#Age between 0 to 1 is considered children.In the case of arrivals after 12:00 AM there will be a supplement of EUR 25. For longer stays of 7 days and according to regulations we will make a change of sheets and towels at no additional cost and a free cleaning every 7 days. A security cash deposit of EUR 120 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A Tourist Tax of EUR 0.99 per person, per night is not included and is due upon check-in. The tourist tax is only charged for the first seven night of your stay. Children under 17 years old are not subject to the Tourist Tax. All apartments have an indoor parking space included in the price except the apartment for 2 people who will leave the vehicle on the street. Children up to 2 years have the free stay, but only 1 child per apartment and with prior notice. Cots, bathtubs and free chairs for babies up to 2 years are provided provided there is availability and prior reservation is made. Guests must show a valid identity document and a credit card upon check-in. Linen cleaning and change service before 7 days on request and at an additional cost payable directly at the hotel. No pets allowed. Parking is subject to availability, as places are limited. Reservations for more than 2 apartments will be subject to different booking conditions. Smoking is not allowed. The apartments are equipped with sheets and towels. The management of the establishment is not responsible for any type of valuables within the apartments. The person making the reservation and the person responsible for checking in must be over 18 years old. The tourist tax is only charged for the first seven nights of your stay.​
