Hilton Garden Inn Dayton South-Austin Landing

We had our whole 12U softball team there and had a great experience! The two ladies we dealt with at reception were fantastic, the gentleman behind the bar was very kind. It is also in a great location.

Lobby bar and bartender were nice.

Hidden Gem! Great hotel that’s also pet friendly, with a charge. Awesome location with plenty of food and shopping options. Huge well lit parking lot out back. Awesome staff. Very clean hotel. My room was huge and clean. Highly recommended

This pet friendly property is ideally located near multiple dining & shopping establishments. Kroger is also across the street for sundries as well quick items to eat in your room when you’d rather just stay in. Cleaning staff is friendly, helpful but not intrusive. This is our favorite place to stay in the Dayton area when we come to visit relatives & regularly stay here a couple of times a year for multiple nights.

The site seemed understaffed but kind. They didn’t bring things needed to your room but asked you to pick items up from the front desk. There was a piece of broken glass on the pool floor that I cut my foot on. Our tub wasn’t clean upon arrival but was cleaned at our request the next day. The rooms were ok but average. The common areas looked nice though.

Great staff. Was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Very clean. Pet-friendly. Very close to shopping & dining options. Wonderful Kroger nearby.

EV charger was not working. I had to drive around and look for another and Uber places. Not happy ruined my trip. Spent an afternoon finding a place to charge

Super friendly staff. Great food and drinks. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Convenient location to nearby restaurants, cinema, stores and nightlife. Bartender is amazing too. Quite the character.

Very disappointed by the stay. Cobwebs in our room, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Refused to print a key when my husband was sleeping even though the room was in my name with my credit card. Waited 45 for clean linens. Finally had to go to the front desk for towels. Scratched my leg on the bed corner in the middle of the night 3 times. Very disappointed in the property cleanliness and customer service.

Room and shower were very clean, bed was amazingly comfortable, service was spot on!

The tub was not at all clean, I took pictures. There were hairs/pubs still in the tub. I took pics of that as well. There were also two big white stains splattered on the curtains. Visable as soon as you walked into the room. I took pictures of that as well. The jacuzzi tub had horrible water pressure it took almost 30 minutes to fill it up. It was very disappointing especially after spending $300 for the room😒😒

We were greeted by Renee and she was so kind and friendly and helpful. I had to call her and report that there were crumbs all over the living area. The ottoman was torn to shreds, pleather was coming off of it. It really looked incredibly nasty. There were food stains on the couch and one of the chairs and someone had spilt something on the wall over the sink area and it was dried and nasty. Renee sent someone up from housekeeping and she swept up the crumbs. I really was disappointed in the condition of the room. Growing up, the Hilton was known as a high class hotel. The morning when we left I went to put on some lotion from the main bathroom and the whole bottle fell off the wall! It obviously had been pulled off previously and no one had bothered to fix it. (Or clean it because if they had they would’ve seen it was loose!).

I stayed there with my husband and two young children and I can tell you that if you expect any type of cleanliness, don’t stay here. When we first entered our room, I noticed that the decorative chairs had stains all over them. Even the one in our bedroom did. I had to ask for e tea sheets so I could cover the chairs so that we could sit down on something clean. When I opened the sofa bed for my 6 year old to sleep on, that mattress was also covered in black stains. So disgusting. Speaking of clean…you have to request to have your room cleaned. We did so 3 times and only once did someone come. The one time housekeeping actually came after our first night, they didn’t even make our beds. It was hard to even tell that the room had even been cleaned. Then, when I called the front desk on our last day to ask why our room hadn’t been cleaned, they told me that housekeeping said they had been there, implying that somehow I was mistaken. I assured her that no one had cleaned our room. I’m pretty sure I would know the difference. Our room had towels that needed replacing, and overflowing trash cans. I called the front desk to ask for more towels and she told me to come down and get them since she was the only one working and couldn’t leave the front desk. The only good people were the ones working the breakfast bar. Overall this place is horribly understaffed and the cleanliness is way below par. You’re better off staying somewhere else. Very disappointing for a Hilton.

The rooms were out dated. The desk lamp didn't work, the iron had stuff melted on the service, the internet kept going out the first day - so no TV, a false fire alarm went off at 9:00 in the morning and was not shut off a half hour!! For being a Hilton and the price... My husband and I were very disappointed!

This is a beautiful hotel. The common areas are open and inviting. The location is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

It’s a bit of a maze to get back to the hotel, but I love that it’s next door to a grocery store and gas station. The single bed room was spacious and had several plugs that could be used for charging electronics, just make sure you bring a wall adapter, since there are no usb outlets. Also plenty of food options without leaving the Austin Landing complex. Staff was very friendly. I would come back to this hotel for future visits to the area.

Light from fire alarm flashed all night and there was a fire alarm at 11 am for no reason

Room was not serviced. No tissues. Furniture was damaged and patched half assed instead of replaced. Water pressure was lacking.

Karon was very understanding when we had to get to a funeral. She helped us quickly to get checked in. Brian at the bar was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was made to order plus fruit and bread bar was included. Would definitely stay again.

Our check in took over an hour delay from expected check in time. Traveling with a small, elderly pet and my husband needing to arrive at an appointment, it was very inconvenient.

I liked the location. It was fairly quiet. When I arrived there was no one to be found to check me into my room. Extremely short staffed. Front desk personnel seemed to be handling an inordinate number of tasks. Restaurant was closed. Room clean, coffee maker was not. Keurig coffee was old. Breakfast Buffet not included in price of room. Additional charge of 14.95 for breakfast buffet and additional fees apply to buffet items taken. For me, this was not a good value. I prefer to have some amenities included in the price of the room.

I love staying here because it’s within comfortable distance of several dining options, and there’s a Kroger’s across the road. Staff is very friendly.

Natural light filled the entrance and large lobby. Lovely hotel with walkable shopping and dining. Another Broken Egg was great for breakfast.

Quick check in, convenient location, clean, quiet, close to many restaurants, close to the highway.

Great stop over if you’re passing through. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s located within a shopping, office and restaurant complex. There’s even a huge Kroger grocery store and gas station. Safe and easy to walk around to everything.
