Check in was fast and easy

When we arrived all was well, then as we were relaxing we were approached by a staff member asking for money to play a game(bingo other games). We didn't pay the money or play the game and he never spoke to us the rest of our stay. Anytime outside, we witnessed staff asking patrons for cigarettes. The kitchen staff was friendly, however the same food was served everyday. The bar staff was friendly, but was told by one staff member ice coffee wasn't included in the all inclusive package we paid for. The cleaning staff came early every morning, making much noise, opening our door without permission as we were trying to sleep. There was no entertainment during the day unless the manager came to the location then the staff would put on music. The life guard only came out to get people out of the pool. No one brought out chairs or furniture cushions for guests. The evening entertainment was geared to those who paid extra privately to the staff or bought them drinks. The last day we had a late flight, paid an extra day to check out late and as soon as we brought our bags down to wait for our transportation they made us cut off our bracelets so that we couldn't drink or eat anything without paying more. Overall the hotel is a nice calm place, but needs management to step in and watch over staff, there are some staff that worked very hard others went to eat lunch and dinner while guests were being served. I don't recommended.

On the positive, the WiFi and pool area are super and the views from the room balcony are stunning, but unfortunately the dangerous lack of working lights in stairwells along with the unclean areas, the poor food and feeling like you’re being bitten from head to foot by whatever creatures are in the bed as soon as you laid down was just unpleasant. The staff do try their utmost to please though!

I was so happy during my stay after working in Tunis capital I chose to stay here to relax.thanks to all the staff

Sejour de 4 nuits pas terrible, chambre bruyante donnant sur le boulevard, mer très sale, buffet mediocre qui.n'avait aucune saveur, boissons limitées que du boga coca sans bulles, Animations le soir tres moyenne musique datant de 1980 et beaucoup de rap, Je recommande pas cet hôtel qui est familial et pas tres accueillant,
