We stayed at L’Avenue for two nights in a quad room as was travelling with my wife and two young children. Check-in was friendly and efficient, and car parking is excellent with a secure area to the back of the hotel. Our room was on the top floor and was comfortable enough for two nights, the weather was very hot so without air conditioning the room was slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. A fan was provided plus we brought one of our own just in case. Headroom in the bathroom is limited and there is no stand up shower, just a bath with a hand-held shower head. The hotel is ideally located for trips into Paris, with the train journey taking only 25 mins into the Garr Du Nord. The chateau and racecourse are within walking distance. We had breakfast both days, which included a good selection of breads, pastries, yoghurts , cheeses, jams and spreads.

There is no hotel reception, you need to enter the restaurant however the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic: beds, a bathroom and a table with one chair. Windows open to a view of the street (front) or parking lot (back). Parking is tricky but safe (hotel can explain). No elevator, stairs only (OK for us but good to know).

Hotel in a lovely part of town near the chateau and railway station. All in walking distance. Cafes and restaurants nearby if required. Paris in easy reach by train or bus. Hotel serves a lovely breakfast and evening meal if required. Staff endlessly pleasant and helpful. Inside or outside dining. Private off road secure parking a real bonus. Only reservation is that the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep ( no lift) so bear in mind if mobility is an issue. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Hôtel idéalement situé en centre ville afin de se rendre à pied au château de Chantilly en 20mn. L'hôtel est vétuste, sommairement rénové (bâtiment ancien) permettant un hébergement satisfaisant pour un 2 étoiles. Il ne faut pas être trop exigeant (proximité des chambres, isolation sonore...) La literie est de bonne qualité. La cour fermée permettant le stationnement sécurisé du véhicule est un atout. Nous avons bien mangé au restaurant sur place (produits frais et bien préparés).

Le petit déjeuner est plus que correct pour le prix.Le personnel est agréable . Nous recommandons cet Établissement et y retournerons si nous sommes de passage dans la région.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The room is medium size, but it worked. Our room was in the front of the hotel. We opened our windows to get air. There was a significant amount of noise from the street. The hotel can't control that. The noise subsided about 10:30 pm. Towels are thin and we would have liked hand towels also. People that worked at the hotel were very nice. The breakfast both mornings was excellent.

Hôtel très bien placé, nous avons apprécié le personnel chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon et complet. La chambre était acceptable mais par forte chaleur et sous les combles c’était une vraie étuve.

Accueil au top, couchage aussi. Déjeuner rien à dire. Mais isolation de la chambre catastrophique, et le matin, j’ai eu de l’eau chaude pendant 2 minutes, puis plus rien. Malgré tentative en variant les robinets de température et puissance du jet. Assez désagréable un matin d’hiver où il fait -3 dehors.

The Hotel l'Ave is located in the heart of Chantilly. Thus, that means a great deal of traffic and pedestrian noise up until midnight during a weeknight. The rooms are very basic with no amenities at all. Bed and bathroom. Sadly for my stay in the middle of June with high summer temps, meant for a very uncomfortable stay due to no air conditioning at all. Location is close to CDG, about a 30-40 min drive and the area has great food and historical venues. Overall, great staff, but room does not deliver.

This was the most amazing hotel! Our room was so super cute and spacious! I loved taking a bath while looking out the skylight! The beds were so comfortable and loved the kitchen with a microwave and mini refrigerator. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Everything we needed was nearby. There is a café and a supermarket within walking distance. Burgers, waffles and bakeries were next door as well as a restaurant downstairs. This was the most amazing hotel! Our room was so super cute and spacious! I loved taking a bath while looking out the skylight! The beds were so comfortable and loved the kitchen with a microwave and mini refrigerator. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Everything we needed was nearby. There is a café and a supermarket within walking distance. Burgers, waffles and bakeries were next door as well as a restaurant downstairs. Across the street you can get pasta carbonara for under 10€. We had an amazing stay and I would love to stay again!

There is no hotel reception, you need to enter the restaurant however the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic: beds, a bathroom and a table with one chair. Windows open to a view of the street (front) or parking lot (back). Parking is tricky but safe (hotel can explain). No elevator, stairs only (OK for us but good to know).

Hotel in a lovely part of town near the chateau and railway station. All in walking distance. Cafes and restaurants nearby if required. Paris in easy reach by train or bus. Hotel serves a lovely breakfast and evening meal if required. Staff endlessly pleasant and helpful. Inside or outside dining. Private off road secure parking a real bonus. Only reservation is that the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep ( no lift) so bear in mind if mobility is an issue. Otherwise, highly recommended.

We stayed at L’Avenue for two nights in a quad room as was travelling with my wife and two young children. Check-in was friendly and efficient, and car parking is excellent with a secure area to the back of the hotel. Our room was on the top floor and was comfortable enough for two nights, the weather was very hot so without air conditioning the room was slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. A fan was provided plus we brought one of our own just in case. Headroom in the bathroom is limited and there is no stand up shower, just a bath with a hand-held shower head. The hotel is ideally located for trips into Paris, with the train journey taking only 25 mins into the Garr Du Nord. The chateau and racecourse are within walking distance. We had breakfast both days, which included a good selection of breads, pastries, yoghurts , cheeses, jams and spreads.

The Hotel l'Ave is located in the heart of Chantilly. Thus, that means a great deal of traffic and pedestrian noise up until midnight during a weeknight. The rooms are very basic with no amenities at all. Bed and bathroom. Sadly for my stay in the middle of June with high summer temps, meant for a very uncomfortable stay due to no air conditioning at all. Location is close to CDG, about a 30-40 min drive and the area has great food and historical venues. Overall, great staff, but room does not deliver.

Le petit déjeuner est plus que correct pour le prix.Le personnel est agréable . Nous recommandons cet Établissement et y retournerons si nous sommes de passage dans la région.

Staff was lovely. They couldn’t be warmer and more welcoming. The hotel is 10-15 minute walk to the Chateau. Very nice classic French breakfast for which we opted. The room is simple which for us was fine since we were out everyday sightseeing.(bought the 2 day pass for the Chateau). Fun bistro/restaurant downstairs but quiet after 10:30 pm so never bothered us. Street quiet at night.
