J’ai choisi une chambre standard, mais je ne m’attendais pas à me retrouver dans la portion motel. Aussi dans l’hôtel, il n’y avait qu’une personne pour servir à la réception ainsi qu’au bar et ceux à partir de 4h30 17h jusqu’au lendemain matin. Nous avons attendu 3045 minutes pour nous faire servir une bière et un verre de rosé pour la somme de 26 $ avant les frais de service le vin rosé était imbuvable. Nous avons dû insister à deux reprises pour obtenir un remboursement pour le verre de vin. Donc sur les photos on voit une belle terrasse mais il n’y a aucun service disponible. Apportez donc votre vin ainsi que votre bière et éviter les chambres standard.

The hotel is very nicely situated with updated rooms. The morning light breakfast was standard and good. Unfortunately at the time of our stay, they were under staff ( only 1 person to do everthing including servicing the bar). Out of everything in the bar. The roof terrace is a great idea, but again no one to service the bar which look abonded. For the price we paid, its a shame they could not get staff in a hotel that was fully book.

Déjeuner inclus très bien et bel emplacement avec terrasse extérieur sur le bord de l’eau et personnel très courtois. Chambre rénové aussi dans la partie motel très propre. Endroit sécurisé pour ranger les vélos.

Je dirais simplement que le prix élevé de la chambre n'est pas justifié. Par contre, l'hôtel est bien situé et le déjeuner continental offert est bien. La chambre était également très propre : Pas de piscine, ni de spa, ni de restaurant ; la terrasse sur le toit est délabrée et le service de bar se fait à partir de la réception, 3 étages plus bas, et la personne ne sait pas faire les cocktails ; les chambres sont mal insonorisées ; Nous souhaitions prendre un bain, mais le bouchon ne fermait pas complètement et l'eau s'écoulait (par contre, ils nous ont offert une solution). Je ne retournerais pas dans cet emplacement.

Hôtel très bien situé sur le bord de la rivière. La vue est superbe. Nous avons logé dans une chambre de la section motel. La chambre était très petite. La salle de bain l’est tout autant. Elle a été rénovée mais sûrement il y a plusieurs années déjà. Le plancher est endommagé par l’eau et la chambre sent l’humidité. Le rapport qualité-prix était décevant.

This hotel is WAY overpriced. We stayed 2 nights. They did not make the bed, clean the bathroom or even pick up the dirty dishes and garbage from the room during our stay. We complained to the front desk and they said it was because of lack of personnel and that they posted a note on the counter which we should have seen at check in. The shower needs maintenance. The caulking is coming off a little more every shower we took. Continental breakfast was OK, but not great. Had much better experience at other hotels. Should definitely not be a $205 CDN a night for this kind of place. Was expecting a lot better.

Le groupe de climatisation du batiment était situé juste à côté de notre chambre (sur le toit de la zone déjeuner/bar) et faisait beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons mal dormi à cause du bruit. La chambre était en bonne état et agréqable en dehors du bruit.

Une partie de l'hotel est un motel avec des portes extérieures. C'est là que ma chambre était. On m'a dit que lors de ma réservation sur hotel.com, il était spécifié que la chambre que je choisissait était dans la partie motel. Je n'ai pas vu ce détails. La partie motel est vraiment une partie motel. Propre mais dans le plus simpliste. La porte extérieur n'était pas fonctionnelle, la chambre de bain très miniscule et il n'y avait pas de fer à repasser ni de planche dans la chambre. Plutot décu de la chambre en général.

L’hôtel était vide à notre arrivée à 15:00! En général les hôtels accepte le Check-in pareils mais pas la dame ! À notre retour 21:30 la personne au Check in ne comprenais pas trop ce qu’il faisait! 30 min Check in!!!! Ensuite arrivé à la chambre porte de salle de bain brisée et pas de savon à main ! Tout ça en chambre supérieur en plus ! Breffff! Je ne retournerai jamais et je classifierais plus comme motel et non Hôtel !

Everything was Ok, just a couple of details, when we arrived there was just a little soap to wash our hands, and to take a shower, we thought that would be automatically re-supplied but it was not the case. When we left, we couldn't get the invoice in paper, but they told us that the invoice was going to be sent by email, and we haven't still received it.

Mauvais service à la réception, ils ont donné notre chambre supérieure à un client arrivé avant nous . Il avait le même nom mais n’ont pas vérifié le prénom ni le no de carte. On a du coucher dans une chambre économique dans l’ancienne partie de l’hôtel qui est un motel.

Nous avons loge en chambre 2 lits avec vue sur le lac. Zone vraisemblablement rénovée, chambre impeccable, spacieuse, propre avec une literie confortable. Belle vue sur le lac. Petit déjeuner compris, mais offre assez limitée (pas de salé mis a part des oeufs durs). Belle terrasse sur le lac pour en profiter. Nous avons loge en chambre 2 lits avec vue sur le lac. Zone vraisemblablement rénovée, chambre impeccable, spacieuse, propre avec une literie confortable. Belle vue sur le lac. Petit déjeuner compris, mais offre assez limitée (pas de salé mis a part des oeufs durs). Belle terrasse sur le lac pour en profiter. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel près du Zoo. Très propre et le déjeuner est compris. Par contre peu de choix de restaurant dans la ville. Nous avons trouvé la microbrasserie excellente.

Il est évident qu’avec les travaux de la rue n’aident pas à la circulation près de l’hôtel et il est difficile de trouver aussi de la restauration. Je comprends qu’un lundi plusieurs restaurants sont fermés. Nous n’avons pas été avisé qu’après -17:00 la circulation pouvait se faire . Nous aurions pu aller ailleurs en auto.

J’ai choisi une chambre standard, mais je ne m’attendais pas à me retrouver dans la portion motel. Aussi dans l’hôtel, il n’y avait qu’une personne pour servir à la réception ainsi qu’au bar et ceux à partir de 4h30 17h jusqu’au lendemain matin. Nous avons attendu 3045 minutes pour nous faire servir une bière et un verre de rosé pour la somme de 26 $ avant les frais de service le vin rosé était imbuvable. Nous avons dû insister à deux reprises pour obtenir un remboursement pour le verre de vin. Donc sur les photos on voit une belle terrasse mais il n’y a aucun service disponible. Apportez donc votre vin ainsi que votre bière et éviter les chambres standard.

The hotel is very nicely situated with updated rooms. The morning light breakfast was standard and good. Unfortunately at the time of our stay, they were under staff ( only 1 person to do everthing including servicing the bar). Out of everything in the bar. The roof terrace is a great idea, but again no one to service the bar which look abonded. For the price we paid, its a shame they could not get staff in a hotel that was fully book.

This hotel is WAY overpriced. We stayed 2 nights. They did not make the bed, clean the bathroom or even pick up the dirty dishes and garbage from the room during our stay. We complained to the front desk and they said it was because of lack of personnel and that they posted a note on the counter which we should have seen at check in. The shower needs maintenance. The caulking is coming off a little more every shower we took. Continental breakfast was OK, but not great. Had much better experience at other hotels. Should definitely not be a $205 CDN a night for this kind of place. Was expecting a lot better.

Très bel hôtel. Superbe vue sur la rivière Saguenay. Chambre très propre et bien aménagée, seul bémol la douche téléphone était à un drôle d’angle (jet horizontal plutôt que vertical). Service courtois, déjeuner continental avec beaucoup de choix. Je recommande!!
