San Felipe Marina Condohotel

Hotel was clean but it definitely needs to be renovated. It lacks of basic amenities like food, snacks or beverage. Internet only worked around the lobby area and we didn't have a control room in our room. Also the main pool was not available due to maintenence, but it seems that the pool has been out for several years. Other than that the property was clean and the limited staff was friendly.

Parecía estar bien, pero está en mantenimiento, no hay alberca, no hay restaurante, no hay agua caliente. Solo la habitación está bien y el personal muy amable. Deberían de decir eso en su anuncio.

Stuffs were very nice. Location is beautiful. But, there are quite a few street dogs and could be very dangerous as well as noisy. They barked somethimes at nights, 2, 3 am none stopped throughout the nights. This property is at the point === I think remodeling. pool, spa, tennis court, club, none if it works. It could be alright, if we could still took our dogs on the beach. But, the street dogs stopped us to bring out pets to the beach. We brought our dogs to the beach the first day, Street dogs would came to us in a minute or two, barking at us, and trying to get closer to us. Made us very very worry the safety of our pets, so, they didn't had the chanced to enjoy the beach at all on the remanding our stayed Kind of sad. I don't think I'd book this place again. Oh the first night, I informed the hotel that we'd arrived after 11pm. We were been told there'd security guard on site 24/7. We got there 3am, the place was totally dark on the streets. Buildings were lighted Took me about 10 minutes to find the receipt area. In between these 10 minutes, there were no one appeared on the property. After I contacted you, and another 30 minutes or so, for the total of about an hour, a n older gentleman showed up, you could tell he was barely awake. The following day, we found out the night I saw were around me in site were street dogs. I considered myself very lucky, they could just hurt me, and there is nothing I could do.

We didn't get breakfast included, the restaurant was closed for the days we were there. The outdoor pool was not open. One of the rooms AC unit when we woke up was dripping water. And the AC in the living room didn't work.

The staff and the location are the only reason I gave it three stars. Location is great, nice beach. But the hotel itself is falling apart. Doors falling off kitchen cabinets. Paint peeling, stucco falling off the walls. Pool has been under repair for a while now. Only small pool open. Not worth the price.

Le falta una remodelación sin embargo está limpio y es lo que nos importa. La alberca no la pudimos usar porque no tenía agua estaba totalmente vacía. Este hotel me fascina pero me dio tristeza verlo cómo abandonado no le han invertido en remodelación ni mantenimiento. El área donde estaba el restaurante es preciosa con una vista muy bonita sin embargo el restaurante está vacío no hay nada. Los jardines descuidados el sacate y plantas en total abandono.

I chose this hotel because of the impressive photo of an infinity pool, but upon arrival, I found the pool out of service—and it looks like it has been that way for years. The location is excellent, but the hotel itself is dated, lacks proper amenities, and has a very basic restaurant.

habia vomito en el baño, las fundas de las almohadas tenian cabellos, la alberca le faltan azulejos e incluso me corte el pie, en general esta agrietado y le falta mantenimiento

La habitación muy bien, el personal fue súper amable y comprensivo , pero no anunciaron ni nos avisaron que el jacuzzi la alaberca no servían , no estaban funcionando, y el bar siempre estuvo cerrado, nosotros fuimos en fin de semana, por la noche pues solo hay un velador , no hay nadie en recepción, y el wifi no sirve, tampoco la señal de una de las televisiones , está bien porque nos ayudaron a cambiarnos a una habitación un poco mejor pero igual lo que queríamos era disfrutar la alberca

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Rub down, old, so many tiles missing from pool, children cut the foot inside the pool. Bed linens dirty, big black beattle on bed when went to bed. Cockroach in shower that my husband had to kill. No fridge to keep drinks cold. A/C in living room but not in bedroom making it so hard to sleep at 98F because the bedroom could not be cooled for a lack of A/C. Toilet chain broke because it was so old. Listen to the reviews and go elsewere. I wouldnt stay here again even if it was for free.

Everything was good except for a drain smell throughout the room. The a/c made a lot of noise when turning on. Will be excellent without that smell and noise.

Bathroom was terribly stinky, the extraction fan sounded like a jet engine as well as the air conditioner, the 2 burner electric range did not work, it only sparked and send out a lot of smoke, room was full of insects, mainly mosquitos and flies Too expensive for what I got in exchange, bathroom was received with Half a roll of toilet paper, not enough for a 2 day stay

No hoy water, no wifi, no TV. Dirty, beach is far from Room. I will absolutely not stay here again! Worse experience ever.

We booked the Junior suite and what we did not like is the main door won’t lock. My kids did not feel safe on the junior suite so I spoke with receptionist and they were very kind and I got switch to a master room and my kids felt safe sleeping in there. The pool was dirty my kids couldn’t swim there. The beach is warm and relaxing. The staff was very good and kind.

Quiet easy to get to close to beach staff helpful Wifi is terrible

Wi-Fi was horrible.Beds where uncomfortable. View of water was great. No bolt lock on door. Door could of been easily opened with screwdriver. Staff was good.

Viaje con familia 2 niños pequeños, esposa y suegra .. las camas muy duras así que dormimos mal , algunos zancudos que estuvimos que estar espantando así que les recomiendo llevar repelente , motociclistas muy ruidosos al llegar y salir y el wifi no funcionó en la habitación.

Independientemente de cualquier situación que pudo haber pasado valoro mucho la eficiencia para solucionar problemas con amabilidad del personal ,muchas gracias ! Seguro regresamos ,nos encantó la playa frente a las instalaciones 💕💎la habitación amplia ,bonita y limpia Gracias

It was terrible, one of the rooms A/C Didn't work told the front desk, they say they're gonna come fix it they never did.... no good... they rooms also had roaches.....

We couldn't stay during the dates we originally chose. They wouldn't let us change the dates or give us a refund. Unacceptable.

en general bien el acceso a la playa muy cerca, falto un poco de limpieza en la habitacion y acababan de encender el AC por lo que la habitacion tardo en enfriar casi 2 horas, el maps te lleva a un acceso que no esta abierto, falta renovar la señalizacion en general, hasta para ubicar el lobby

Buena vista y tranquilidad

The room is good. Location is good. The beach is great. It would be nice if the wifi worked better.

I was concerned about staying at this property after reading other reviews. But after spending two nights at this property, my concerns were washed away. This hotel is the best place that I have stayed in San Felipe. The rooms were clean and spacious. It’s on a very quit beach. We enjoyed a quiet evening picking up sea shells with only four other people on the beach. Quiet at night for sleeping. I will be staying here again for my annual trip to San Felipe.

Me pareció un lugar muy tranquilo, el personal nos atendió amablemente y la habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada. El acceso a la playa y la alberca fue algo que me gustó mucho y el que acepten mascotas es algo que se agradece. En general, las instalaciones están bien, aunque les falta algo de mantenimiento en ciertas áreas, como en la alberca, donde hace falta algo de iluminación en la noche, el internet, ya que no tuvimos señal del wi-fi (problemas con la compañía proveedora del servicio) durante toda la estancia y además, la señal de TV no fue muy buena. También nos quedaron debiendo con el restaurant ya que al parecer no estaba operando. A pesar de esto, si pienso volver porque, como dije antes, es un lugar muy tranquilo y un poco apartado, con un personal amable y atento y a un costo accesible.
