... I sleep like a child each time here. The hotel and the room has on all my previous visits been nothing but absolutely SPOTLESSLY clean. Great AC, crisp bedding, great mattress, great towels, and overall very clean rooms. This is one of my favourite hotels in Bangkok for many years, and as my personal recommendation, try it!

The property had a cockroach and instead moving me to another room. They advised deep cleaning will be done the following day. The air vents were really dirty and the room had many cracks and unclean areas. Fell sick closer to the end of stay.

There is a cockroach infestation in the room I stayed at. Had to kill and flush down several cockroaches. Tried the spa at the hotel and it was good. Staff service was good, and requests for ice were quickly delivered too.

Overall the location is convenient and all the shops and restaurants are walkable. BTS train station to airport link nearby. Near Palladium mall, Platinum fashion Mall, central world and BigC. There are tuk tuk, motorcycles ride, and download Grab or Bolt app to get ride if you don't want to take taxi or train. I stayed here five times this year so far. All the staffs from bellboy to front desk are cleaning staff are professional and friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and clean room. They have rooftop bar which I still didn't get to check it out. Next time.

This is my 3rd stay with Centara Watergate. This time I was allocated with a room at 16 floor near the lift lobby. The aircon in the room is super loud. I stayed for 6 days and I have difficulties in sleeping as I tried lower down the fan speed still is very loud. There was once due to the aircon I didn’t sleep the entire night hence I slept after my breakfast till noon. However, the room cleaning rang my door twice keep rushing me up to clean the room which I feel annoyed. He also took the rope provided and didn’t put it back the wardrobe which I couldn’t wear it in the room. Also, I have to keep asking him for waters as he kept forgetting putting drinking waters each day and also hand towels. Feel this time around he service is not as good as before. Quite disappointing.

We had a deluxe room with king bed, it was a very spacious room with a large bathroom. I thought this was a very decent and comfortable hotel, clean and in a convenient location. You can take a train directly from the BKK airport here and walk about 5 mins. It's near all the malls. Like other reviews noted, the only downside was the lack of outlets near the bed. But it had everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to explore any of the amenities like the gym.

I have put up my requests a week in advance, and hotel reservation officer did liaised me over it few times. However, hotel front desk told me that the requested room not available upon arrival, reason given is that due to my late check in. Front desk staffs esp. seemd like senior staff get agitated when I asked another few more questions. p

Air conditioning was excellent and all the staff is very friendly and professional. I needed to leave early and the manager let us grab a bit at the buffet 15 minute before opening. Every day the buffet changes with great selections and all the food delicious. International cuisine with great taste. Even the Indian cuisine buffet was delicious. The manage helped me booking my train to Kachanburi and Attruttaya which save me a lot of money on tours.I would definitely would stay at Centara next time in Bangkok.

This is my 3rd stay with Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel within a year and that proved that i always have an enjoyable stay each time whenever i fly in to Bangkok. The services rendered by the hotel staffs are warm, polite, professional and you can always count on them if you need any forms of assistance. The room is nice and clean as the house keeping team did an excellent job. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a enjoyable stay in Bangkok.

I recommend Centara Watergate Pavilion. This was my second time staying at the hotel and I was most certainly pleased. Thank you to the staff for acknowledging my birthday, it truly made me feel special. The rooms are spotless and modern, the location is walking distance transportation areas (train station), malls, massage businesses, restaurants (Dragon seafood is the best). The staff are professional, kind, and welcoming. I will be booking my next stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion

The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly respectful, and very efficient. Room service was fast, and check-in and check-out were both easy. The drive up to the hotel entrance looks a bit intimidating the first time but feels safe once you’re there. The only inconvenience was that the room didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign, which made it difficult to sleep in without being interrupted by housekeeping. The hotel is within walking distance of CentralWorld Mall and close to many other convenient spots. While it might not be a five-star luxury hotel, it exceeded all my expectations in terms of cleanliness, service, comfort, and price. Overall, it was definitely a great stay!

The place is clean and staff service is also good. The only downside is the location to BTS a distance away and there is no swimming pool in this hotel. Good point the hotel is very near to Pratumun just across the street.

Hotel is located among the shopping centres. Very convenient. Clean and efficient. Breakfast was limited and not much variety. Room service is 24hours but taste is average. Check in and check out process was smooth. Received a welcome platter and card from manager in room. Most of the staff understood basic english. Some did not know English at all. It was hard to communicate at certain instances. For the price paid I received 5 star service. What lacked was the smile on most staff faces.
