From reception to each staff member what we came across during a stay they were very kind and helpful about everything. Clean and quiet hotel next to Siam and Ratchathewi BTS. Easy to go everywhere. Hotel have a very nice restaurant where you could actually enjoy your breakfast in outside next to kind of garden/waterfall pool area. Not feel at all you are in noisy and urban area middle of the Bangkok. But overall it's staff what was making a stay very pleasant. See you again sometime soon I hope!

Not feel at all you are in noisy and urban area middle of the Bangkok. But overall it's staff what was making a stay very pleasant. See you again sometime soon I hope!

Hotel felt a little dated and there were signs of water damage everywhere: mildly smell, peeling plaster and paint, and mildew. Staff were great at addressing it by bringing some air filters to our room. Because the location was so good and the service friendly (and a decent breakfast) I would have considered staying again BUT just before my departure I received a letter warning me of a charge for a towel they claimed I had stained black. That had no evidence to substantiate the claim (I don’t dye my hair or even wear makeup & I was traveling alone, so unsure where black dye would come from!) but even so, I’ve stayed many a place with my children that have led to far greater disasters that did not lead to a threat of charge! It’s for that reason alone, that I will not stay here again.

Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was clean and quiet even being next to a busy street. If you like shopping there are endless options in walking distance (SIAM mall for more upscale/ MBK lower price points) The only criticism I have is that are no switches for lights, AC and ceiling fan - it is all only controllable by an iPad which I found rather inconvenient. The first night there was a technical glitch with the iPad and after I turned everything off it all went on automatically about 10 minutes later. This happened a few more times but was resolved quickly once I called for help. I mention this just to suggest the iPad works before you hit the pillow.

Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was clean and quiet even being next to a busy street. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Soo romantic and the breakfast was very good and included lots of variety. The staff was very accommodating and if we didn’t have time for breakfast… they would pack us a to go box for breakfast that included juice and a variety of breads and fruits. Loved it all. The front desk staff was very sweet and did everything to assist with tourism and the hotel amenities.
