Hotel deixou a desejar, nos colocaram num quarto no quintal do hotel, café da manhã no quarto andar, varios lances de escada, para se chegar ao local do café da manhã. Café da manhã pobre, sem ovos, apenas pão e croassant.

This property is old and outdated. The second floor rooms smell like sewers, rooms don't have safes, and windows don't lock. There aren't any amenities. Breakfast options are extremely limited. Coffee and tea are not available outside of breakfast hours. Staff is kind-of friendly but without the ability to resolve any problems. The photos and description of this motel on Expedia lead you to believe that it's a better hotel.

Modest but cozy hotel in quiet street in walking distance (1 block) from main street. Missed minibar/fridge but survived. Small town, easy to walk everywhere, supermarkets nearby. Specially liked the breakfast room in 4th floor, combined living room and spectacular wiev over harbour area.

I enjoyed my two nights at Hotel Mustapic. The service was exceptional. The lounge and breakfast room on the top floor provided an excellent view of the city, water, and mountains.

No elevator, we get 3rd floor suit. Toilet didn’t working well and get clogged. My wife go to reception to tell the problem but she (the receptionist) wasn’t able to solve, my wife ask for a toilet plunger, recepcionist said didn’t haved. She said that we can use the restaurant toilet in the 4th floor. The heater was too high and uncomfortable and we try to open the window but too much traffic noise we can go asleep and we can’t control the heaterfrom de room.So I go down to receptionist at 1:00 am, (gentlemen) he adjust heater and giveme the toilet plunger and I resolve the problem. The room was poor cleaning I could feel the dirt on the floor on my feet.

Das Hotel liegt super Zentral. Die Zimmer sind klein aber wer nur zum Schlafen hierbist ok. Es gibt eine Heizung, die aber nicht vom Zimmer aus steuerbar ist. Bei uns lief sie fast immer und man musste das Fenster offen lassen, aber derzeit zum Beispiel läuft sie überhaupt nicht. Es gibt Duschgel in der kleinen Dusche. Das Frühstück ist jetzt nicht Erwähnenswert, beim ersten Mal wurde die Wurst nicht nach gefüllt, auch auf Anfrage. Wir haben an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben und die haben sich entschuldigt und am nächsten Tag hat es funktioniert. Vielleicht muss man einfach mit den Leuten reden. Die Aussicht im Frühstücksraum ist auch Atemberaubend.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. It was not really clean, and the walls were so thin you could hear everyone. All the doors had old style keys from probably the 1940s which would be cool, if they worked. I was staying with another person and they were not able to give any extra keys. The worst part though was when we walked in, we had NO linens on the bed. No sheets, pillow cases, etc. We asked for some and the staff brought them but they were old. Sadly i spoke with another traveler there who also had no linens and when she asked for some they told her they didnt have any more to give out. All thry could lrovide was a tiny hand towel. Dont stay at this hotel. It may be slightly cheaper but not worth the 20 or 30 bucks you would save.

La tapa del inodoro no se mantiene arriba, no limpian bien, las sabanas estaban manchadas, el desayuno solo ofrece dulces y harinas, la calefacción es tan caliente que la habitación se convierte en un sauna, se escucha absolutamente todo de la calle y de las demás habitaciones. Una señorita en recepción que nos trató como ladrones, terrible toda la experiencia. Lo único bueno de todo fue el trato de Salvador que nos recibió el primer día, nos orientó y nos ayudó con los tours, muy buena su atención y muy amable por parte de Salvador.

Nos dieron una habitacion con tv que no se veia desde las camas, inclinada para que funcione el control remoto, 1 almohada de menos de 1 cm, toallas rotas, no hay jabon, hay dispenser en la ducha de algo que no hace ni espuma. Tuvimos que salir a comprar uno. La vista de la habitacion daba a patio con piso sin terminar y llena de articulos de limpieza. El check in era a las 13hs, pero cuando llegas te dicen 14 30hs. El papel higienico era gris y de una calidad pauperrima Te piden tarjeta de credito como garantia por si rompes algo. Al segundo dia nos dieron otra habitacion con vista a patio de piso terminado, bañadera y bidet ( la otra no tenia) y nos dieron 2 almohadas a cada uno del mismo espesor que la del dia anterior. Jamas estuve en un hotel peor. Pasamos una horrible experiencia, excepto en el comedor donde desayunamos con una linda vista de la bahia. No vayan. Es una esrafa. No deberia ni estar en categoria hotel.

Services på hotellet var rigtig fin, de var flinke og hjælpsomme i receptionen, og hotellet er meget centralt beliggende Men, hotellet er meget slidt. Det er første gang vi er blevet snydt at Hotels.com's stjerner. Dette hotel er IKKE 3,5 stjerner. Tror umiddelbart at der nok skal blive gjort rent på gulvet. Men væggene er virkelige beskidte, og værelset er virkeligt slidt. Lagner og håndklæder virker til at være rene, men de er bare gamle. Varmen bliver tændt en gang imellem, og køre så på fuld tryk, så det næsten bliver ulideligt at være på værelset. Men tilgengæld er varmen slukket om natten, så der bliver koldt på værelset. Udsigten fra morgenmads restauranten er rigtig fin. morgenmaden er lille men faktisk udemærket. Men de kan ikke klarer når mange vil spise på samme tid

Most of the staff was super but there is no way to turn off the heat in the room it was on constantly unless we went and asked for it to be turned off. So at 3 am when we couldn't stand it anymore we had to go to front desk and ask for it to be turned off so we didn't get much rest here.

