This hotel is absolutely the worst I've ever stayed in. I felt safer sleeping in my car! The door didn't lock properly, none of the appliances really worked, the bed was disgusting, trash shoved under the bed, bathtub rusted to hell. Awful. And no refunds??? We can see why.

1) Door did not lock(bolt lock didn't line up,chain broke) 2) No Ice 3) No trash cans 4) Both chairs broke 5) Had to plunge toilet each time it was used(3 Guests), In morning had to use towels to soak up water on floor. 6) Only One packet of coffee(3 Guests) 7)No Coffee cups (only plastic water cups) 8) Hair dryer didn't work 9) No Iron or board 10) Bathroom door didn't close / lock 11)No History channel 12)Lamps didn't work 13)Lights on the walls , beside bed, and opposite side wall didn't work 14)Fire Detector didn't have battery 15)Was not real clean or sanitized 16)Checked in at approximately at 11:50 pm staff at desk was not real friendly. Morning staff at check out was real friendly.

The fact you have to pay for tissue is crazy.

Tub wasn't working properly, the room was in very bad condition and we only had two very very old shower towels with holes on it. The laundry room was really dirty and out of all the washer and dryer machine there was only one o two working..

We stayed for 3 nights. The carpet was frayed and need of replacing. The bed was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The bath tub needed cleaning and the water was barely warm when taken a shower. The pictures on the web showed a nice place, but the room was disappointing. The pool was not filled and website showed the pool was filled. We was looking forward to swimming there.

We were completely price gouged for this property because of the day. There was a price sign on the sign in desk that had prices advertised 3 times lower then what we paid in advance with hotel.com. Hotel was completely falling apart and not at all as advertised. I was Very mislead. Rusty tub. Doir to bathroom would not shut, with nails falling out of it on the floor to step on. Carpet not even installed properly, tripping hazard. Chain on door missing. No amenities ,like tissues, ice, or iron, And a partially filled ,green, slimmy, mosquito filled pool.

After getting the key and walking into this disgusting place, I took a few pictures and went to the front desk. The smoke detector was covered in plastic that was yellow from what I can only assume was from chemicals being burned on spoons. The pillows were unbelievably disgusting, less than 1/4 inch of TP on the roll with no extra but they are willing to sale you a roll for $1. Take a look at the pictures before you decide to stay here. No Refund, No room change, manager was rude.

Got bit by a bed bug. Very old and dank. Not recommended at any price.

Staff were polite during check in. Got to my room and tried to open the door and the handle was broken so I had to push the handle into place to catch the tumblers, oh well right? As long as it locks. Immediately on entry I turn on the light and roaches scattered across the bed closest to the door, apparently there was a meeting on the bed cause there were a bunch. I pulled the sheets back on the other bed and 2 more ran off. I’ve stayed in some shitholes before, but this one was probably in my top 3. Won’t stay here again. I booked on Expedia so I just Simply turned my key in and left.

Room was in horrible condition. Towels were falling apart and had blood stains.

We asked for non smoking, king. We got smoking, double bed. It was dirty, ripped carpet, roaches, no towels or soap. Disgusting!

Ghetto a lot of suspicious people walking around I spent most of my time watching out for my car than anything else. The room was filthy, the bed was broke it was on a box that was too small for it there was 2 TVs and one didn’t work, the mini fridge was rusted and nasty, the walls looked like they were never cleaned the door didn’t lock, somebody else was able to unlock the door with a different key card

older motel. no single rooms available. ended up with a double that looked like housekeeping forgot to clean.

O.G. Hotel in Killeen, but the standards are way too low.

I'm not gonna lie the room was clean. There are no holes in the wall, no visible bugs crawling inside and no odor when you first walk in. Yes, rooms are ole school, no smart. TV, but uh, you get what you pay for and it is very affordable in a conventional location close to the freeway. But where I was stoic there were too many people lurking around watching everything that you do sitting on the doorsteps, as soon as I opened my door one guy even tried to Bogart his way into my room, when I had the door open for a brief second askin to use my phone to call. hips mama that was odd and weird. But I'm not the type a person to associate with people I don't know, especially since I work hard earning an honest living, and a veteran. I always hold my head up high no matter how low someone try to take me. The people at the front are very nice and professional and yea there is one black female housekeeper who was super sweet. If you do stay here, keep you and your family to yourself. Don't leave anything and I mean, anything important laying around? Keep your doors shut and stay on top of your A Game. The devil is always a liar. If you in the service just getting to hood and have a family dont you stay your ass there. This is for people on strict budgets and as hoodified as me. Take care folks

Stay was decent. Towels were tiny and I had reserved a king bed. When arriving to hotel they gave us 2 queen beds instead. Aside from that the service was great.

room stank and was rundown with decor from the 70's. thermostat didnt work no safety latch on door

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property is old and run down, needing many repairs and upgrades.

Check in started smooth, so I thought... I reserved room online & expected to just show id & get room key, unfortunately when arrived late in evening the door was locked and had to stand outside window to be told I needed to complete the check in process thru office and after at least 30 mins & going back& forth giving my id, car info & phone to get enrolled in system and then get told a $50 deposit is mandatory to pay before can Even go to room. The shower curtain seemed to have sum spots of mold & found used towels wedged behind bed from previous guest Pulled into room after day of working and got approached by 3 Killeen police officers flashlights on face asking questions, if I was supposed to be there & just completely felt ambushes & uncomfortable as if i shouldn't have been there. Wouldve been better if had hangers & more towels available and a do not disturb sign... Also, it was expected to take trash out and clean room to make easier on housekeeping, which I personally never seen.. Check out was much better experience and did refund the deposit a lot quicker than expected (per check in employees information) It was not the best nor the worst experience but I personally do not have to stay there again.

In between not having any hot water for 14 days other than 5 hours of it and 14 days without my front door being able to be locked properly and securely and getting robbed to the very last day I stayed there the hotel staff got very hostile to where the police were called I would never ever be here again
