All in all I would give it a 6 on a 10 point scale. The lack of an elevator and the tall and scary staircase leading to the second floor was challenging to climb, and should have be mentioned prominently in the Hotel's description.

I have been staying there yearly since 2018 and the place is going down hill no updates to the rooms and cleanliness is lacking..overall staff is very rude and this place has lost many of the features that made me come back. I believe the owners are investing in something else or not investing in this property at all..sad to see it going downhill i wont be returning

Property is outdated and the carpets are covered in stains and look very dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable. Neither of us could sleep at all the two nights we stayed. The daytime from desk lady seems to not like her job and not very nice. Breakfast was non-existent. Went down at 9:10 to eat, breakfast is available til 9:30. She let me know twice that food wouldn’t be served anymore in 7 min. There was only dry cereal, oatmeal packs, juice, coffee and the “grill” available which was just eggs and blueberry bagels. The front desk lady makes it, which she seemed annoyed to have to do. She walked in from the front desk, didn’t wash her hands and without gloves started pulling my bagel apart to make. I would’ve rather made my own food than do that. Would not stay again.

Loved my stay. Off season. Not much attention to cleaning room. There 6 days. Never entered room to clean had to ask to get clean towels. Not ADA compliant. Unable to access laundry facilities due to steps and no elevator. Doors

Air conditioning did not cool the room, was set on low with blinds closed for hours and had to sleep in 78-80 degree conditions. Beds have mysterious powder underneath. Bunk beds have food crumbs, women’s sanitary pads, and a generally musty odor. Shower water smells more like pond water. Left feeling dirty and as if we needed a sanitized spray. Didn’t sleep more than one consecutive hour due to sweating. Highly regret my decision to stay here.

Very pretty large grounds. Very quiet clean property. Nice staff. There is no elevator to the second floor guests rooms. Mattresses are firm and not at all plush. Someone needs to check on soap and Kleenex supplies before check in. In-room coffee is undrinkable.

Arrived at 330am to find out the heat and television didn't work very outdated beds weren't comfortable notified the front desk just to find out the heat didn't work he lied and said it was fixed just to leave the room he said he would leave a note for the manager to contact me just to find out the manager wasnt there i called back 2 days later just ro find out she still wasnt in we usually stay quite often but probably wont be back we asked to be moved to another room he said they were full

Was traveling due to funeral. Soon as I walked in they greeted me with a smile at 3:00 A.M.. The staff were all very friendly and showed they cared about the comfort of my stay. Being I travel with my service dog due to disability. Inside and outside there is many things to do. The outside is beautiful and so relaxing. Must stay and enjoy the life. I'll have to come back in the warm months for a visit.

This was a very nice place. They could use a refresher. Description stated dining and spirits. Does not have a restaurant or bar, only small kitchen for breakfast items and small bottles of wine in the convenience area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
