Hotel muy bonito. Las personas muy atentas y serviciales. No es la gran cosa ni tienen el menú muy amplio . Pero está muy bien la relación costo-beneficio- y ubicación.

No sirve el internet, no sirve la tv, no hay agua caliente en las tardes/noches, mo hsy meseros...

Un lugar con aspecto retro, se persine mucha inseguridad por parte del personal, dice que es 5 estrellas pero creo que le faltan servicios y amenidades (piscina) para serlo.

The staff were excellent and the food was good. The rooms were ok. The beds are hard which made sleeping uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. Bathroom was small but got the jobs done. Also they don’t sell snacks. They state in the room booklet that they exchange money in the hotel yet they wouldn’t exchange money both times I asked. Disappointing. Other than that the hotel was ok a bit outdated but the price was right even while the Mexican celebration time was going on.

El hotel esta un poco viejo, pero limpio y con buen servicio, el personal es muy amable y te hacen sentir segura en todo momento. Como en casa. Me gusta que tenga su propio restaurante para no tener que salir sola, lo que me gustaría mas es que hubiera cafetera en la habitación.

la limpieza de la haibtacion debe mejorar, reserve una suite con tina y habia cabellos en la tina tambien en la canasta de amenidades habia cabellos, da muy mal aspecto. La regadera no sale bien el agua, se batalla mucho con la palanca para que el agua salga por la regadera y no por la tina, cuesta mucho y no se queda fija la palanca.

Algo viejas. Aroma a comida y alfombras viejas aroma a humedad El personal bien. Precios del restaurante exagerados y cuarto pequeño y con muchas falla se notan los años. Ubicación excelente

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Top notch in my opinion. The hotel seemed run down; old carpet in the halls, the paint in my bathroom was chipping off; towels were frayed and torn; hard beds which made sleeping tough. The location was nice, quiet and walkable to many things.

El wi-fi es Inoperante, llega de manera intermitente en las habitaciones, es Imposible usar una Lap-top en la habitacion. Las Alfombras de los pasillos lucen sumamente Viejas y dan la apariencia de suciedad.

Fue en general buena, el hotel muy bien ubicado. falto un poco de limpieza en la habitacion. pero la experiencia fue buena.

Hotel antiguo falta poco mas de limpieza en los baños, la regadera tenia poca presion de agua.

El wi-fi es por demas deficiente e Infunsional, si alguien desea alojarse con intencion de hacer negocios, ahi, No es el Lugar. La Alfombra roja en cada piso luce sumamente vieja , desgastada y despide cierto aroma desagradable.

Very pleasant staff, a little old fashioned, but comfortable. The junior suite was fine but a little cramped. The space between door and wash basin was just 9 in beds, a tight squeeze in 203.

The staff was great and always greeted us with smiles. The room was not good unfortunately. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was as hard as sleeping on the floor. The first day, the water heater was not working and we had to shower with cold water, but the next day it was fixed.

En general sirvió el propósito para la noche que necesitábamos para descansar, sin embargo las fotos no reflejan lo pequeña que es la habitación.

-Las alfombras de todos los pisos y pasillos del hotel lucen Sumamente viejas , acabadas y en mal estado, dan una apariencia de suciedad, lo cual cobra mayor notoriedad por ser de color rojo. -El Wi-fi del hotel es pesimo , la senal no llega a las habitaciones , no es posible intentar trabajar en el hotel.

El hotel está bien, es cómodo, el internet es muy bueno y te permite trabajar excelente, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, pero está decente por el precio y la zona.

Los colchones y las almohadas son muy incómodos . Duros como piedra . No pudimos dormir

The good: Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. They quickly learned my name and room number and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel is located in a nice and safe area, with plenty of restaurants, stores and public transportation within walking distance. No, no tourist attractions nearby, if that is what you are looking for but public transportation can get you there through Mexico City's traffic faster than if you try a car of any kind. The neighborhood is reasonably quiet at night, except for the (perhaps) occasional ambulance or police siren, but not severe. Something you might expect in a large city. The not-so-good: I don't know if this is a security feature or what? but I have not experienced this anywhere else: you need to get your key card re-coded daily. Once you know it you learn to deal with it. On the second day, the staff recognized us and quickly prepared new cards for us before we reached the front desk. Some aspects of the hotel need updating, such as the seating in the lobby. The room was OK given the age of the building. Expect comfortable but not luxury accommodation. In summary: We like this hotel for many reasons and continue to stay there when we visit Mexico City.

Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, it made a big difference. The hotel is clean but in need of some remodeling as some of the furniture is a bit worn out. The location is great in terms of transportation and places to eat nearby. Stores of all kinds are within walking distance. I have stayed there a few times due to its convenience and safe area where it is located.

Un pésimo lugar para quedarse, me cobraron de más, la atención es deplorable, no tienen educación y llegan a ser prepotentes, las camas son una cosa un poco más suave que una piedra, la televisión no tiene señal clara, no saben asistirte en absolutamente a nada y cero empáticos.

Excelente atención del personal. Son muy atentos y amigables, siempre dispuestos a tratar de resolver cualquier solicitud que se les haga.

Service a bit slow during checking in. No personnel at front desk. As for invoicing, no clear rules upfront among Hotels.com and the hotel. I couldn’t get my CFDI.

For the price it was a good deal. Location is great. Walkable. Public transportation steps away, lots of dining options and 2 casinos close-by. If you're a light steeper you might be bothered by the music coming from the rooftop. Great customer service.
