Quite a struggle up the stairs to the 3rd floor without a lift. Room was small but comfy. Disturbed in the night by people having a screaming argument in one of the other rooms.

Place was really nice and comfortable! The place had a good powerful fan, otherwise it was a bit warm. Our room had noise from the road but the windows insulated from that decently. They allowed me to check in early at 12:00 but they charged me for it 20pounds.

Short weekend break, nice neat room, only drawback was the stairs, I was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. The shower is a bit tight and the water appliances work opposite to their colour scheme. The bed is very comfy and the rooms heating wirks well.

Great value for money. Local shops approx 10metre away which is great as you have your own kitchen, cooker, microwave etc with utensils, pans. Theres also a kebab place next to the shop too! Room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Smaller than a double but still big enough for me and the mrs. Only downside, we was on the top floor where there was no lift and shower took a while to warm but apart from that great accomdation. Area was ok, but as we are not from london we didnt feel truly safe and didnt venture out at night, in the daytime it was like being back at home. Would stay again and recommend.

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Smaller than a double but still big enough for me and the mrs. I stayed at London Stay Apartments for a week , I enjoyed my stay the room was very nice with nice comfortable bed , kitchen , I would recommend this place and bus stop right out the door and Surrey Quay station and Mall are a 10 minute walk , the staff are very helpful and nice

Room was ok given the location and price. Superficially it looked nice not on closer inspection- stains down front of kitchen cabinets and table, bathroom flooded and sealant dirty/ missing/ sockets need replacing and sealing in properly - the usual signs of a room that’s been made over but not really fixed. Mattress needs replacement. So it’s ok and it worked and it was pretty cheap but I wouldn’t go back

Lovely room, with everything you need. Nasty stains noticed on stair carpet. One was a large bleach stain and the other looked as if someone had vomited. Otherwise would return. Staff friendly, handy location and rooms clean and good size.

Where do I start. The surrounding area is very poor and probably not the safest neighbourhood. There was no one in reception. My window room was changed to the basement! The room was dirty e.g., a bed throw had previous food stains on it. No mobile reception. Basic corner shops - no restaurants or cafes etc. Due to the quality of the room, I decided not to stay the final night and, at my own cost, returned home. During the day, I received an incorrect receipt saying that a payment had been made, although this was prepaid. I spent about an hour of work time trying to sort it out. A really bad experience that, if I had but used Expedia before, would have been my last.

Had a terrible nights sleep with people shouting in the corridor between 12-2am. Tried to text the owner as was concerned but no reply. Won’t be staying again unfortunately. It’s a shame as the room was nice... haven’t had a reply still to date to apologise from them. Poor overall. As a professional female, I would not recommend this property on that basis.

There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean.

Didn’t even stay one night. There is no AC in the rooms. During other seasons this might have been okay, but it was too hot in the room. Had to immediately leave and find another hotel. Also the neighborhood seems a little sketchy.

Clean, good shower even tea, coffee and a microwave. A short walk from Canada Water tube station, very convenient for the O2. Good price too.

I stayed at London Stay Apartments for a week , I enjoyed my stay the room was very nice with nice comfortable bed , kitchen , I would recommend this place and bus stop right out the door and Surrey Quay station and Mall are a 10 minute walk , the staff are very helpful and nice

Lovely room, with everything you need. Nasty stains noticed on stair carpet. One was a large bleach stain and the other looked as if someone had vomited. Otherwise would return. Staff friendly, handy location and rooms clean and good size.

Where do I start. The surrounding area is very poor and probably not the safest neighbourhood. There was no one in reception. My window room was changed to the basement! The room was dirty e.g., a bed throw had previous food stains on it. No mobile reception. Basic corner shops - no restaurants or cafes etc. Due to the quality of the room, I decided not to stay the final night and, at my own cost, returned home. During the day, I received an incorrect receipt saying that a payment had been made, although this was prepaid. I spent about an hour of work time trying to sort it out. A really bad experience that, if I had but used Expedia before, would have been my last.

Needed some more cooking utensils and trays to use in the oven, and softer pillows other than that the room was really clean, shops are literally 2 min away. Really happy with our stay overall.

O quarto é compacto, mas muito funcional e tem tudo o que é necessário. A localização é excelente, com mercadinhos próximos, ponto de ônibus na porta e o metrô a apenas algumas quadras. Um ponto muito positivo foi terem guardado nossas malas após o checkout. O lugar é exatamente como nas fotos. Recomendo

Small but clean and well prepared room. The kitchenette meant we didn’t have to eat out every night. Great value and even right on a main bus route from/to Waterloo. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good stay overall. We booked three rooms as this was the closest place to Millwall Football Ground while we were working there. The neighbourhood is a bit lively, but the hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were large, extremely clean (some of the cleanest I’ve stayed in), warm, and very comfortable. Each room had a handy kitchenette area with a microwave and sink, plus comfy beds and a wall-mounted TV. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful. There are 24-hour shops right next door, which is great for essentials. Not loads immediately nearby, but you can walk to the tube station where there are restaurants and other options. For the price, we were very impressed and would happily stay again
