Stayed 2 nights

The room is clean. It suited what I needed to do perfectly. It was actually quite elegant. The TV remote is too complicated. Considering you only need like four or five functions that remote had like 30 buttons on it. Housekeeping is extremely slow. The shower didn’t have any body wash in it, I had to ask the desk for it. And the shampoo was almost out probably because people use the shampoo in place of the body wash. I had one of the suite rooms, a long ways from the elevator. I got my steps in. The breakfast was mediocre. I don’t know who said it was so incredibly good. I was not impressed. Typical of what you get at most hotels with complementary breakfast. The pillows were total crap as usual, limp sacks with no support the bed itself was great. Considering the close proximity to the highway it was very quiet and very safe.

Stayed 4 nights

We stayed 4 nights. We had housekeeping once. They did not replace coffee, toilet paper or bath mat. Trash was emptied bed was made. Had to go to lobby to get replaced items!! Seriously no additional TP??? Breakfast was super disappointing.., the counters weren’t wiped down often enough. Each day I had to ask for something… waffle batter was empty, syrup was stuck to plate, waffle iron itself should be replaced.. waffle sticks no matter how much spray was used. Boring hot selections. The only thing that changed were the potatoes with either onion or peppers. On our last morning we skipped breakfast and had 2 cups of coffee. One was warm the other was cold!!! Leftover coffee maybe???

Stayed 3 nights

Stayed for 3 nights. Very clean and safe hotel. Great staff, great coffee. But the breakfast was super basic with the options being omelette, potatoes, maybe watermelon and oatmeal. Good quality bed, but never seen worse pillows. Forget providing soft and hard pillow options, these were like bundled up rags of sheet put together. Had a very tough time sleeping.
