Très pratique pour couper la route entre Grenoble et Dax. Accueil efficace. Restaurant à proximité à pied. Le supplément parking et petit dej sont un peu onéreux mais nous avons quand même pris le parking. Confort ok mais isolation phonique insuffisante (côté rue).

Séjour convenable. Literie confortable mais beaucoup de bruit car la chambre donnait sur le boulevard et l'isolation phonique n'est pas des plus réussie. Les rideaux occultant ne sont pas étanches et les rues sont très éclairées. Il faut choisir ou demander une chambre donnant sur les petites rues adjacentes pour avoir moins de bruit Personnel accueillant et disponible. La situation de l'établissement est idéale pour les visites de la ville car tout est à proximité. Le parking est bien pratique aussi. D

Résidence hôtelière centrale à 2 pas de la ville historique avec garages extérieur fermé et souterrain à 10 €, studio confortable et bien aménagé et propre, avec kitchenette, accueil très aimable, pdj buffet à 16 € très copieux et bon, calme.

An unassuming hotel about ten minutes walk from the cathedral and the canal. There’s secure parking at the hotel but it’s limited and the streets around don’t offer many safe places to park. The hotel itself is fine, bedrooms are clean and comfortable and only real complaint was very expensive breakfast.

Helpful staff. clean property with kitchenette. Free weekend parking on the street and the location is across the street from the court house and down the road from the police so incredibly safe.

This is a wonderful budget option right in the center of Narbonne. It is not a luxury hotel but for a budget option, it is very reasonably priced and spotless. Parking was easy and priced at ten Euros extra a night.

Extremely well located in downtown (centreville). Once you park the car on a dedicated garage at a extremely reasonable daily price (compared to the crazy US prices), you don’t touch it again until you are ready to leave the town. Staff is amazingly friendly.

l'hôtel affiche fièrement 4 étoiles dans sa présentation! je ne sais pas sur quels critères les appart hôtels obtiennent leurs étoiles mais comparé à un hôtel 4 étoiles on tombe de très haut. En arrivant, l'hébergement se situe en centre ville, le bâtiment est poussiéreux, la porte d'entrée et le hall sont fatigués par le passage et la déco est à 0 digne d'un hôpital. les murs sont en papier fibre de verre peints en blanc et rayés par les chariots et les bagages. L'ascenseur est dans le même état (parois rayées et quelques boutons cassés). les chambres (ou plutôt appart) sont dans la même veine pour la déco = sols gris murs blancs. L'ensemble est apparemment propre mais pas dans le détail. les rideaux sont noircis aux aérations des fenêtres et au sol et une légère odeur d'égout remonte dans la salle de bain (supportable mais pas agréable). quelques petits défauts d'entretien apparaissent ça et là : aérateur plastique de la fenêtre cassé, réfrigérateur sur trois pattes, fenêtre récalcitrante à la fermeture... L'appart n'est pas non plus un modèle de silence, le voisin du dessus n'arrête pas de bouger des meubles (table tirée, poussée ??? jusqu'à 23h) et on l'entend bien. Notre chambre jouxte la descente des eaux de pluie et ce jour la nous essuyons un orage. L'eau qui circule dans les tuyau provoque du bruit. Bref, vous l'aurez compris l'hôtel est fonctionnel et confortable mais de la à afficher 4 étoiles c'est limite! Reste le prix qui est imbattable en centre ville.

No tuvimos servicio de agua caliente y eso fue fatal, la habitación olía un poco desagradable aunque muy buena ubicación y la chica de recepción muy amable , habitación muy amplia con cocinera equipada y la cama en excelente estado

Agréable séjour à Zénitude apparthôtel. Personnel sympathique, bon accueil, efficace. Logement pratique avec parking intérieur. Environnement calme, à deux pas à pied du centre ville. Au soleil couchant, belle vue sur les toits de la ville, le palais des archevêques, la cathédrale Saint Just, le donjon Aycelin... Un presque parfait, si les vitres étaient nettoyées !

