Only 2 elevators and one was down. Valet / parking is also very tight. Room was great other than the shower requires you to get all the way inside the shower to be able to turn it on because of how the door opens, and then it took about a hundred years for the water to get hot. Other than that it was clean, comfortable and super friendly and attentive staff.

Beds were too hard. Curtains didn’t close , and shades didn’t come all the way down. You couldn’t adjust temperature in room. They only had valet parking and only on person trying to check in cars and get them . Lady bartender at bar was only good service we got there. Find somewhere else to stay , if possible.

Even though I was using handicap parking the parking attendant wanted my keys. being in law enforcement there were items in my vehicle that I wasn't going to allow for him to have access to. he gave me a very hard time. He didn't look professional. In the building i could smell dope being used. this hotel in ot what it used to be.

The hotel was clean, had friendly staff, and a nice pool (it was too cold to enter on Sept 14th). Valet parking was available for $50 overnight, with exits/returns as needed. The valet cost was expected from other reviews, and the valet system was great with texting to retrieve the car within 2 mins. HOWEVER, we encountered MAJOR issues with what the HGI staff blamed on false advertising on Hotels.com. We booked a king room with pull out couch for our family of 3, and selected HGI due to the pricing on hotels.com and the free breakfast. Upon check in, the room only had a king size bed - We had to upgrade for our third family member to have somewhere to sleep! Breakfast ($18 each) was NOT included, though I managed to get one comped meal coupon due to the issues. Only coffee and tea were included, and breakfast was cooked to order. The additional costs were unexpected and caused stress on our family. The hotel staff blamed it on Hotels.com. If this is indeed an issue with Hotels.com, it needs to be sorted out between HGI and the site. While possible to select a suite with pull out sofa and include breakfasts and valet in the booking, it was not noted that this was necessary. The description and photos of the room we selected was that it sleeps 4 and had free breakfast. We would maybe stay here again, or choose somewhere else in Midtown. Use caution and expect the costs to be $80-150 more per night than we paid when booking through the site.

So I on site the outside of the hotel does not look like the photos. There is some homeless and drug activity out and around the building. They do lock all doors from the outside you need a key to enter, that safety feature was good. You do get accosted by people for money ect as you walk around the area. Inside, staff was super nice and accommodating. I did end up paying for parking and it was valet only. The valet ended up costing me an extra 50$ per night so I honestly could have stayed somewhere a little nicer had I known. My room was clean and had all I needed, the ac did not work in the room so nights were hot but I didn’t bother the staff as we were out most of the day. Food there was pretty good and well portioned, drinks were also good. The gym was clean nice weight rack, treds, ect, but the pelotons needed a code or weren’t functioning so unusable, which if a selling point should be functioning. I do agree there are nicer hotels so if you’re going on trip with family look around. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again I feel the staff was the only upside to this hotel. If you going for work or over night this was fine. Just beware some of the up charges.

The room was very expensive for the condition and amenities of the hotel. The hotel is an older hotel that has been redecorated a bit. The carpet was really dirty, so dirty that I didn't want to walk around in my socks. It was on the edge of midtown, we were hoping to stay in the thick of midtown and it isn't as accessible to walking quickly to things. The thing that is good about this hotel is that it is only 1.2 miles from the Mecedes-Benz stadium. So, if you are going to a concert it would be a great location. Valet service was unorganized and expensive. Additionally, I watched the valets run 2 cars into each other as they were pulling my car around. The car owners were very upset about the situation. All in all, it was an OK stay that could have been worse but was overpriced.

The staff was very nice. Kenny at the front desk tried desperately to help us when the first TWO rooms were not what we reserved. the third room had no hot water, the blinds and shades were broken and the AC was barely working.

This is an older property that need major renovations. For starters they know that they are in a high traffic noisy area yet they have installed proper dual pane noise cancelling windows. If you get a room with a King bed it is facing the freeway traffic and you get minimal rest because it is so darn noisy day and night. Their room decor and accent wall paint is so dated. Do yourself a favor and find a nicer property. Also, they only have valet parking and you can go out to find no one at the valet desk at any given time.

I was in a handicap room. I don't know why. When I first entered I thought, wow! this is big. When I went into the bathroom I was surprised that it was a handicap bathroom. There was no hot water. I was unable to shower and I did not want to sit on the bench.

The rooms vary in condition. I had one that was pretty decent and one that was okay. The hotel is grossly understaffed. It's hard to catch a front desk person, the restaurant employees are grumpy, it's impossible to get extra towels.

5 Stars – Exceptional Stay! From the moment we arrived, every staff member – valet, front desk, and bartender – went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. This was our first experience at this Hilton, and it has been phenomenal. We actually switched from a motel 30 minutes away due to poor service and missing amenities, and we could not be happier with that decision. The difference here is like night and day! My kids and I absolutely love this hotel. Thank you for turning our trip around and making us feel so welcome!

Front desk staff was always accommodating, however, there was no housekeeping as advertised. Our room (flooring) hasn’t been swept. We ran out of tissues, toilet paper, coffee, and towels. We had to keep asking for items. The housekeeping came in and emptied the trash one time during a three night stay, but ignored the rest of the room. We were disappointed in the lack of service for a Hilton brand. We’ve been Honors members for years but the hotels aren’t keeping up with service. We would not recommend or stay at this location again.

Went there for an event at Georgia Tech. The hotel was just 5 mins walk to the campus. It was super convenient. There was some issue with my reservation. The front desk staff was very patient and helpful and resolved the issue for me.

Parking was terrible, hard to find and you only have one option to parking, you have to pay $50 for valet, poor service room, there was only one person in the lobby and when I asked for an extra comforter and sheets to sofa bed I had to go down to get them myself because they had no staff to bring them to the room, them I paid an additional $40 for the buffet breakfast and it was not what I expected.

The front desk clerk Krystal and another young lady working overnight were extremely helpful and kind. We had to order food from the bartender and she was awesome. We ordered the breakfast buffet which was okay. The gentlemen working was excellent. The variety of food items could have been better and the building was cold. Our room was extremely clean and the hotel was overall great. They also had a snack area where you can purchase items. There was also a 200 deposit at check-in that was not mentioned on the Hotels app. This should be credited back within 3-5 business days.

From check in to check out the whole stay was so wonderful. Every person we interacted with was very nice and the extra touches they made decorating for the beyonce concert were so cute! The room was great and the beds were so comfortable! I also loved the touch of having my name on the tv when we got in. Food and drinks at the bar were excellent and Alex was lovely to talk to! Would love to stay here again.

It was perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Only issues was restaurant closed at 8:40 when it was supposed to close at 10. We were starving and ended up walking in the rain to get something to eat.

The property was clean staff was extremely friendly. The only issue I had was the hotel was missing a lot of items such as napkins the bar was supposed to be "fully stocked" and it was not. The restaurant offers waffles on the menu but we were told they don't have a waffle iron.

Make sure breakfast is included or it's $15 per person, per day and it's not that great. Valet parking only, at $50 per day that comes out of the $300 deposit. Great price in Aquarium any time tickets (cheaper than online or at Aquarium).
