Resort grounds and rooms were wonderful. All staff were extremely nice and helpful. Room had a mini fridge but did not have a microwave or dish set to support any meaningful options for in room meals.

It’s not a 5 star or even a nicer 4 star, but the resort is nice enough and the staff is nice. My Chief complaint is that it’s this advertised as a five star. It’s not at all. It’s not luxury. It would be a nice high three star low four star. It has a parking lot in the middle of the entire resort. This service is a relates to helping with bags arranging cars things that a five star resort does is exceedingly lacking the views from some of the rooms, overlook trash and like I said there’s a parking lot in the middle of the resort there’s much nicer places to stay and frankly Expedia or Hotels.com needs to not list it as a five star.

The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and works hard, and the hotel sits directly on the beach with excellent views from the pool. If you’re looking for a quieter part of Santorini away from the crowds of Oia, this location may suit you well. That said, this property simply does not meet the expectations of a five-star luxury resort. The overall feel is much closer to a four-star hotel—or even something comparable to a Courtyard by Marriott or Hampton Inn in the United States—than a luxury resort. The hotel is divided by a large parking lot, including parking used by an adjacent property, which significantly detracts from the resort atmosphere. Our transportation experience was also disappointing. We arranged and paid for two private vans from the airport but were instead placed on a shared shuttle. One member of our group accidentally left a phone behind, and neither the hotel nor anyone else could even identify or contact the transportation company that had been arranged. Service was inconsistent in other ways as well. By late afternoon (around 5:00 p.m.), there were no beach towels available at the pool, and staff stopped replenishing them even though the pool remained open. Our luggage was simply left outside our room instead of being delivered inside. The spa was also underwhelming, with very small, dark treatment rooms that felt more like a basement than a luxury spa. The guest rooms are clean and perfectly adequate, but they are not luxurious.

The property is very isolated and away from everything. There is hardly any beach to view or sit by. The grounds were poorly maintained. The best thing about the resort was the spacious room and the fact that the pool in the room is heated. There is zero premium alcohol so if you plan to hang by the pool prepare to be served cheap alcohol. Forget about it trying to order in-room dining because we were told twice they couldn't accommodate are request even though it was before the kitchen closed. I tried to get a drink in the lobby before heading out and we were told we had to walk all the way back to the pool bar. I asked for a bottle of water while we waited outside for our ride to an excursion and we were told they give us 1 of water in our rooms once a day!!!!! We also had someone enter our room without knocking and luckily I was not getting dressed!! The best part about Santorini was being away from the resort because I was frustrated with every part of the resort while I was there. Even when we returned I made a complaint and they said they would have someone contact right away and that never happened. Just don't go!
