Super hotel muy recomendable

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very small room with a tiny bathroom. There is no service or staff available. Think of it as B&B room with no kitchen.

Good location, nice staff, nice room, but there are 2 issues I want to raise: 1. The mattress was smaller than the bed 2. We came to Jerusalem for a medical appointment. Three days before our arrival, the doctor moved the appointment by one day. I contacted the hotel and asked to move our reservation by one day as well, including shifting the departure date accordingly. There were rooms available, but the hotel refused to make the change without providing any reasonable explanation. The only response I received was: “It’s not according to our policy.” I found this extremely disappointing, especially given the circumstances and the fact that rooms were available.

This was our second time staying at Mamilla Urban Boutique, and once again we had a great experience. This time we stayed in the Presidential/Royal Suite, and it was awesome—very spacious, comfortable, and absolutely worth the price. We had plenty of room to relax and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

Very accommodating hotel with incredibly nice and helpful staff. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re clean, comfortable, and nicely done. The location absolutely can’t be beat—so convenient and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay!
