This hotel is closest to my family when I visit, and though it is not highly rated, it is more than adequate for a short stay. It is a smaller property (no elevator). The rooms are spacious enough, the beds were comfortable and the staff is friendly. They offer a continental breakfast to start your day off. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, and Walmart is directly across the street. I will likely stay here again when I visit nearby Grayson.

Overall my stay at the Quality Inn was ok...the room was clean and so was the bathroom...no complaints other than the very simple complimentary breakfast. Trust me, it is a very simple breakfast. Other than an ongoing renovation the hotel was quite and served its overnight purpose.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was conveniently located. Parking was good. The hotel was very clean. . The only draw back was the construction going on or I would have given all 5 stars. I would definitely go back there again.

I loved that the property was centrally located and within walking distance to shopping and dining. It was easy to park and the parking lot was well lit. This property does not have an elevator though so if your room is on the 2nd floor you will have to carry everything up the stairs. As a senior this was a little difficult for me and the staff did not offer any assistance.

Hotel has cockroaches. Staff and management were extremely rude and refused to clean the room. Offered me a broom to clean room myself. Never apologized. Hotel manager refused to come to the hotel to speak with me. I would never stay at this location or it affiliates ever again.

The room was great! Clean and the beds were comfy….the only reason for a 4 star is because the water pressure in the shower was terribly low. When I notified the front desk, they were quick to make note of it and apologize, but we were checking out when we told them. I hope they fixed it before the next guest checked in.

Very Clean, Excellent staff. The only thing I would change would be the size of the bathroom...way too small. Isiah and the other clerk went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Great guys!

The location was good for our purposes. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was nice and very clean. The only slight negative was that the bathroom was very small and you had to stand between the tub and commode to get the door closed.

Excellent stay, highly recommended. Had everything I needed— Good water pressure in the shower, a slow close toilet seat, comfortable beds, a nice little breakfast, great location next to Walmart and Home Depot, lots of restaurants. Felt safe and had a good price point.

Strategic location, easy access relatively and within an hour away from the Airport. Clean facilities, helpful friendly staff members especially Ankit the day Manager. Just as long as you are not trying to cross Atlanta Hwy, it is walkable. Walking across Hwy 42 (Atlanta Hwy) is dangerous and there is limited option for crossing.

Went to visit family members for thanksgiving and stayed here for 2 nights (we wanted our own space). I was really surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of this small hotel. The queen’s size bed is really big and comfortable!!! We all slept well. Free basic American breakfast (eggs, sausages, bagels, waffles, pastries, yogurt, orange juice, tea, coffee etc), which was good. Across the street was a big shopping center: Walmart, Wendy’s, KFC, Taco Bell, restaurants, supermarkets and lots more. Go ahead and booked, you will not be disappointed!!

Breakfast was very poor. 6:30 three trays for pastries only one tray had anything in it. 6:45 they were filling one tray with 6 pastries. Or three cereal containers only 2 were filled. Poorest breakfast offered I have very seen. Microwave did not work. Tv channels very few.

The place was nice and clean not much noise. They have to definitely improve their breakfast. The hot items were cold and not much variety. Coffee was no good. Juice is no good. Get better quality and offer more toppings for the oatmeal. They need to be a little more friendly. Train front desk people skills and learn to greet in the mornings. Which that never happened. My suggestions is not to criticize is to better themselves and be more mindful. I train my personal to be mindful and nice to our customer. First impression is the last impression. My feedback is always positive.

Excellent location, good service in counter area. Need improve the breakfast area. The food finished too early before 9am. Overall I recommend this location for stay. Clean rooms and location in centric area very close with groceries stores and dining.