The first room we were put in started having foul odor from the toilet where when we came back the entire room smelled of sewage. We were given a new room, but for price these rooms were a little better than a hostel. No true amenities. The first room did not have any way to control heat/cold. The second room kept turning on or not at all. There was on a few occasions noise coming from other guests that was very audible. The staff were very nice; the breakfast area was pleasant with the food good.

No temperature control in the room. Only one plug to charge devices. The WiFi is just terrible, even the tv buffers and disconnects. The shower kept dripping all night. The mattress is super hard. Breakfast is minimal and stale. Terrible experience

Stayed here after our Patagonia cruise for 3 nights before flying back home. The place is rustic and homey feeling, and close to the downtown section of Ushuaia. The only complaints I’d say are that the sheets weren’t too clean and that there are no DO NOT DISTURB signs to put on your room door so if your a late riser like I am, room service will just barge right in, so let the front desk know that you don’t want room service coming into your room. Aside from that, the staff were very helpful and professional. Overall was a pleasant stay.

La tapa del inodoro no se mantiene arriba, no limpian bien, las sabanas estaban manchadas, el desayuno solo ofrece dulces y harinas, la calefacción es tan caliente que la habitación se convierte en un sauna, se escucha absolutamente todo de la calle y de las demás habitaciones. Una señorita en recepción que nos trató como ladrones, terrible toda la experiencia. Lo único bueno de todo fue el trato de Salvador que nos recibió el primer día, nos orientó y nos ayudó con los tours, muy buena su atención y muy amable por parte de Salvador.

Make no mistake, this is a 1-star budget hotel. It may cost more than some other budget hotels in Ushuaia because it is in a very convenient location. The place is well worn and could use renovation. But then it would cost more. Staff were extremely helpful, storing my bag for a few hours even though the storage room was full. People make all the difference, especially in budget accommodations. I would stay here again.

As pessoas que nos atenderam são mesmo muito simpáticas. Os quartos são suficientes em área e em arrumação. As vezes a água deixa de estar quente. Está na parte central e dá para conhecer tudo a pé. O centro é pequeno e visita-se tudo facilmente. O pequeno-almoço é no terceiro andar, com vistas para a baía. É pouco variado. Estão lá pessoas mas as vezes é preciso estar a dizer que isto ou aquilo acabou para colocarem mais comida.

O café da manhã é bem simples. Não tem frutas, ovos. Basicamente é café, croissants, pão (sanduíche) e um iogurte de morango. Para quem quer comer uma proteína de manhã não tem essa opção.

The first room we were put in started having foul odor from the toilet where when we came back the entire room smelled of sewage. We were given a new room, but for price these rooms were a little better than a hostel. No true amenities. The first room did not have any way to control heat/cold. The second room kept turning on or not at all. There was on a few occasions noise coming from other guests that was very audible. The staff were very nice; the breakfast area was pleasant with the food good.

Gostei da localização perto da rua principal e dos atendentes da recepção. O hotel é antigo mas agradável, o café da manhã é fraquinho e estava sempre atrasado, além de que haviam condições de higiene precárias, como por exemplo uma vez que a moça que preparava deixou sua luva suja em cima dos talheres.As vezes demora pra vir agua quente no chuveiro.

Das Hotel liegt super Zentral. Die Zimmer sind klein aber wer nur zum Schlafen hierbist ok. Es gibt eine Heizung, die aber nicht vom Zimmer aus steuerbar ist. Bei uns lief sie fast immer und man musste das Fenster offen lassen, aber derzeit zum Beispiel läuft sie überhaupt nicht. Es gibt Duschgel in der kleinen Dusche. Das Frühstück ist jetzt nicht Erwähnenswert, beim ersten Mal wurde die Wurst nicht nach gefüllt, auch auf Anfrage. Wir haben an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben und die haben sich entschuldigt und am nächsten Tag hat es funktioniert. Vielleicht muss man einfach mit den Leuten reden. Die Aussicht im Frühstücksraum ist auch Atemberaubend.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. It was not really clean, and the walls were so thin you could hear everyone. All the doors had old style keys from probably the 1940s which would be cool, if they worked. I was staying with another person and they were not able to give any extra keys. The worst part though was when we walked in, we had NO linens on the bed. No sheets, pillow cases, etc. We asked for some and the staff brought them but they were old. Sadly i spoke with another traveler there who also had no linens and when she asked for some they told her they didnt have any more to give out. All thry could lrovide was a tiny hand towel. Dont stay at this hotel. It may be slightly cheaper but not worth the 20 or 30 bucks you would save.
