Bâtiment surprenant par l'extérieur et surtout par l'intérieur !! Très bien agencé, propre, dommage que l'insonorisation ne soit pas top, le stationnement un peu compliqué malgré de nombreuses places, je recommande sans hésitation pour une ou 2 nuits

El aparcamiento no está garantizado. Y cuesta aparcar.

Chambre propre et bien aménagée. Secteur un peu bizarre de l’extérieur mais intérieur très correct. Stationnement laisse à désirer au niveau du nombre d’espaces car beaucoup de locaux semblent y être. Service d’autobus à 5 minutes à pied.

You can reach San Sebastian by public transport and avoid parking nightmare there. Hotel has very good gym amd decent rooms. It is in industrial area and there is little to do except for catch the bus into town.

Les employés sont aimable et trés serviable. Le bâtiment est assez atypique. Il y a pas mal d'équipements dans la salle de sport et il y a même une salle de padel. La salle à manger est bien pratique avec tv et micro onde. Arrêt de bus proche (ligne 13 pour aller à San Sebastian , bus toutes les 15/20mn) ce qui est vraiment très pratique l'été sauf si vous voulez passez votre vie à chercher une place dans San Sebastian... 4 /5 ☆ car le lit n'était pas du tout confortable. Matelas beaucoup trop mou qui s'affaisse sur les côtés = chute du lit..la literie est plus que bonne à changer. ..wc salle de bain et cabine de douche pas top non plus . Difficile de ne pas mettre de l'eau partout sur le sol. À part ces quelques points négatifs notre séjour c'est bien passé .

De kamer was erg klein voor 4 personen. matras op de slaapbank is erg hard. Bed is erg slecht. De prijstkwaliteit verhouding klopt helemaal niet. Beperk parkeer.

This property is located outside the city in an industrial complex. It's convenient if you use it as a base for traveling around the region. Parking during the day can be a pain due to the use of the spaces by other businesses around. The building itself is a converted industrial facility. But the room was spacious and quite comfy. Breakfast was a bit sparse ( coffee and toast only). Less expensive than other downtown San Sebastián hotels

Ne pas se fier à l’environnement extérieur (quartier d’entreprises et dépôts), l’intérieur est top, spacieux, propre et confortable, conforme aux photos. San Sebastian facile d’accès en voiture, nombreux parkings, également possibilité d’aller en bus. Seul bémol : parking de l’hôtel rapidement saturé, manque de places.

Ik was erg sceptisch toen ik naar een industrieterrein genavigeerd werd. Toen ik bij het hotel parkeerde, verdween de scepsis niet, maar bij binnenkomst veranderde alles. Een omgebouwd fabriekspand met een lift die bij de receptie uitkomt met ontzettend aardige en behulpzame dames heren. Prima kamer met dubbel bed, zeer schoon en een eenvoudig, maar prima ontbijt.

I do not recommend this property. The surrounding area does not look safe. There was not parking available. People smokes in the corridors so there is a terrible smell in the hallways. The room was big enough for us, it looked confortable but there was a deep smell of cleaning products that was hiding a really bad smell. We couldn't stay at the property under these conditions, so it was a wasting money for us.

Habíamos reservado habitación doble y nos ofrecieron una superior por el mismo precio. Todo nuevo, moderno y muy confortable. Quedamos muy satisfechos. El checking también muy bien. La señorita muy amable y eficaz.

Excellent hostel. Very clean. Incredibly friendly staff eager to please. Ten minutes to San Sebastián beach. In a rather industrial Area. Exterior is a bit daunting but once inside it’s a great experience. One of the best hostels I’ve experienced. Ideal for families too!

Excelente ideia ao aproveitar aquele espaço para uma pensão, peca apenas pelo isolamento entre quartos, apanhei alguém no quarto ao lado a ressonar e parecia que tinha uma moto serra dentro do quarto , de resto achei bastante satisfatório, penso que os valores elevados são típicos da zona.

I did see on reviews that the outside was unusual, however it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. I stayed for 1 night with my 2 children on my own, and unfortunately didn’t feel very safe in the area. It was in the middle of an industrial estate, and appeared to be in some sort of hanger. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was exactly as pictured, and was lovely and clean. However there were alarms going off all night, and an alarm in the hotel went off at 7am and lasted 30 minutes, so unfortunately had a very bad nights sleep. Good connection into San Sebastián, but I wouldn’t return.

Looks really dodgy from the outside but our room was lovely, modern and immaculate

Das Hotel ist in einem alten Fabrikgebäude. Die Zimmer nicht so schlimm wie die Außenfassade, aber trotzdem dunkel und klein und den Preis finden wir zu hoch. Der Herr an der Rezeption war aber sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar und man musste warten, weil es nur von einer Servicekraft vorbereitet wird. Aber es war auch nicht teuer, insofern war dies erwartungsgemäß. Wir würden nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel in der Gegend buchen (die aber auch insgesamt viel zu teuer ist).

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were unjustly accused of breaking the TV, resulting in a €600 charge for its replacement. Despite never using the TV and our lack of Spanish language skills, we received no response to our inquiry about the situation. The hotel provided no investigation or proof before directly charging our credit card. Overall, the hotel’s location was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the customer service was severely lacking. As a frequent traveler who has journeyed around the world, this is the first time something like this has happened to me. We enjoyed some amenities like the on-site restaurant, which had good food. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. However, this unjust charge and the lack of response from management overshadowed our stay. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the hotel multiple times, but the messages were ignored. I advise future guests to be cautious and check everything in the room upon arrival. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unfair, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Atención y habitación perfectas, todo limpio, silencioso y con todo lo necesario, y nos ayudaron mucho con el transporte público ya que fuimos al concierto de Rammstein y no conocíamos la zona. Chicas muy simpáticas y agradables. Totalmente recomendado.

Bon séjour de 1 nuit. Nous remercions particulièrement Irene qui nous a aidés à contacter un hotel à Eibar " Eibarrooms " qui ne nous donnait pas les codes d'accès suite au check in. Le problème a été résolu grâce à Irene qui a téléphoné. Merci à elle.

El personal es muy bueno y muy amable, nuestra hora de llegada fue después de la la hora para hacer el check in, ellos se estuvieron comunicando con nosotros a lo largo del viaje y se aseguraron de que pudieramos entrar, aunque era después de la hora, nos recomendaron lugares y nos mostraron donde tomar el autobús y cual tomar. Las indicaciones son muy buenas y los cuartos muy espaciosos, cerca de las instalaciones hay restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados y está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila.

Very nice hotel, great to stop by if you’re doing a long trip and need a place to sleep. Otherwise there is nothing nice around.
