Staff were lovely. One lady took ne to the toom and showed me which key was for what and even turned on the aircon for me before leaving me to my room. Parking was a bit of a challenge with not manyspots avaialble but thats was ok in the end.

Loved the proximity to lake for views and walks. Restaurant provided delicious meal options for lunch and dinner or there is a cafe across the road for breakfast. Parking at rear is limited so you may end up parking on street. No lift in accommodation area if you have heavy bags. Rooms and bathrooms are very neat and tidy and serviced daily if you want. Friendly staff.

Ocean view but no option to open windows, didn’t need to book for dining, but when it came to eat no tables available. Had to Uber to another venue. You would think parking would be reserved for people staying in motel. No parking available. Aircon noisy, disappointing. But room was clean

Excellent stay at Pippis. Highly recommend. Clean modern updated rooms. Older reviews are pre renovation. The hotel is nice and quiet. And the food is top notch. Not to mention the pricing, especially of alcohol. 10/10

I thought that the hotel was value for money...room was a bit dated but very clean....bed was uncomfortable....staff were friendly and obliging...restaurant was good... My main concern was parking....there isn't nearly enough.

We were informed four hours before check-in that renovations were underway. Half the accommodation area was a building site! Guest parking was taken up by workers’ vehicles. Our bathroom was grubby, with a crack in the toilet bowl. BUT the bar area staff and food was amazing!

The staff were friendly and were very helpful. The property was clean, smelled clean, but the room was not like the one shown, but that is just cosmetics. The bed was comfy, the aircon worked and it was a nice quiet space to rest. I would stay here again.

Great value for money, with exceptional cleaning. There is indoor and outdoor dining with waterfront views second to none The views are magnificent, but if you’re staying more than one night, take some camping lounge chairs so you can sit at the window to enjoy the view.

The room was comfortable enough. A bit of loud traffic noise. No hand towels or face washers. Our stay was comfortable and it was very convenient to have an excellent restaurant downstairs.

There isn't a check in desk. You have to go into the bar and one of the bar staff checks you in. Unfortunately some of them have no clue what to do. There is no parking for motel guests. 5 marked parking place in the car park for both the pub and the motel. Very limited street parking. Our room had 2 large windows overlooking the Lake, Unfortunately neither opened. We asked if we could have a room with either windows or sliding doors. We were told as we had booked online we couldn't have a change. It was 36oC outside and in our room. The a/c was so noisy it was impossible to leave it on at night. The bathroom is small and very tight. Never again!!

the beds was so comfortable head hit the pillow and out so quickly never wanted to leave it. would very much stay there again and can see the water from the balcony which we love and it a 2 second walk to the water

Staff were excellent, as was the service. Charley, Shelley, Will and Yvonne (the cleaner) were all cheerful, & very helpful. Room was clean. Restaurant meals were great, with generous servings. On the down side: Free WiFi was connected but didn't work. Stairs were difficult for older folk - all accommodation being on the first floor. Room we were allocated was far too small for an eight night stay, there were other larger rooms. Refrigerator was tiny and not fit for purpose. No hand towel or face washers. No toaster or microwave.
