Very nice hotel and good convenient location to the area. Room/bathroom was nice and very clean. We enjoyed the indoor pool and work out room. Breakfast was good, and morning waitress was wonderful. Great hotel at a good price. Would definitely stay here again, especially if I had to be in Peoria for more than one night.

The room was clean and spacious. The curtains were floor to ceiling and part of them were detached from the curtain rail. The curtain blind also had some dark stains on them. I notify the hotel staff and they indicated that someone would come address the hanging curtains but they never did during our stay. There wasn't even a cup in the bathroom to rinse your mouth after you brush your teeth. Holiday inn used to provide complimentary water in the rooms, and they didn't even do that. Also when we checked in, the front desk attendant did not provide an overview of the hotel amenities, besides the fact that there was breakfast in the mornings and the cost. I've been to several IHG hotels before, at least a dozen times, and have generally been very pleased with their hotels. This particular state was okay because the hotel was clean and located in a very convenient area close to the river front with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast cost 14.95 per person and is not included in the cost of the hotel room. When I booked, I wasn't aware that it cost money. Maybe that's on me. The room itself was kind of dirty. Dirty drapes, crumbs on the bed upon check in, and dirty walls. The tv remotes also didn't work. The pluses were the hotel has an amazing restaurant attached to it (the entire reason I booked there tbh) and it's in a central location to shopping. The staff was nice, but there wasn't an explanation on check in about what time check out is or that coffee is free in the lobby. Maybe it was all a one-off experience, but I probably wouldn't stay at that location again.

It was good except the advertising had a picture of a TV in the bunk bed room and ours didn't my little one whom scared of the dark slept in my room. Pool was really cold. But overall it was a very nice stay.