Worse Hotel Ever - they turn OFF HEAT AND HOT WATER-AFTER YOU CHECK IN to save money. You come back to room and its OFF & they wont turn it back on for rest of stay. Blood on sheets. Dirty dishes in cabinet. No soap - who needs soap without hot water? How about that heat or none in 7c? And IF you complain they screw with your key access and you get to sleep outside. I don't know who in the world gives this a good review -search reviews. Please don't waste their time responding with excuses - really LIES. I hope this REAL REVIEW FOR THIS HMM HOTEL - Saves someone from sleeping in doorway they screw with your room access. You have been warned

Rooms were large and comfortable with very good aircon, great location with shops, bars and bakeries nearby Rooms had a small kitchenette with hob, fridge, kettle etc which was very handy! Staff were friendly and helpful Only complaint was I drank the tap water twice and felt really sick, and it left a terrible smell in my water bottle, so would assume it’s not drinkable but it wasn’t signposted Overall would recommend!

Helpful & polite checkin - I can’t remember his name but he spoke very good English which was much appreciated!! Location was good about a 10 min walk to the train/bus station. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from & we were pleased they offered a petite breakfast for those of us only wanting a light meal. Our room was a good size, quiet & clean. Our bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the small kitchen to prepare meals. I would definitely recommend Zenitude & I will look for other locations in my travels.

Excellent little pristine studio, very central to the historic zone, canal walks/trips and train station. Also the buses to the various beaches leave from right outside the door. So location cannot be bettered. The staff are lovely, friendly & professional and gave us the quiet room I’d requested for our 4 days - thank you, much appreciated! The kitchenette was small but well equipped for self catering, very comfy beds, good sound proofing and A/C so it ticked all my “essential” boxes & would definitely return.when in Narbonne.

Satisfait, correspond à mes attentes Pour les personnes très sensible au bruit demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue Le lit double que nous avions était en fait 2 matelas individuel l'un à côté de l'autre. Certains aimeront nous pas trop. La chambre pourrait gagner en praticité (cumulus dans la penderie donc 3 cintres max)

It started with the check-in lady who was quite unpleasant, followed by zero room service for four days. No new toilet paper no fresh towels nothing. We got a little bit of sand on the floor and had no way of getting rid of it.

Ubicación excelente, a un paseo de 10 minutos del centro. La habitación tiene una pequeña cocina, lo que es muy útil, y el baño es muy amplio. Este tipo de hoteles no ofrecen limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, pero para nosotros en estancias cortas esto no supone ningún problema, más bien al contrario. El personal es muy amable. Nos habría gustado desayunar en el hotel pero el precio nos pareció caro, así que no lo contratamos.

Extremely well located in downtown (centreville). Once you park the car on a dedicated garage at a extremely reasonable daily price (compared to the crazy US prices), you don’t touch it again until you are ready to leave the town. Staff is amazingly friendly.

Excellent little pristine studio, very central to the historic zone, canal walks/trips and train station. Also the buses to the various beaches leave from right outside the door. So location cannot be bettered. The staff are lovely, friendly & professional and gave us the quiet room I’d requested for our 4 days - thank you, much appreciated! The kitchenette was small but well equipped for self catering, very comfy beds, good sound proofing and A/C so it ticked all my “essential” boxes & would definitely return.when in Narbonne.

Not luxurious, but has everything needed for a good stay. Very well located for visiting the old city -just a 10 minute walk away, and with a free city shuttle from the door every 10 minutes. Room was quiet and bed comfortable.

Ubicación excelente, a un paseo de 10 minutos del centro. La habitación tiene una pequeña cocina, lo que es muy útil, y el baño es muy amplio. Este tipo de hoteles no ofrecen limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, pero para nosotros en estancias cortas esto no supone ningún problema, más bien al contrario. El personal es muy amable. Nos habría gustado desayunar en el hotel pero el precio nos pareció caro, así que no lo contratamos.

Helpful & polite checkin - I can’t remember his name but he spoke very good English which was much appreciated!! Location was good about a 10 min walk to the train/bus station. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from & we were pleased they offered a petite breakfast for those of us only wanting a light meal. Our room was a good size, quiet & clean. Our bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the small kitchen to prepare meals. I would definitely recommend Zenitude & I will look for other locations in my travels.

An unassuming hotel about ten minutes walk from the cathedral and the canal. There’s secure parking at the hotel but it’s limited and the streets around don’t offer many safe places to park. The hotel itself is fine, bedrooms are clean and comfortable and only real complaint was very expensive breakfast.

The hotel was very well located for visiting the old town area. There was a bus stop outside the hotel at which the free Navette stops. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff are very approachable and are very helpful in providing ideas for places to visit and how to get there. My wife and I thought it was a great place to stay in beautiful Narbonne.
