It was hardly ever manned . The maid was OK , but it was difficult to get into initially. I signed up expecting breakfast but there was no food facilities.. it looked like accomodation for those servicing the tourists rather than tourists( but i expect it is now out of reach for most) . We did encounter the manager on checkout day , but he was openly hostile because we used the foyer briefly to repack our stuff after the beach.The hire care was parked outside. i met so many people in the foyer or outside unable to access the roorms because the dopey manager had neglected to send the promised PIN code . What a moron.

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel proche de la mer, très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont relativement grande. L'arrivée autonome est assez simple. Le petit-déjeuner dans un bar pas très loin était super top point on savait juste pas qu'il fallait aller là-bas ;-) Le quartier et la plage sont vraiment très agréables

We paid for a room with 1 queen bed and 2 sofa beds for one couple and two single people. There was only 1 sofa bed in the room so the two single people had to share. The hotel claimed that the mistake was made by Expedia and your representative claimed the mistake was made by the hotel. Nothing was resolved and we, the customers, were lost out. The hotel offered us breakfast and then did not cover the whole cost.

Terrible experience as it stated checkin anytime after 15:00 and hotel did not provide PIN code at all so we were left stranded outside at 2am in the night and the number on the door no one was picking up calls so we had to relocate to a different hotel in the middle of the night. Expedia customer service was spot on though, helped us through out the whole relocation process!

I was really disappointed with my stay. The elevator was broken during our stay which is a really big hassle. Also, we had a huge leak in our room on the last night. Faulty AC. No staff at night so I tried texting them on Whatsapp (they have used Whatsapp to text me) And never got any help or answer. It’s hard to park right by the hotel, but you can park your car a walking distance. Close to the beach and clean. But too many issues for me to give a good rating.

Geweldige ligging alles op loop afstand . Prijs kwaliteit verhouding perfect! Zeer gastvrij. Smart tv en koelkast op de kamer . Het enige minpunt was dat het matras aardig hard was en ik dus nihil heb geslapen. Maar de kamers zijn goed schoon badkamer ook. The hotel is in a great location just up from the main beach in the centre of town . The room was clean & we even had a sea view . We stayed 2 nights and the room did not get cleaned but maybe they clean it every other day . The mattress had some weird plastic coated cover which I did not particularly like as it squeaked a lot . Apart from that I really liked the room .

Outlr top floorappartment was very well appointed and stylishly decorated with comfy beds, good little kitchen and large balcony with a180 degree view. Couldn’t fault any of that. Just as we were leaving after onlybone night's stay the loo wouldn't flush. No phone to call reception and when I went down to use the loo there there was no one around. The worst aspect howevercwas checking in. It was sooooo slow. There were 3 groups ahead of us when check in opened at 3pm. We were there forc at least 30 minutes in the queue. When we were seen the receptionist couldn't see my name on her list until I told her we'd already paid. You can check in on line but it wasn't practical as I wasn’t with my colleague to get her documentation. The poor girl ahead of us waited an hour and a half and they still couldn't find her booking which had been made through an agency.

Room 401 & it’s balcony wete both enormous. Views were amazing Location excellent. Nearby supermarkets were convenient. Comfortable bed Full kitchen with fridge freezer. Very welcoming staff. Good to have a lift as we were on the 4th floor

I was not emailed a code for the door and was stuck there with my luggage unable to get in. When I called and messaged the phone number provided, no one ever got back to me. I had to find another hotel. I never leave negative reviews, but no one has made any attempt to reach me or respond.

was unable to get code from hotel ventus after registering, had to contact hotel.com. I tried contacting hotel through 24-hour hot line and WhatsApp but got no response. Hot water also not working which is really problematic for a hotel stay. Other than, it is what we paid for the price so it’s okay.

Budget hotel near the airport, great for buses which were regular even on NewYears Day! Managed to get to the airport using 2 buses no problem. It is functional, little balcony but no view and rather overlooked by balcony next door. Close to sea front and walks and bars etc. Definitely a functional approach but worked for a night or two.

Great basic hotel. Opposite bus stop so easy for airport. Two minutes walk to beach and restaurants. Free filtered water. Clean modern and comfy. Fridge in room and you can request a kettle free of charge. Reception only manned at certain hours so ring to arrange your checkin, they are very helpful.
