The hotel was adequate for our needs but we were VERY disappointed that the jacuzzi tub in our room was out of order. This was never mentioned to us at the front desk when we checked in. Would have really helped after a long drive. Good location and the room was really big!

clean adn friendly.. not very professional as there was clutter everywhere on grounds. They did get me a ground floor room when I asked. Very convenient location. There is not much to choose from in Summerville.

The rooms felt like they were full of the cheapest things available. They used old sanitizer bottles for shampoo and conditioner. Stains on mattresses, blankets, and pillows. Had to call the staff after ringing the bell multiple times to get them to come out. Door lock didn’t fully latch. No extra pillows or blankets, just two pillows that might as well have been pillow cases. Only saving grace was the price. Very lackluster experience.

Soft area in floor of tub like floor underneath is weak. Dirty wash cloths. Dirty shower curtain. Tub drain plug and faucet broken. Room needs asthetic make over. Loud metal sound when getting in or out of bed. No breakfast available even though pictured on website. Room needs over all deep cleaning. Sign out front reads "Newest motel Jacuzzi suites"...nothing new about this place. No one available when i checked out so l left room key just inside window through pass through hole.TERRIBLE experience.

The staff was very courteous. The room was ok. The management is remodeling the motel working hard to update rooms. For some reason my Credit card was charged twice for room, but when notified they quickly corrected.

Needs cleaned, updated and revamped, the bathrooms are gross, mold growing on tub walls, tv looks like it came from salvaged place. The office glass enclosed reception area is a disaster even my 5 year old said it was gross. The room next to reception area looks like a hurricane went thru. The room had a terrible odor. Not going there again. Third world countries have better motel facilities.

The room was ok. Fairly clean. But we had to kill a few roaches. And our key would work once or twice. Then we had to go to the office and get new ones. This happened everyday. It was in a good location. Wasn’t real expensive. Overall it was ok

overall ok, walls and doors could use a good cleaning. pillows were flat and bed was hard. we would stay again for a quick overnight trip if needed. only big complaint is when we were checking out at 6 am, we rang the bell multiple times and i even called the hotel 3 times to get someone to the front to take our keys and give us a receipt
