The pool wouldve been nice. It is not monitored. There was a large group of kids absolutely screaming, like blood curdling screaming while the parents were sitting in the corner drinking a large bottle of liquor. We tried the hot tub, the kids were jumping into it repeatedly. We were so sore from travel and booked this specifically for these amenities. I believe there was a family reunion at the hotel and a ton of kids with parents who didnt care. I was shocked that a staff member didnt come running at the sound of the little boy absolutely losing his mind screaming in the pool. We both had a headache within 5 minutes and left the area. It sucked

This was a stopover stay during a longer vacation. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. The suite size was wonderful. The bed most comfortable. The staff was accommodating. Best part the pool was huge, warm, and very clean as was the hot tub. Fantastic after a long day driving.

Our room smelled like it hadn't been used in a long time. Very musty. The layout was super nice and good for our family. Check in was a bit chaotic, they said my card was declined- when I had plenty of money in there and made me use another card. Come to find out the next day the lady said that he just didn't know what he was doing. But led to embarrassment and a lengthy phone call to my bank to make sure everything was ok. Breakfast was good and we had the pool to ourselves.

This was our second stay here. It's a clean and well run hotel. The staff has always been kind and professional. Even when we got to breakfast 2 minutes before closing, there was still food available and we didn't feel rushed to finish. Looking forward to my next stay when they have the new bathroom soap dispensers installed. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a comfortable place to stay, and will definitely return. Thanks for another great stay!

A reasonable place to stay for the price. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok. The common area carpet was dirty. The carpet in our room looked clean but our room smelled very musty. (Think of a smell like a vaccum cleaner that needed the bag changed.) There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so maybe the smell came from moisture?

Very clean, well managed hotel. Good location. Near interstate. Restaurants very close by, both fast food and sit down are available. Pool and hot tub available, but didn't use them. Breakfast was reasonable, with hot food items available that change daily. More expensive than other hotels in the area, but clean, smoke free and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

The room dmelled and there was dogfood and money on the floor which tells me it was not cleaned well. Big spot on the floor that should be cleaned better. Would not choose this place again.

I’ve stayed here 3 different times in the last 5 years and the place is consistently pleasant with good service and at a decent price. My only complaint is that the rooms tend to be a little humid but they have improved this issue over the years. The other hotel in town was just as humid so it must be environmental. Will stay here again!

It was a quiet hotel. Relatively clean and in good condition. There was a mix up in the booking but the staff was accommodating. Our bed was very firm. We had too buy a foam pad to sleep the bed.

Very comfortable. Everything about our stay was smooth. Staff was very friendly. Only minor complaint, there is no fan in the bathroom, so you have to contend with steam build up. An exhaust fan in the bathrooms would be nice.

Staff was not very on the ball. We asked daily directly to staff if trash could be emptied from room and coffee added to the room daily. This was not performed daily even when we asked in person daily to staff. The breakfast was not kept up to par, staff was outside vaping while breakfast items went empty and with guest looking for staff and for breakfast items. Several guest gave up on the breakfast as many items were not replaced when empty. Staff was just not very attentive to the guest.

An excellent hotel. The associates and managers were excellent. Reece, the young lady that checked me in was very thorough and explained the amenaties and services available quickly and clearly. The General Manager Shannon the next morning could not have been more pleasant. This will now be my go to hotel whenever I get to Luverne.

The staff upgraded us upon arrival from 2queen to a king suite at no additional charge. The room was great, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly, and room was extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again!

There was construction going on blocking us to get direct route but it was ok. No reason to stay another night and the Sunday continental breakfast godawful. Greasy sausages and skinny whatever it was but good French toast. I’d never return.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was our last night of vacation and we treated ourselves to the King Room with Hot tub. Room was spacious, clean, and the bed comfortable. They had a large variety for breakfast, including avocado and applesauce. The staff were all super friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, ts is a well managed hotel. it's clean and everything is in good repair. The staff was immediately responsive to a few minor requests. The room was quiet and well stocked with the usual items one wold expect. Its only "fault" was the breakfast, which offered no hot items other than toasted bagels and such. Given the price point, it would seem that some kind of eggs, sausage and, possibly, bacon would have been in order. This seems to be consistent with other hotels that have reduced their services post-COVID. We hope that trend doesn't continue as competition increases in the hotel industry. In general, i have noticed that prices are rising which brings to mind the "price - price inflationary spiral - that is, if people don't object to higher prices, that seems to be sufficient justification for various industry players to raise prices again if they receive no negative feedback, as customers fail to raise an alarm. I hope that doesn't continue as well.
