We stayed at the hotel for two nights! The first day the service was exceptional in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On the 2nd day for dinner in the restaurant there was not enough staff and the service very poor! We will not stay at the crown plaza next time we will pick another hotel in kochi.

The hotel was great. The breakfast and dinner buffet were exceptional and high quality. The travel desk person Shamil organized the whole stay in a great manner.
