The room was pleasent .i asked for a deep tissue massage from thier spa facilty .thats where it was a let down Firstly there was a language barrier as none of thd staff spoke english,seconldly i just got a basic massage which is not i was looking for...in a brand like Raddsion i wohld expected all staff to havd a basic level of english...

Is was not like a 5* hotel. There was a lot of noise due to the renovation, is was not clean, food was every day the same and warm dishes are not warm. The massageroom smells not fresh, the massage was good. Due to the renovation there was not a clean floor at the massageroom.

Excellent! Very clean rooms and confirms the Radisson brand to be off highest excellence. Added bonus is that there is a liquor shop downstairs at this hotel and therefore all non resident Indians (NRI) can benefit from purchasing liquor licence between 12 and 7pm. Drinks consumed in room

This is a very ordinary hotel, not a 5 star by any means, rooms a dingy and smell of humidity and moss, air conditioning not working despite 2 separates visits from engineers. Breakfast is the same 5 days a week with certain items repeated on alternate dates. Gym was in dire straits, you could tell equipment were never cleaned and sweat drops everywhere were apparent. There is nobody managing the Gyms and ladies working there clearly ignore you. I requested twice to get the aircon going. Really does not deserve a 5 star status. The staff at the main reception were extremely professional and nice.

We booked a 4 night stay in this hotel despit of horrible experiences previously thought they would changed as they are known brand name. But i was so wrong as the experience on this stay was even worse. The hotel has been refurbished in lobby to show the excellent looks but the rooms are so outdated they do not have a basic requirement of the world universal adpators,.flush doest work in the toilets. The A C makes noise. I can carry on with a list. Starting from day 1 we found the daibetic blood strained strip on the extra bed which was provided. The occupancy was for 3 people, and i had to repeatedly keep asking for an additional bed in the room and for all the toiletries and towel were for one person. Is it the guests job to checkin and find that the hotel room they booked for 3 isn\'t equipped for 3 people so they should wait around for the hotel to do their job. On the second day of the stay at breakfast we had asked for coffees and we ended up walking away without any because it never came. When we complained to the manager, he gave us an "upgrade" to another room but we were already eligible for a free upgrade through Expedia so clearly this was so compensation for their inefficiencies.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The breakfast was outstanding with an excellent spread and great quality — a perfect start to the day. The room was truly amazing: spacious, spotless, super comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything about the stay felt premium and relaxing. I had a wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel Ahmedabad to anyone visiting the city. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The first night we had room where the water came off the floor onto vanity area of the bathroom. Just flowed over naturally. Got a different room for the second and third nights which was better. The check in lady was not attentive as I stood in line to check in. Didn't even acknowledge me until I mentioned something to her. The restaurant staff were polite and kind - very attentive to please.

Cannot be considered a 5 star property. Business room was dark, dinghy and small. I was locked out of my room for more than an hour because the card reader was not working and they couldn't fix it quickly. I was told it's a machine and that's what machines do. I then shifted to a smaller room but they refused to reimburse the difference. Breakfast was okay. There were flies in the breakfast room. Location was decent, close to the river and Netaji market.

Very hard to change details of my stay in advance with staff. Staff were very difficult to deal with in general. My airport pick up was cancelled with no warning and staff didn't care and were dismissive of the issue. I felt the overall service and customer support was very poor for this level of hotel. Based on my experience I would not stay here again.

Excellent location, neat place but the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. When the room was cleaned, no essentials for making tea in the room were replaced. Took the housekeeping over one and half hours to bring it to us after repeated (six) requests.

We had really great and pleasant stay at hotel. Receptionist and other members of staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. We find very wellcome and greeted with smile. Rooms are big with all necessary amenities. Restaurant has multiple cousin with delicious food. We'll definitely visit again. Kind regards.

Charged me for 2 nights when I had only requested 1 night, put myself and my 13 year old son in a smoking room (well at least smelt of tobacco) when asked for a non smoking room. Ordered mocktails which never arrived and also latte at breakfast which was self serve but the machine was broken, so the waiter said they will provide but no such luck. Not ever stayed at a hotel where it has undelivered in such a spectacular fashion! Not sure this was a VIP benefit..
